This company is a complete scam. Unlike some people who had left reviews on many different websites, I realized it as they were in route to move my house. I got left with the annoying task of moving by myself, while my significant other was out of town and unable to return home to do the move with me. So I decided to hire a moving company. I looked on google and on craigslist. Initially I found what seemed to be a decent deal through what I thought was a decent moving company. Arch movers STL is a fly by night operation. The day I called which was in the afternoon on a Sat they wanted to move me that day. Since I had planned on moving in the next couple days anyways I agreed. They were supposed to come at 5:30. Then it got later and later although they did call several times to let me know they were wanting to push the time back it was nearly 8pm by the time they showed up. As they were on there way I dicussed the situation with a friend who asked me if they had a website. At first I couldnt find one but after googling there phone number I found not only there web-site with no business address but a ton of HORRIBLE reviews! I got to talking it over with my friend and came up with the following

1. When they called to tell me they were running late I could hear what sounded like an extremely un professional conversation going on lots of cursing ect. in the background

2. They dont except anything other than cash, why, propbably has something to do with not being a real business therefore unable to get a merchant account to run credit cards.

3.They showed up at almost 8pm

4. The people that showed up looked like a hot mess ( like they were just getting high on the way)

5. After reading the reviews which was literally right before they got here, and thank God I did. I decided not to answer the door. They called 20 times yes 20 and left rude messages. They also apparently called me and did not realize it so I have VM of 2-3 min conversation and wow if I could figure out a way to upload those!

6. They stole my cute door mat from target...how petty! What business steals because something didnt go as planned. Luckily they didnt make in my front door. If I can use my imaginagtion, I know you can use yours.

I hired a repitable moving company after that. Always do your homework first. Listen to your gut instinct. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck its probably a duck or in this case a dud and apparenlty a thief. Thanks Arch Movers STL classy company...

Michael osbourne, Michael manzi whatever name he's going by now -is doing it again and apparently has moved to KC Missouri to scam people. He's operating under the name Save Cash Movers. [protected] Details aren't important in my specific case, because he did all the same things mentioned by SO MANY others to me. They did not show up on time, 8 hours later I was yelled at by Mr. Osbourne after his crew still had not showed. I HAD TO BE OUT THAT DAY AND HAD NO OTHER OPTIONS MR OSBOURNE. I should have done some googling before I hired you

mike manzi, osborn, or miguel manzer- watch out for all of these, i worked for a uhaul and thisguy will come and steal the trucks, he rents them out and never returns them and then proceeds to rip people off, dont trust him or anyone that sounds remotely like any of these names. his businesses for moving are arch movers and muscle movers.

Read the other reviews on Yelp. He is Michael Osborne no such Michael Manzi is living nearby in St. Louis. i found alot of complaints online and put them together here...

Cooking Up A Scam 11/18/04

(CBS 6) — They're the organizations that spend their time doing for others. But our I-Team discovered a Watervliet business man's accused of ripping these groups off. Plus, crushing the dreams of some would-be entrepreneurs:

Sure they answer the usual calls...
Sound of truck pulling in
But these firefighters also answer other calls from the community — raising money for sick and missing children. By cooking.
Capt. Jerry Stephen/Rock City Falls F.D.:
"We have been doing catering for the past seven years."
So, when Rock City Falls' fire department needed equipment...it looked here:
Sound of yellow pages
...and gave AAA Restaurant Equipment of Watervliet 1079 bucks for new stuff. But, it says what it got was not only "used." It was unusable.
Jerry Stephen/Rock City Falls F.D.: "It actually looked like it came out of a landfill."
And they're far from alone.
Maria Leonard/Barefoot Gypsy Cafe: "It's absolutely devastating."
The Barefoot Gypsy's owner says AAA's Michael Osborne almost put her cafe under.
Maria Leonard/Barefoot Gypsy Cafe: "He's a pirhanna. He just comes in for the kill — and he does it really well."
Leonard says she gave Osborne 20-thousand bucks for used goods and got this kind of stuff in return.
Maria Leonard/Barefoot Gypsy Bistro: "It's over 20 years old...no longer manufactured...was spray painted to look new."
After hiring a lawyer, she settled with Osborne for much less than she wanted — and got most of her money. But she warns...he's a smooth talker.
Maria Leonard/Barefoot Gypsy Bistro: "He claims he's a good person...he goes to church."
Actually, our I-Team discovered he did go to this church.
Rev. Wade Petteys/Gateway Pentecostal Church: "He's not a very good businessman."

