Arby's religious endorsement

Dear Arby's. I love your restaurant and have been a customer for years. To get the the point as quickly as I can. I have noticed religious endorsement in your Arby's drive through made by employees.

People are born into religion and brainwashed as children. Which is something I don't condone or involve myself in. I will no longer be eating in your Laurens establishment until the rocks are removed. If they aren't removed I will be taking further legal action. Thank you, and have a good day.

Arby's shift manager clarissa barnett

Everytime I came there her and one of the employee was very rude and on top of that I ask what was in the bowl just in case it's something I didn't like well the girl in drive truck was very rude about it and the shift manager was rude also very rude I mean I know this much the store manager awesome I mean I'm pregnant and I come get jalapeno and the big roast beef meal plus desert and I love the shake but how can you go somewhere and eat when you get that kind of service I feel like they will speak in my food and as she was showing me her name tag she said call who ever I don't care I'm not going anywhere good bye I won't give you service that's what Clarissa said as you can see in the picture that's when she open the window again and did all that non professional stuff if u need to contact me [protected] thanks and have a blessed day

Arby's time in line to order

Went to the Arby's in Mustang Oklahoma to get a sandwich for lunch, got in line at 11:45 am 6/26/2018, 5 people in line... 12:00 Noon, still 3 people ahead of me, cashier not very good at the counter... New help came to 2nd POS System, bypassed line I was in and started helping everyone that came in behind me...
12:10 pm got to cashier having bad time with POS ordered and the man became lost and needed help... Wait Wait and wait, 12:15pm my lunch was over, never got any food or any real help... Took my ticket for a free sandwich and left did not want to be late for work...

This is the second time in two weeks that I have came to this Arby's and have had a bad time both times... Food not correct on the first visit, was sent a coupon for a free sandwich and when I went to use coupon, could not get an order placed in 30 mins while standing in line...

This place Sucks in service and time allotted to the customer, and very bad training program for the cashiers...

Arby's tooth found in sandwich!

This is the third time I have emailed about our disgusting experience. We found a tooth in my daughters food. She bit down on it and cracked her tooth. I wrapped it in a paper towel so I could show them what was in it. I have my store receipt when we purchased it. I don't know whether to tell the newspapers or not. I have told all my relatives to watch and check their food before eating. With all the crazy thing people doing to your food. should I post it on social media? so others will know? I saw videos of people spitting on somebody's food. dropping a bun on the floor and squashing it with their foot and picking it up and giving it to a customer! Linda Keffer

Arby's bacon beef and cheddar sandwich

Today I stopped at the store in Dearborn, MI # ARG-01090-MI-Dearborn. Ordered 2 of the Bacon Beef and Cheddar's. Got home and my husband started eating and said they didn't put on the bacon. He was 3/4 of the way thru and said oh wait, here is some. There wasn't even a whole piece of bacon on the sandwich. Your ads show 3 or 4 pieces... He was very disappointed as he loves the bacon. Seems your people could be a little more careful when putting together the sandwhich. It wasn't even busy so can't blame it on rushing...

Arby's shift manager (natasha)

My family was eating dinner this past weekend at the arbys on pike street in Parkersburg, WV! It was 8:00 this "unprofessional manager" Natasha was "closing the store" all equipment was being put up and cleaned and we waited forever on our food! She was screaming (I mean literally my kids were freaking out and we were eating in the back of the store) at employees! I had enough and walked up there as she quickly went to the back I asked one of the employees up front what her name was! I was also surprised that she was in actual arbys clothing (my family has went through the dthru several weekends and she was in tight jeans and a regular t shirt). This was the last straw for me, she doesn't need to be managing anything obviously, and the other customers that were in the store thanked me for speaking up so apparently this happens frequently or they just don't want confrontation BUT my kids were there (ages 7 & 3) and they don't even want to back!

