Arby's how rude employees are.

This has to be the worst experience I've ever dealt with in my life with fast food. Come in to dine n eat at 9:40pm which is 20 mins before closing time for diner. Asked employee cleaning windows at door entrance if was too late to dine in. She was sweet n asid of coarse. Order my food cashier was also very polite n asked if dining or to go. Said dine in. Girl with dark hair pops off very rudely said we close at 10. Replied bck with yes mam still have 16 mins. She had nothing but attitude n rolled her eye. Then had to wait for last curly fri
She comes out side door slings it open stops my bag on fable, blows m walks bck to kitchen n swings door hard again.
With that kind of customer service I will never eat at the Powell, TN location w

Arby's sexual assault on a minor

Sexual assault on a minor Every Sunday morning Keith and Tony are at a store by there Plenty of times I see him touch her on the booty she even have a manager finger as if shes a manager just so the he make her feel important anything is that she's only work two days out of the week and she still in school but she have a manager thing and they don't make sense also the assistant manager Jessica rich plays with her hours so that she can get more assistance from food stamps so she lied to the government I seen it myself you can also ask Richaada about Also is racism in a store the store It's all black peoples at night and all white peoples in the day time Also it's a guy named Ethan there he's 23 years old him and Toni go out and they be in the store kissing and hang out like it's high school I really seen all these thing in this company and maybe y'all can do some about it

Arby's screwed up my order

I ordered a #6 classic on a regular bun cause I'm allergic to onions, I asked the guy at the window before I drove off if it was on a regular bun & he yelled back at the guy in the kitchen & asked that guy & he said yes it's on a regular bun, I get to work & no regular bun it's on an onion bun so here I sit still hungry cause I can't eat the sandwich so I give it to my coworker. Thanks Arby's for taking my money and leaving me hungry.

Arby's did not get what I ordered

Ordered food got home didn't have it all. Thought I would call instead of driving the hole way back there..I called 16 times got nothing but a answering service. The only recipe I was given was my credit card recipe. Witch was why I wanted to call instead of drive incase they just didn't here my order correctly. Then no big deal but when you call 16 time and don't get an answer that's just a little ridiculous..at this point I think I'm more upset about not having someone answer the phone as I am them forgetting or not hearing my order correctly. Since when did fast food get an answering service and stopped answering the phone ? When a customer gets home and realizes that there order is not correct.. I'm going to almost guarantee nobody wants an answering service we want to speak to a person so that we can sort the problems out in a timely manner as a post to someone calling us back..because by then the image of my face/order they no longer will remember...

Arby's the outside sign at your brooklyn center mn store

The sign says now hiring [censored]s and [censored]s. I think this is the most disgusting and disturbing thing I have seen on a board of a place of business. I will not be returning to this location. I also think that manager should a stern talking to or some kind of discipline. I know this isn't your fault but I thought you needed to hear about this right away. Thank you.

Arby's food quality and consistency issue

I LOVE Arby's! It's so awesome to have a fresh and healthy alternative to fast food. I always get the sliders, roast beef and chicken. Unfortunately, the last time I ordered a chicken slider, the chicken inside my slider was a super small chicken tender.. I understand the sliders are specially priced at $1.00, between the hours of 2-5 pm however, the portion should always be delivering the same size, and consistency. I understand that all chicken tenders cannot be the exact same size, however, if it does not fill up the mini bun, it should not be served. The worst part, is that this has happened to me several times. I have gone inside of my local Arby's to disclose my problem to management, and I was refused a refund, and solely offered a replacement, which was super kind, however, the repeated isolated incident, is just unacceptable. I visit this Arby's location multiple times per week, most of the time, so I am too embarassed to go inside and complain again, as I do not want to be labeled as a unsavory guest, or targeted as an annoyance. Is there any way that this issue can be resolved? I am requesting a refund for my last visit, as the quality and consistency were not up to par with regard to my chicken slider. My order total was $5.30. Please issue a refund in this amount, and more importantly try to implement a size standard for the chicken tender sliders! Please!

Arby's arby's cleveland road wooster ohio

My wife and I walked in to eat dinner. An employee was wiping down the ceiling with a cleaning rag right over the top of the open foods from the fryer. This was above the area they store the fries, curly fries and potato cakes. We turned around and walked out. The amount of contamination coming off of that ceiling and floating through out the restaurant didn't make me feel like it would be safe to consume food from this restaurant!