...where Reverend Wade Petteys says he returned junk Osborne brought and got some replacements.

But this dishwasher still doesn't work. So, Osborne owes them 15-hundred dollars. Osborne called and promised to send a check soon — after he learned we were doing this story.
Rev. Wade Petteys/Gateway Pentecostal Church: "I'll believe it when the check clears the bank."
And that's not the only man of the cloth who's got a complaint.
Minister James McDowell/Albany "He pretty much fooled me."
After all...Minister James McDowell and his wife dreamed of opening a cafe in Albany's South End. A dream they say Osborne crushed...
Minister James McDowell/Albany: "We put a lot of trust in him and his company...to deliver the equipment once they were given their payments. He just never delivered on it."
The New York State Attorney General's Office records 11 complaints against AAA Equipment since 2001.
But when we went to his Watervliet warehouse...His landlord said he was kicking Osborne out for not paying rent... and that he's changed his business name again to Restaurant Direct.
Nats "Mister Osbourne...yes?"
We caught up with Osborne answering two of his judgments in Watervliet.
Michael Osborne: "I'm going to pay them today."
Amy: "You're going to pay the Rock City Falls Fire Department?"
Michael Osborne: "Yup, yup...not a problem."
Amy: "What about all these other people who say you owe them money?
Michael Osborne: "It's just small claims court — it's just a small little matter."
We asked him about Minister James McDowell...
Michael Osborne "Yeah, we already sent him a check."
And the church?
Michael Osborne "They were sent a check yesterday too."
Our I-Team learned those both were lies.
Amy: "You know these people say you're a chronic thief...and ripping businesses off across the Capital Region and beyond."
Michael Osborne: "That doesn't make sense...everybody's being taken care of."
Osborne insisted in person — and in this letter — that his happy customers outweigh the mad...and the problem is some have unrealistic expectations about used stuff.
Michael Osborne/AAA Restaurant Equipment: "Things just started going bad — we got unlucky with equipment."
Osborne did give the Fire Department and a Saratoga Springs shop owner post-dated checks in court. And eventually said this:
Michael Osborne/AAA Restaurant Equipment "I apologize."
John Galt accepted that — after not getting chairs he ordered.
John Galt/Healthy Nation, Saratoga Springs: "I think he's truly sorry this happened, that's what I think."
The firefighters weren't so forgiving. But Reverend Petteys says...no matter what happens in all these cases...things have a way of taking care of themselves.
Rev. Wade Petteys/Gateway Pentecostal Church: "In the end, a man reaps what he sows."
Reverend Petteys just called us to say Osborne brought him 600 dollars in cash...and gave him a check for a thousand dollars — postdated to December 2nd. The fire department's check — and the Saratoga shop owner's check — are postdated to the end of this week. Meanwhile...Osborne tells us he will not sell used equipment anymore — and new investors are helping him pay these debts.