Arby's arby's

Watching your ad on tv many times for your arby's, I decided to go to arby's and order this beef sandwich! When I received my two beef, cheese, with bacon sandwich's, I was very disappointed! The sandwich itself was shrunk and did not look like your ad at all! It had beef, cheese and bacon but, when I receive the sandwich itself I could barely see the beef when I unwrapped it! I visit arby's quite often and have not had any problems with other beef sandwich's? What happened? This the first time I have ever had to complain!

Arby's chicken salad sandwich and curly fries

The chicken sandwich was bread and lettuce and hardly any chicken and found a piece of rubber substance in my fries. Not happy at all, have pictures. I think if you are going to showcsomtjingbon TV it should at least look like that and whatever the rubber thing was in the fries made me not want to ever eat at Arby's again. I am very very unhappy and I am sure it was just that store, Inlove Arby's but this has really put me off.

Arby's unethical / unsafe environment - store # 6974

I will start by saying that I am an ex-employee whom left my position as assistant manager on my own. I was sent to the macedonia to train... Why you would make that a training store I have no idea. Lets start from the beginning. The training manager is a young girl on a power trip. One of the first things that was told to me was, "keep me happy and you'll have a great schedule, piss me off and you will hate life." ummm very professional. So I was being trained on prep with robert. Yes I am aware he has been in that store forever but his actions should have had him terminated long before I was ever hired. So as he is showing me how to cut and portion meat, he isn't wearing gloves; I said, "excuse me shouldn't you have gloves on?" his exact response was, "no baby we only do that if someone is coming around." so not only is that a health code violation but when I brought it up to shannon her response was, "oh that's robert he does whatever he wants." so he continued to do prep with no gloves touching several different items and also eating the product off the slicer and sneezing on himself; then he wiped his hands on a towel went outside smoked a cigarette and came back in and started prep again. Yep you guessed it without washing his hands. That same week we had to complaints from customers about them seeing him eating on back line and making sandwiches with no gloves on. So finely after the second complaint shannon walked back there and handed him gloves (nope still no hand washing) told him to put them on and he wore the same gloves so long that the only thing that was left at when he went to go do prep again was the part hanging around his wrist.
My first night closing was with robyn (she honestly should be the one running that store) she was so kind and walked me through each step of the closing process and actually let me do things so I could get the hang of it. Great night! The following closes with another manager oh my was it way different than the night prior. It was like a circus everyone doing whatever they wanted. The back line person phil not only did he waltz in 30 mins late like usual according to the manager I was with but its after 6 pm and we a busy he is breaking down back line and not making sandwiches. So the manager I was working with asked him to stop and he completely ignored him and the manager had to go back and make the sandwich. Yes at that point I would have sent him home but they didn't. So about 9 pm we have a few cars in drive thru and (check the drive thru times when he is working not good) and I asked where is phil we have a screen full of sandwiches? The managers response was shocking, "phil likes to take breaks in his car, he usually doesn't ask and he doesn't clock out for them either. He is usually gone for about 30 mins - hour." I was said, "that is unexceptionable go out there right now and get him or go out there and tell him he can go home if he doesn't want to come back in!" so he goes out and gets him. You can tell that he is under the influence of something. I pulled the manager aside and told him to sent him home that you can clearly see that he is high and his shift is over. So he leaves. I sit down shannon the next day and tell her of the terrible experience and I said she should fire him for doing drugs on the clock. Shannon's response was, "then I don't have anyone to close back line." I said, "ummm then you do it because you cant have someone like that on the clock if he gets hurt your screwed." her power tripped response was, "I am a gm I don't close and it will be fine.