Arby's #6 half pound beef and cheddar

We need to remedy this problem. I ordered a #6 the half pound beef an cheddar meal. This is one of my favs at arbys. I have had this great meal many times over. But, this time on friday the 24th, at your canton, ohio location on atlantic blvd. I was definately ripped off. I did not receive the full amount of roast beef on my sandwich. I went back up to the counter an showed the manager "paige spivey" and she would not do anything about it! this is my first time for having a bad experience at any arbys. And i do not know if i will be a regular customer at arbys again. I am very disappointed in ms. Spiveys manager skills... I hope to hear back from someone . Thanks for your time. Mark

Mark - I'd say you were severely abused in this situation. You should consider suing. Or maybe teach them a lesson with a baseball bat...or a tire iron. After you sue them, though. And maybe take some mace with you, just in case. Anyway, you definitely have been abused bbeyond the limits of reasonable human endurance. Yep...sue !'em. Sue 'em good.

Arby's quality of service isn't very good and I always have to go back through the line cause my order is always wrong

I am actually sitting in the drive thru at one of your stores in Louisville.Kentucky on Crittenden Drive because I ordered two of your bacon and beef n cheddar sandwiches I also ordered double meat on both which I was charged $2.00 extra each sandwich and when I received them they had the smallest amount of meat I wouldn't even call it a regular beef n cheddar but every time I go to that Arby's my order is never right I just want to let you all know you lost a customer I love Arby's but the head ache that comes with it isn't worth it

Arby's chicken tenders

On Friday, June 15th, between 12:15 pm and 12:45 pm, I arrived at the Arby's located in Edinburgh Indiana and ordered 5 pc. Chicken Tenders only. My husband and I ordered our food to go, but decided to eat there. When I was almost finished with my second piece, I took a bite and heard a crack in my mouth. I had broken a tooth from the hard crust on the chicken tender. I spoke with Shane Kelley, Manager at the store, and told him what had happened and showed him my broken tooth. He said, "he was sorry and that sometimes the tenders are overcooked". He didn't look at the other 3 pieces that I had in the bag. He took my information and gave me the Owners name. He called me on my cell phone shortly after and told me that he was going to file a report and Farmers insurance company would be contacting me on Monday. Farmers did contact me on Tuesday and took a recording report by telephone. After a few days, I was informed that my claim was denied. They told me that Shane Kelley told them that "he looked at the tenders I had in the bag and could not find anything wrong with them." That was NOT what he did...He never looked at my bag. I have the tenders. I returned back to the Edinburgh store last week and ordered 3 pieces of chicken tenders. I asked how the tenders were prepared. I was told that they are cooked and if not sold, they get rid of them after 30 minutes and make another batch. In this case, they prepared 3 fresh pieces. What I found on them was very hard crust ...very hard. I talked with Nathaniel House at the store that day and showed him the HARD crust that was on those tenders. He took one of the tenders and started tearing it apart and stated, "that the CHICKEN WAS FRESH AND TENDER". I told him I was not talking about the chicken but the HARD CRUST that they are battered in and that the chicken was surrounded around. He said, " that's the way it comes." I took these tenders with me as well.
I want compensation for the expense that I am incurring from the tooth that was broken. I am needing an implant. I have reported this complaint to corporate and talked with Olau in Customer Service. I have not heard from anyone as of this date. I have been told that it is being investigated. If that is the case, I should be given a call. I have proof that these tenders were so hard that they can and did break my tooth. I look forward to hearing from someone so that this can be resolved. I don't think it is fair to me to have to pay for something that was caused from a product you produced. Mr. Kelley lied about his statement, perhaps to keep his job... I have consulted an attorney after getting the second order of tenders and finding the same HARD CRUST on them. I would like to resolve this matter before taking legal action. I would appreciate a telephone call from you in the next week. I can be reached at [protected].

Arby's food

I was in Columbia TN on [protected]. I had just left the emergency room for a concussion and needed something to eat before we drove back to Hohenwald.

We chose Arbys for our meal. We ordered the 2/$6 bacon cheddar and a large order of tater cakes.

When we opened the sandwiches there was more bun than roast beef, there may have been a dime size drop of cheese and it was hidden by a piece of bacon broken in to, I assume there was so little for the simple fact, that they could say the sandwiches had bacon and cheese on them.

Don't get me wrong, I love Arbys food but the lack of on these sandwiches was a joke.

I would appreciate if maybe, you could send me some coupons for food at Arby's to keep customer satisfaction ratings on the high side.

Arby's raw chicken

I was served raw chicken it looked like they just put it the fryer for a couple of minutes to fry the outside and then took it out. The service was slow and I sat at the order menu for at least 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I would like something done about this it's not a professional restaurant. I'm hoping I didn't eat enough to get sick but still this should never happen maybe they should have a thermometer to check it.