**Continued from previous review.. please read both to get the full story.**

-At the end of the move, I paid the men $80 - $100 each (this was not the amount that Mike charged me. I chose to tip more based on what I believed to be a fair wage and my assumption that what they told me was true.)
-The move was complete by about 1 PM, and I drove one of the movers home, and dropped the other mover off at a bus stop.
-I called Mike after the move to let him know I was not pleased with how it had gone. I informed him of the damage to my items/floors and asked if he had insurance. I also told him what the men had told me about wages and told him that if that were true, it seemed wrong to me. I told him that they were hard-working men, but that I was not satisfied with their work. Mike literally screamed at me, told me I was lying, and told me that his employees lied to scam me out of money. He told me it was none of my business how he hired his employees. He told me I had "pissed him off" and that there was no way he would compensate me for any damage. I said okay, and told him I might file a complaint with the attorney general's office.
-He called back within about an hour. I let it go to voicemail. He left what I perceived to be a threatening voicemail, though he did not make a direct threat. He told me I had ruined his whole weekend, that I was a liar, and that his employees lied.
-I wrote a review of my experience on Yelp, to which several people responded with questions and to share similar stories. Many reviews, both 5 star and 1 star, have been posted to Yelp recently from accounts that appear to have been created for the sole purpose of writing extremely positive or extremely negative reviews. If you read the filtered content on their listing, you can judge these for yourself. The owner responded to one of the reviews and said that he didn't want to focus on a few bad apple customers who were flagging his positive reviews, which I perceive to be directed towards me, as I was the first to review this company on Yelp.
-About three months ago, at about 10 or 11 at night, I received a threatening phone call from a blocked number and called the police.
-About a month ago, I received a message from a recently opened Yelp account (user name Tina) with no photo and a 5 star review of Arch Movers demanding that I remove my "ad". I complained to Yelp, and that Yelper's account was closed.
-On 2/10/2012, someone claiming to be Mike from Arch Movers responded to my Yelp review rebutting my complaints. In the owner response, Mike says he is willing to have a civil conversation. I contacted him on 7/1/2011 for that civil conversation, during which he screamed at me, cursed me, and then followed up with more phone calls full of cursing and accusations.
-On 2/10/2012, I wrote an update of my review clarifying my experience.
-On 3/1/12 at approximately 12:30 AM, I received another threatening phone call from a blocked number regarding this situation.
-I made the decision to come onto Yelp and re-write my review to ensure it only depicted the actual facts from my experience and my own opinions without any generalizations or rhetoric. I want those who read this to know that I am not attempting to defame this company. I only want to give people information about my negative experience with this company. I want people to know that the experience that I had did not match up with what was promised to me in the advertisement for this company and with my verbal agreement with Mike, the owner of this company. Mike has never apologized to me or made any attempt to "right" the situation with me personally.
-My expectations going into this move were alligned with what was promised in the ad, almost 30 years of my own personal experience moving very frequently, and the verbal agreements I made with Mike prior to and the morning of the move.
-If anybody has any questions, or if I can clarify this review in any way to ensure that it is fair and accurate, please message me through Yelp from a non-anonymous account with a professional and civil request.
-I do not wish to be contacted via telephone or in person regarding this dispute. I am not seeking any compensation or resolution (though I need the threatening phone calls and messages to stop). I have written the experience off as poor judgement on my part, which could have been prevented by doing more internet research prior to choosing a moving company. Had I done my homework, I would have discovered a disturbing amount of consumer information similar to what I've posted and would not have hired this company (no matter how much money it saved me).