After the first few weeks of training I am suppose to be running shifts. Well that is impossible with shannon there because she gets in her moods and just throws a fit and screams at everyone. We had a elderly lady and her husband come in they were so cute. They had their lunch and the women came back up to order a apple turnover, she requested a knife and 2 forks. I had already take the order and was in the process of getting what she requested. Shannon walked up and asked if she had been helped and the lady replied," yes honey thank you we are going to eat it here."well shannon didn't hear her and very rudely said," what! Do you want a tray or a box!"I told her that I have it taken care of and she turned her back to the customer and said," I am not in the mood for these people [censored] today!"the lady was so upset she asked me to box up her stuff and they left I walked out to apologizes and she said," that girl should be fired she is so rude, who is the boss!"I said," miss I am sorry but she is the boss."she shook her head and said we will never be back here, but thank you for at least apologizing even though you didn't have to, you didn't do anything wrong she is the one that should." I went back over and told her what was said, "she said good I hope they don't come back I hate people today," and stormed off into the office to pout. By my 3rd week I still had no idea on how to use 90% of rti was never shown how to do temps or the beef sheets or inventory. Seriously thank god for robyn she actually taught me everything I learned. I mean everything.
So the one employee krystina was clearly struggling with some person issues for a better part of a week. I suggest that she has a [censored] down with her find out the issue and possibly offer some help if she could. Shannon said, "no she is just a drunk and I am done with her so I am going to cut her hours till she quits." I replied, "so your just going to keep being mean to her and then add more stress to her already stressful life instead of just talking to her & help her?" shannon, "yes it worked for clarmissa, getting rid of the dead weight." really? I said, "if that is the case why is phil and so many other still here if your getting rid of the dead weight?" well that made he angry and that is when she started on me. First it was scheduling me to close and then come in at 10 knowing we didn't get out till 3 am. Then it was constant attitude.
Then about a week before I quit I had a medical emergency. I left work early on a tuesday I was in tears and extreme pain I had broken my tooth and it was bleeding and oh god did it hurt and I could tell my blood pressure was out of whack, after I had to beg for her to let me go, she says, "the only was you can leave is if you find someone to cover the last 2.5 hours of your shift, because I am not doing it I am here enough as it is.." thankfully zay willingly said he would do it and I went directly to the emergency room. Thank god I did. My bp was 224/132 and I was in the er for about 8 hours before they would let me go. They advised me to stay home the next day so I called a co-worked and had my shift covered. Wednesday night I text shannon and told her I had a dentist appointment thursday morning to get the tooth pulled because I was in so much pain. He only reply was call joe!
So I text joe the area supervisor told him of the situation and apologized and let him know that I had doctors notes for all of the days off. He was very kind and said he understood and he would see me friday.
Friday he came in and we talked I informed him that I had all the doctors notes in the office and I would give them to shannon to process so I would still get paid. He said that sounded good. So shannon and I sat and chatted about me going to the solon location after my certification the following week. She was still angry with me and said, "your going to hate it... I know your going to hate it." I said, "well like you are aware I can't work sundays, never have once here and you know why. (religious and family reasons) and as long as I have the days off I requested then everything will be fine."
She giggled that annoying giggle she does and looks me straight in the face and says, "nope you are closing every sunday in solon and I made sure she gave you the worst possible shifts. Also the day you requested off for your daughters baby shower was denied and july 4 & 7 have been denied to. By the way you will be closing every holiday I already passed on what a [censored] you are."
So I ended up quitting, I can work for a company who's training managers motto is "do as I say not as I do." so I get my last paycheck and it is very short. So I call the store and asked why. I was told that the days I had off weren't approved because I didn't have doctor's excuses. I told her, "you know damn well that I gave them to you last friday after joe left and you said you were going to submit them to corporate. Shannon's reply was," ooops guess I misplaced them." then she hung up on me. Yep that is who you have running a store good more pick a kid on a power trip other than the more capable adult you have in that store like robyn.
Not even sure if you will do anything about all of the nonsense that goes on in this store but I would at least address the fact that many if not all health codes are being broken on a daily basis and the frequent drugs that on going on in the parking lot and that fact that she is allowing people under the influence to work because she is a gm and they don't work past 8 and she never has to close.
That store needs a total overhaul and get that kid out of there before she gets you guys sued.

