Archos 605 WiFi / Defective product, poor service

The 605 unit was given to me for x-mas and has had critical hard drive failure twice in 5 months ive sent it back to archos for the second time now and have waited weeks for it to be sent back i believe they should replace the defective unit with a new one there rma stsus e-mail doesnt work when u click on it to see the progress of the unit it always says the same thing they havent received it yet!!!

Calling the company doesnt help whoever i talk to always has very limited knowledge of whats going on and im told to call back in 2 days.