-In June 2011, I responded to a Craigslist ad that stated: "STOP OVERPAYING large moving companies! STOP OVERPAYING for temp help that will ruin your belongings;show up 2 hours late or even cancel last minute. We have heard all the stories over the past 10 years on Craigslist. We have been running STRONG on Craigslist because WE CARE ABOUT WHAT WE DO...MOVING! All of our laborers are trained;uniformed;pr ofessional movers who will go the extra mile to help you get your move done the right way . We offer LABOR ONLY services @ the most unbeatable rates around - $20/hr per man."
-I had to call Arch Movers multiple times and give them my information multiple times in order to book this move. They did not call me back or confirm.
-I requested that the move begin at 8 AM on July 1, 2011. Mike said his company doesn't open until 10 AM. We agreed the move would start at 10 AM on July 1.
-In this phone conversation, I told Mike how many rooms I had, what furniture I had, and how many boxes I had. I told him the size of my truck and the exact distance between my old and new residences. I told him I thought it would take 2 to 3 trips. I told him I thought it would take about 4 hours. I wanted to hire two men for labor only, as I had a trailer. Mike also told me at this time that his workers would wrap all of my items to ensure there was no damage. I asked what would happen if the move took longer than 4 hours. Mike said I could have the workers for as long as I needed them to get the job done. I didn't want to limit the move to a certain amount of time because I did not know exactly how long it would take. Mike told me the cost of my move was $150, no matter how long it took. This cost covered 2 men for as long as the job took. Mike told me that his company only accepted cash, and that I would give him $100 up front when he arrived, and give the movers the remaining 50 split between them when they finished.
-On the morning of my move, Mike called a little before 8 AM and told me he was dropping off the workers. I was shocked because he had originally told me that they don't start until 10. Because it was two hours early, I was not prepared. Mike said that if they couldn't start now, then he wouldn't do my move. I conceded out of desperation.
-They actually arrived a little after 8 AM. Mike drove up in a pickup truck and there were some men in the back. Two men jumped out and were introduced to me. Mike came into my apartment. He walked from the front living room back to the bedroom. He scanned the room with his eyes and walked out. This took less than a minute. I confirmed that I wanted the men for four hours or more. He said it was okay. He commented that my apartment was dirty. I apologized. He said it was okay and told the men to start working. I also showed Mike my trailer so that he could see the size of it. He did not object, and left.
-The men were not wearing what I considered to be uniforms (jeans, t-shirts), and nowhere on their clothing was the name of the company, Arch Movers.
-The men appeared to me to be inexperienced and untrained. I questioned them about it. One of the workers said it was his first day. I asked what kind of training he had. He told me none. The other worker said he had worked for this company before.
-One of the men took frequent smoke breaks.
-The move progressed slowly as the men did not communicate with each other, and did not seem experienced.
-My items are not unusually bulky or heavy. I have moved them myself before (though I did not lift them myself up stairs).
-Both my apartments were ground floor apartments, but both required a few steps to get into/out of.
-The move took 3 round trips. It was an extremely hot day and I gave the workers multiple breaks for water, smoking, and a 30 minute lunch break.
-Mike called me halfway through the move and demanded to know where his guys were and why they weren't done yet. He said he needed them for another job.
-The mover who was smoking told me that he was a recovering drug user and that this was his first day working for this company. I asked how he got the job. He told me that he was walking down the street in St. Louis that morning and that Mike pulled up in his truck and offered him work.
-The other mover told me that the money I was to pay them ($25/each) was their only compensation for the move, and that they receive no additional pay from Mike. This man told me he was a gang member. I asked him how he knew Mike and how long he worked for his company. He didn't give specific information, but said he knew Mike because Mike was known for giving people temp jobs who couldn't otherwise attain employment.
-While the men were moving my items into my new residence, the woods floors were scratched multiple times. My items, which the men did not wrap, were also scratched and damaged.

You recieved two (part time) employees. The one worker (sean) actually works for another moving company now and Jeffrey (the guy I think you think that was picked up "off a street corner") was immediately fired...We strive to make EVERY customer we deal with very happy and to pass us on through word of mouth. We were very undermanned the day we moved you - it was one of the busiest moving days of the year, this is one of the reasons I kept calling you and asking when are my guys going to be done, and I also explained to you that we were coming early so I could try to get Jeff and Sean more work that day. Your move was very unprepared, (so were we) and it was not a good feeling for me from the start. I was concerned about how heavy some of your belongings were for ONLY two guys...as I always come in to observe what my employees are going to move to - as most big name moving companies do not have a actual OWNER on the job site to ### the situation. I thought that my guys could be done with the move in 2 hours or less ( this is why they were only left with $50 to split) = $12.50 an hour. They were told that if the job took longer to just let me know and I would pay them the additional hours they worked - as they have done several times with me on previous moves. In regards to the guys being transported in the back of a pick up truck ( I was on my way to 2 other moving jobs very close to your apartment and did not want to make multiple trips) it was a very hot and busy day! My pick up truck can only sit 3 people total inside. I have ethics and morals and would never make someone who works for me do anything against their own will. I fired Jeff becuase this was not the first time I found out that he begged for tips and told customers he was not being paid. He used that as a "sympathy" tactic so that customers would feel bad for him and tip him very well.

