I am an American Citizen n I am appalled at Arbys promoting hiring Illegal Immigrants. I know this to be true because 4-5 yrs ago, I worked with a Mexican women named Maria Hernandez at Hardees, Maria left Hardees to work at Arbys. From time to time thru out the years I would go to Arbys and see Maria working there. Late Last year 2008 Maria Hernandez went on vacation to Mexico and when she returned, she returned as Olga Bautista. I was shocked when last week I went into the Arbys located at 508 17 Business, Surfside Beach, South Carolina and Maria was still employed there ! Everyone that was working there was still calling her Maria but she was now wearing a name tag with Olga. In these hardtimes I have known American Citizens that have gone into that same Arbys for employment but were turned down ! Can anyone answer me how an American Company as big as Arbys can allow this situation to continue?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

en seattle wa hai un Arbys restaurat por la calle michigan donde una empleada de nombre selene rodriguez fonseca la cual comete muchas injusticias con sus demas companeros de trabajo por ella an corrido muchos empleados un empleado no se puede quejar de algun maltrato que selene les haga con el gerente de nombre chris por la razon de que ellos dos mantienen relaxiones sexuales si algun empleado se queja con el el reaciona quitandote horas de trabajo ho simplemente te da un dia de trabajo ala semana ha mi pensar son unos puercos ya que cada uno tiene su pareja y mientras esten selene rodriguez fonseca ho chris trabajando en el mismo restaurante los dos juntos las injusticias con los empleados van ha seguir pasando por favor si el dueno del Arbys de seattle wa ve este anuncio haga algo al respeto con estos dos empleados para que no cometan mas injusticias ha y algo mas el manager chris le grita a sus empleados de lante de los clientes ustedes creen que eso sea justo para los empleados que los humillen de esa manera si quieren apoyar alos empleados este es el numero del Arbys [protected] por favor pregunten por ron es el otro supervisor de chris a ustedes sus clientes si los va a escuchar muchas gracias
