Just around Christmas time in 2011, me & several family members walked into the Arby's restaurant on Wheeling Ave. in Muncie, Indiana. Before we even got to the counter, I noticed an employee working there that's a convicted felon. We turned right around & left because this is the man that beat my daughter black & blue from head to toe. His name is Seth Wright, & he's been to prison for burglary & theft. He's also been convicted of several DWI's, & carrying a handgun without a permit in 2008. He's been tased by the police twice, & on December 12, 2011, he plead guilty to strangulation & other charges. The strangulation charge was from when he strangled my daughter twice. He's getting ready to go back behind bars in the near future. I called the manager & asked if they knew that he was a convicted felon & was told that they would check into it. This was on about December 28, 2011. On December 30, I got a call from Seth's girlfriend wanting to know what I was doing calling the manager. I then called the restaurant back & talked to a manager named Ed. I asked him who gave Seth & his girlfriend my phone number. He said that he had nothing to do with it, but would check into it. Ten minutes later, I get a call from a Muncie police officer asking me about the situation, & that Seth wanted to file harrassment charges against me. He wanted to know if I was stating facts about Seth being a convicted felon, & I said yes. He said that I had done nothing wrong, & told me to contact my local police department & let them know what was going on. He said that the manager's at Arby's didin't seem to care about the situation when he talked to them. You can go to the Muncie Star Press, which is the local newspaper & find an article on Seth with a picture, in the last of May, or early June of 2011. After several days of getting nowhere, I finally received a call from Nicole Wilson on January 12, 2012. I explained the situation to her & also asked her about the hiring practices at Arby's. I also asked her if they do background checks. She said that they only do background checks on managers & up. She said that they don't tolerate things like this from their managers, & that she would take care of it. She also told me that she would take care of the situation with Seth. In the least, he lied on the application to get hired. I thought that everything would be taken care of. I couldn't have been more wrong. Just a few days ago, A friend called me & said that he was standing inside of Arby's & that Seth was still working there, because he was staring right at him. What a slap in the face that was. Me & my family, plus several friends will go nowhere near an Arby's restaurant again. It's just a matter of time before Seth snaps & goes off on somebody. Arby's is willing to lose several customers to keep a convicted felon on the payroll. If you would like to contact me, you can e-mail me at [protected]@yahoo.com.

Funny how this guy singles out 1 individual out of literally millions as being in trouble. Grow up buddy, at least he is working and not robbing. Jesus Christ even said to turn the other cheek, if he beat your daughter twice then it is all her fault, why did she go back to him after the first time? Who are you to pass any judgement? We will all be ultimately judged the day we pass, that is the judgement that counts, take someone's job, you may as well move him in, your taxes will give him food stamps and a shelter.

You seem like you`re really worried that someone has a job at an arby`s restaurant. Wow who really gives a crap... You seem like you have gone thru a lot of trouble to get this guy fired... You`re obviously immature and have nothing better to do in your life.

I am a convicted felon who was just called in for an interview at Arby's. Let me explain a few things, everyone has a past and I am quite certain if you worked there, or anywhere for that matter, you probably have any number of enemies or people who do not like you, who would feel the same about you working there also. I also have a daughter and would tolerate no man hitting her whatsoever but you have to raise your kids your way. I personally would be back in prison if a guy beat my daughter. But due to my PAST I have been unable to find work for almost 2 months. I am very skilled but if I have to work at Arby's to pay my bills then I will. If this guy did this, as a father I understand your feelings, but as an excon myself, I also understand that whatever mistakes this guy made he still needs a job. I also know from recent past experiences how women will lie about ### like this too as i have been a recipient of 3 different lying and saying I put my hands on them when I did not. Two sides to every story and no I am not defending the guy. I am defending the truth and justice. As for Arby's, just go to a different restaurant and be done with it...or go whip his ### if you are certain he has wronged your daughter but either way dont fault Arby's for offering a guy a second chance, how many have you had in life yourself?

Not to get religious on you, but it seems to me that you need to learn to forgive. The Bible states very clearly..."I the Lord will forgive whom I please, but of you it is required to forgive all men. For how do you expect to be forgiven by me, if you don't forgive others." Leave Seth alone and them him live his life and become a good citizen, and you stop being prideful and hateful. FORGIVE :)

I'm a convicted felon that taught college after getting my violent felony. Things happen, people move on. If we don't let felons work they are more likely to commit a crime again and it may be you that is the next victim. Peace and love!

I am a convicted nonviolent felon in New Mexico 35 years ago. I am being shunned and not allowed to work or live anywhere. I have a two year college degree and I am a dependent on my family. I feel bad for anyone with a felony record.

So i think you're realizing how ridiculous your little 'article' about Seth was...have you read the comments? What right do you think you have to blatantly harass him? Not to mention the fact that you sound like a complete ###. Get a life, or possibly a hobby...I feel sorry for your stupidity & the fact that you believe what your poor excuse for a daughter has told you. There wasn't any guilty plea to strangulation or battery, the charges were dismissed. So there is your second slap in the face Randy.

Leave Seth alone! He is a good guy and is doing everything he can to get his life back together. Have you ever thought that maybe your daughter was not telling you the truth? Seth has gone through a lot and deserves to be able to live his life. How about you deal with your own issue and leave him alone? You have grown so obsessed with Seth that you are only making yourself look pitiful.

I agree with whythelongfaces here leave him alone, if he hasn't bothered you then good for him his trying too change and since his girlfriend is defending him shows that too.