I am really upset that you took our company to be a "SCAM" - We performed the services you asked for ( it obviously was not what you expected) but it is NOT a SCAM! You were never charged more than originally quoted. You were never FORCED to give a $100 deposit. You were simply trying to drink champagne on a beer budget, and when you did not like the taste you lashed out here to defame ARCH MOVERS.

If you would like to resolve this matter I am open to suggetions as long as they are realistic. I also ask that when you do call me that you do not use profane language like you did in several of your other posts on yelp.I would like to hold a professional conversation with you. I am always happy to help a disgruntled customer, but your requests must be reasonable.

p.s. I was also dying to ask you about your comment of "If I had known it would have been like this, I would have just gone to Home Depot or Craigslist, cut out his middle man bull----, and let the hardworking guys who moved all my ---- in 95 degree heat get the full amount of money."

- Do you feel this way about every co. ? Do you order a Dominos pizza and say to he worker "If I knew you were only getting $3 for this pizza you made me and the owner is getting $17 I wish I would just pay you the $20 and cut out the Dominos owner since he did not actually physically make my pizza"

this company is a scam. they did not complete my move as hired to do so. i hire arch movers to complete a move from my apt to a house i was buying.first they arrived hours later.when they got there, they tried to chnage the price on the move. i refused to pay more. they decided to complete the move. the man that claims he was a "supervisor" did nothing but played on my internet the whole time while two men did all the work. the "supervisor" was very unprofessional. his phone was not working and he asked to use my phone several times.then he asked me to take him to the library so that he could check his ph bill. that is when i let him use my internet, but he never got off of it. once the truck was loaded, he asked me could he stop at a store that i we were going to pass. i said that was fine. when we got there, he requested to be paid. i explained to him that he would paid after the the move was complete. at this time he completely refused to complete my move. he would not move the truck. the two men with him were asking him to finish the job so that they could get paid.he completely refused to move the truck until he was paid. i eventually had to call the police and he lied to the police telling them i had refused to pay him. where can you go and get paid before you complete the work? no where! this man was trying to scam me and was going to take my things in the truck. once the police came he they talked him into moving my things. the two men that were with him, that did all the work, told the police that they were walkinga round downtown and this man stopped them and asked them if they wanted to make some money. when the police came, one of the men decided not to help anymore. the "supervisor" then decided he wasnt going to pay him and said he would only pay him $10. i tried calling the company ph number back and got a man that kept cussing me out saying that i should have paid his men up front. when i asked him about the men being hired off the street he began to yell at me, telling me that i should not worry about where he get his help. this was a total nightmare! when they finally moved my stuff, the "supervisor" was so out of shape, he could barely move anything. he struggled so bad. he fell a few time and completley damaged some of my things.i thought that i was getting off really cheap. i was thinking how bad could this company be. they have a website called http://archmovers.com. it says they have moved some of the cardinal players and many people in stl. please, please, please, never hire this company. it is a scam! the worst feeling in the world is being taken advantage of, and that is what they completely did. they did my move for $160 which is a steal compared to other companies. i would have glady paid more if i had kown i would have to deal with any of the things i did. thank god the police had good hearts and they staid through the remainder of the move. they did not even get all of my things. i still had to hire someone else to complete the rest of the move. i hope that people see this complaint and take it to heart. this is a scam company! do not hire them. they are crazy. the police had to call the phone numbers back and tell the man to stop calling and harrassing me. please save yoourself the horrific trouble and go with a legit company.

