This moving company is a total scam. The owner wants nothing more than to make some quick cash. He doesn't care about the customers at all. He priced my move at $1750, then changed the price several times when the day of the move came, eventually insisting on $2000. By His movers arrived hours late and took several hours to pack up my 1-bedroom apartment. They stole some of my items and broke others, and when the owner at first agreed to pay for the damage, he very quickly backed down. They left me with a large amount of items from another move and it took months to be able to get those items back to their owner. Some of the workers appeared to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol while they were working, and when I pointed this out to the owner he accused me of putting his guys down for "not having a college education." I did not say anything about their education level and quite frankly do not care--I care about having my items moved by responsible, professional movers. He also told me that if I didn't want the other person's items left with me, I should have supervised the unloading. No acknowledgement that this is what I had paid HIM to do. Additionally, he threatened me when I decided to file a complaint. Consumers need to be made aware of this scam: no one would have to experience this kind of nightmare when moving to a new home.
