I gave these guys close to $2, 000 several months ago. You would think that I would get the service that their junior sales guys promised. Instead, I agree with person who said that the project manager was full of HOT AIR. This guy was talking in circles at every step. I still have not received the service that they promised and have sent several complaints, only to be ignored.

Their tactics have proven to be very unethical with a grab your money and run. They don't appreciate the meaning of a customer, trust or relationships. My next step is to demand for my money back and I want every penny back. We'll see how far I get given that they are located overseas.