We started out after hearing from many freinds and family abut their HORROR stories dealing with overpriced/rude/arrogant movers. We could not understand how moving companies were charging over $140 and HOUR! for two men and a truck...So we decided enough is enough and got a small moving truck and started moving people for $50 an hour! We have grown tremendously without all the fancy advertising that our competitors use, and we are all college educated business men who use our brains over braun!
Meet the Business Owner: Mike M.
Attended saint louis university. Graduated and started working for cough:twomenandatruck:cough as a part time gig for the summer. Could not stomach the hyped up PRICES that customers had to pay (while we were working for min. wage) and see hardworking families and college students alike pay so much for such a simple service.

Very invovlved in local & national Charities/Fundraisers/Sports in the Saint Louis area! Always up for a good cause

We live in the central west end and are home owners, dan (manager) is a avid sportsman also a Saint Louis University grad.

Ryan (formeman) comes with over 23 years of real moving experience from nationally recognized moving companies

BEWARE! They are scam artists, liars, drug addicts, drunks and thoroughly incompetent. They damaged property, had to be told the delivery address four times, showed up 2-1/2 hours late at the delivery address. While at my home, they were caught walking around rooms in which they had no business being and were basically casing the joint. When I called the main number to ask for the owner to discuss how the damage would be repaired, "Mike" pretended to be a gentleman named "Frank Morelli, " the owner and assured me that he would call me back the next day to schedule when his adjuster would arrive. While at the delivery site, one of the movers was caught in the liquor cabinet trying to open and drink from a bottle. When I made repeated calls back to "Frank, " it turned out to be Mike who became verbally abusive and threatened me. There are reviews similar to mine all over the internet about this outfit.

Unprofessional, abusive attitude, took almost 10 hours to load the truck from my 1-bedroom apartment, gave fake insurance information, stole some of my things, and threatened me when I informed them that I would be filing a claim with the attorney general's office. The owner, Michael, accused me of being ungrateful for the price he gave me on my move. I didn't negotiate with him at all--he offered me a low price from the beginning. Therefore, I don't care how low it was compared to competitors--no one should have to show gratitude to a bunch of thugs who yell at their customers and steal their belongings, no matter how low the price is. Michael also accused me of being prejudiced against one of his workers because "he doesn't have a college education." I did not criticize the man's education level in any way, and couldn't care less about whether or not he went to college: I was commenting on the fact that he appeared drunk and stoned on the job. My move was a disaster and I would not want the same for anyone. If you have had a bad experience with these movers, file a complaint with the BBB or the attorney general, or you can also make an anonymous report to the Fair Trade Commission if you don't feel comfortable giving your name. If enough people file, maybe something can be done--because no consumer deserves this kind of treatment from a moving company.

Avoid this company at all costs! Your money is much better spent somewhere else. Id give it less of a rating but i dont think you can. All of the following happened to me in the short 2 hours I was with these clowns: I had to pick up my movers from a bar since they didn't have a ride, the 'owner' aka, trust fund kid who runs it showed up at the move cursing and belligerent, took a crap in my bathroom without so much as asking, then threatened me when I called him out about it and asked him to leave...saying, 'I'm from NY, I'll kick your a**...where was I supposed to go?' I guess it's ok to waltz in to a stranger's place, a client's place, and take a dump because you couldn't do it at the bar you just came from. Oh and one of the 3 of them stole some food of mine that was in the front cab of the truck. Great operation they've got there.

And since I was just moving in, there wasn't any toilet paper in the bathroom either. I wonder if he wiped with his hand, but there wasn't any soap either, so...