Arby's ethics and integrity towards an employee

My sister worked for the Arby's im beechmont and just walked out and quit tonight after a manager there named Lisa scrutinized my sister after finding out my sister is a lesbian. She told her that it is a huge sin and that my sister needs to change her ways and stop being gay. I am so disgusted with this managers behavior. She needs to be fired for her actions. I can not believe that Arby's would allow this kind of discrimination to occur in their establishment! I will be making any and everyone I know aware of how Arby's lets their managers treat their employees! I expect a call about what is going to be done immediately or I will be taking this to social media and every news station I can find!

Arby's order time

My family and I decided to go to Arby's for lunch after church. We arrived at 12:30 to place our order and then we waited. And waited. Until 1:00 to get our food. This is very normal for our Arby's but enough is enough. My family loves Arby's and we go 4-5 times a month, but it's hard to want to go to a "fast" food restaurant that takes longer than our favorite sit down restaurant.

Arby's bullying

This is a complaint about cheryl robinson a manager that works for arby's. She yelled and embarrassed a young girl working their by yelling in front of customers saying "if you have an attitude then you can leave." laughing at her and talking about her behind her back to the other employees. She should have took the young girl to the back and had a discussion with her. This is completely unprofessional. Is this the type of behavior that goes on in the restaurants? Managers bullying and being mean to their staff? I also seen a bug.
I can only imagine what other uncleanliness there is. I have every intention on contacting the board of health.

Arby's fire roasted philly

This was our favorite sandwich and we always ordered it when visiting Arby's, but not any more. We discovered yesterday that you have quietly replaced the Angus beef with your regular bland roast beef. Consequently we are paying a premium price of over $5 for a mildly souped-up $3 Arby's roast beef sandwich. A total rip-off. You should be ashamed of yourselves for duping your patrons in such a manner. We will not be returning to Arby's.

Arby's lousy service

We started having lunch at store # 1800. 3 straight visits our order was incomplete or wrong !we stopped going there. Its been 4 months and I tried again to see if service changed, it did not! We were asked to park and wait, 3 customers in the store. I went in to inquire about our 3 sandwiches. I was told go wait in the car, they will bring it. The car that was waiting in front of us leaves and comes right back, wrong order ! I go back inside after 5 minutes. Still no food ! I told the manager this place sucked ! An employee came out from the counter and told me NEVER come back ! Our food comes out, FIVE MINUTES LATER! WRONG FOOD! I GIVE UP. This place should be closed if you can't put competent PEOPLE in this store. I am going viral as best I can on the internet. A true [censored]HOLE !

Arby's my district manager

I work for the Arby's in Cleveland Tennessee on Keith ST. I am coming to you to complain about our district manager, she is very rude and just tonight while I was at work she made a comment to my 1st. Assistant manager that i looked "Stupid" those were her exact word's. Here's what happened... She asked my manager why I had a blue towel across my shoulder and my manager said she didn't know and my manager said why is it against the rule's our policy and the district manager Melissa said No and my manager said okay so what's wrong and Melissa the district manager said because she's looks "Stupid". I really really don't appreciate that at all and she has an all out bad attitude every time she comes in the store she's very rude to almost all of the employee's and I think something should be done about this issue.. I personally don't think that she needs to be district manager she doesn't have the attitude for it at all! Thank you for reading this

Arby's daphne alabama mold, mold mold

I have contacted the store manager, district manager, corporate that is in another country and hard to communicate with! I will be reviewing my local Arbys on EVERY SINGLE outlet I can find! The place is literally covered in MOLD! Pictures to prove it! The windows are nasty and the food was HORRID! Hard bread, old oil and OLD OLD ham! The employees of this location are lacking in customer service/hospitality! This location should be closed until further notice! It is literally COVERED in black MOLD!

Arby's drive thru worker (kellen)

Yesterday approximately 1430 hours, my mother and I went to the Norwich Airbus drive thryU. We ordered 8 root beer floats that were a dollar and 2 large root beer floats. My mother is 62 and handicapped due to copd(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) which causes her difficulty breathing. The man working the drive thru informed my mother very snotty that next time she is to come into the store with such a large order because he now had a line of cars behind her(there was one car, a red one) I asked him his name and he said kellen. He then proceeded to shut the window and tell the other employees that I yelled at him for speaking to my mother that way and was calling us both unsavory names. I understand everyone has bad days but for him to take it out on an elderly handicapped customer is uncalled for.