This was an all out disaster and wouldn't have believed it if it didn't happen to me. Do yourself a favor and pay a couple bucks more somewhere else.

He is a scam artist. Look at his ratings on BBB and all over the internet. He also works under Arch Movers. He hires crack heads for his moves, destroyed my furniture and has no insurance and is not bonded. He is a cheat and scam artist.

I recently moved to a new apartment and looked to the phonebook to locate a moving company, where I came across the ad for: Muscle Movers. After speaking with the "supervisor/owner" Mike, over the phone on several occasions, I decided to hire them for the move. After showing up 2 hours late due to getting lost, they proceeded to move my things. I was still packing a few things and asked about what to do with them, b/c I had already moved and stacked boxes outside in order to make things a little easier on them. I was told "don't worry we will take care of that". Long story short several of my items were broken and damaged in the move. Including my 52" big screen T.V.! The "supervisor" who had done nothing this entire move except watch his eployees as they worked, said that he would cover the cost of repair and gave me the phone to speak with a repair man he contacted. I had him put in writing that he agreed to cover the cost of repair. In fact, he was the one who was ultimately responsible, I believe, for the broken items. He (the "supervisor")drove the truck to the new apt (the door to the truck came open on the highway, luckily nothing fell out) when we arrived he tryed to back the truck up a steep curb and the entire truck rocked to and fro...at which time all of my belongings could be heard slamming around. It was when they opened the truck door at the new place that I realized they hadn't even wrapped or covered ANYTHING. It is now 2 weeks later and the "Supervisor" Mike is denying he agreed to cover the repair, refusing to give me the number to his insurance company (he told me several times that he was bonded and insured) which probably doesn't exist, and instead offering me a voucher for a free move for the future! I am in the process of pursuing my legal options, however, I wanted to warn anyone in need of movers... his ad may have the lowest price, you will make up more than the difference in destroyed property if you decide to allow "Muscle Movers" or Mike move you! Consider yourself warned.

Professional? Professional Scam Artist, Please take a look at the Better Business Bureau review for "Restaurant Market Equipment". A quote from a previous customer, "Mike has been proudly scamming in STL and upstate (Albany/Troy) NY for years and years." The investigative reporters from the local CBS-6 (WRGB) news did quite the story on him too.

I am opening a small cafe. In late Sept 2010 Michael Osborne sold me some restaurant equipment and an installation package. This was contracted to be delivered Oct 5th 2010. Today is Jan 3 2011.Everday this guy says he will be there tommorow and promised the job will be done.He took my money in sept and cashed the check 2 days later. This man is a liar and he will det whats comeing to him in a leagel way

We thought we were crazy when we had a horrible experience with this "professional" moving company. Turns out to be the same story over and over again. This guy mike who per his website has "Moved many of the 2011 World Champion Cardinals, St. Louis Blues, Police, etc..." is a total con artist. I can almost 100% guarantee you he is not insured nor are the "professional" movers he picks up on the street corners every morning before a job. He draws you in with the website and price, then will no doubt ruin your things and the rest of your day. I can honestly say I could have moved everything in my house faster than the 3 gang members he brought to my apartment and berated the entire time, not to mention all the scratches and broken items they left behind. Hope people pay attention to these complaints because he is a horrible person who takes advantage of the customer and his "employees".

I am in no way affiliated with the above complaint, fake or not. I stumbled upon this review while researching moving companies I am looking to hire in about a month. I must say that addressing a complaint in this fashion really reflects poorly on the company and the owner. I've never complained about a company before, but I do my homework. Seeing as this is the third complaint I've come across regarding this company, and seeing the way they handle criticism, I will definitely not be using Arch Movers. To Mike, you would be better off offering a way to rectify the situation, even if this is a fake complaint. This is a public forum that shows up within the first few search results on Google. Potential customers would rather see you as a concerned business owner rather than a paranoid narcissist. Take note, I for one find it quite sad to see a small business owner behave so irrationally.