Arby's cookies

I had ordered some fresh baked cookies in drive thru and employee told me it would take 25 minutes for fresh cookies I said ok it's fine I will wait so when I got to window the manger came to window making up excuses about now that it will be back a 45 minute wait on them so I asked her is it really because y'all don't want to cook them but she was just so rude about making them and said they had some fresh ones they had made about 12 noon and it was bout 10:30 here in Lake City Florida and honestly this not the first time this has happened to me and I always come to Arby's me and family and co-workers but I'm so tired of them treating me like this there customer service is so bad I feel like if they shouldn't come to work with that attitude

I am a loyal and patriotic American and, as such, I am making the informed decision not to support companies that advertise on The Laura Ingraham Show. I feel that you have the right to know why you may be losing my business.

The programming on Fox News is notoriously partisan and biased and Laura Ingraham’s recent comments, equating refugee children living in tent cities with being akin to going to “summer camp, ” are particularly offensive and prejudicial. There is nothing “fair and balanced” about this rhetoric, there is nothing fun or recreational about being taken away from your parents and safety net and being interred in a detention camp. Laura Ingraham and Fox News are helping to further the political and economical divide amongst the citizens of the United States.

Until your company discontinues your relationship with Laura Ingraham and Fox News, I will not purchase your products or services.

Please consider severing your ties with Fox News and/or its individual programs and spending your advertising budget in areas that will help build a better America. It is never acceptable for a company to support the intentional distribution of misinformation and bias and the separation of children from their parents.

Arby's customer service

I would like to start off with I usually do not send emails to complain, but I felt that you should know this. I was in your store today at 25251 Madison ave in Murietta store number 7132 at 1:08pm, my cashier was Emily. The store manager was fixing the soda machine. I was standing off to the right in front of the condiment station filling my cup with original Arby's sauce. My elbow barley touch the end sauce which is spicy three pepper. The value popped off and sauce went down the side of my shirt (photos attached). I said something to the manager who was there and he asked one of the workers to give me a towel. I was handed a dirty towel, the manager never said oh gosh I'm so sorry or anything, did not offer me the time of day, he just went back to fixing the soda machine. I sat down with my mom and decided to go ask the manager if they had a gift card or something. He said no but he would write down something for me but he had to fix the soda machine first...(I could understand fixing the machine first before helping a customer who is standing there if there was soda running out everywhere but it was not the case) so I finished my meal. I saw the manager give the cashier something and pointed at me. The cashier came out and gave me two free slider cards. My gripe here is that this manager has no people skills or customer service priority. I have been in the service industry for many many years, and have always made my customers number one...I should have not had to ask this manager if they had a gift card, he should have apologized and offered to have my shirt cleaned. Instead the cashier gave me 2 free sliders. I do like Arby's food, but I don't think I will be going back to this restaurant because of the poor management.

Stupid: the hours are not posted, only the closing time. I was trying to buy lunch early and wanted to know if they were going to be open at 10:30 am... Arbys.com

Thought, "oh, maybe i'll shoot a message and tell them they should post all hours on the website..." what a surprise, you can only call them. Rofl too funny - they don't have the choices that every other fast food chain does on their websites.

Oh well... You lose. We went to burger king for a quick togo lunch for 8 people.

1. It was closed when I was checking for the hours - just rang - no answer. 2. I was 10 miles away, trying to gather a list of food from my group. Rather hard to do when you don't know WHICH restaurant you can go to. Any other stupid comments?

Arby's poor service

Went here today, place an order was waiting already 7 minutes when they stated they ran out of roast beef, waited some more got food finally.this place is poorly run, understaffed, unsanitary, eating area was dirty, two drinks available only mellow yellow and diet coke, condiments area was empty.so I went to counter they only had horsy sauce, ketchup.
This location is a busy area.I can't believe that is good for Arby's food standards.I was truly disappointed, I ate my sandwich it was very dry.my husband got a sandwich which he was pleased with. I don't blame the crew at this place it looks like they were working with what they had, they need help.

Arby's food and customer service complaint

My wife is in the hospital she has stage 4 uterus, lung, and brain cancer. She doesn't like the food so for almost a week now she has sent me to get her an arbys sandwich but today was pathetic. There's been times I've had to adjust her meat because it was falling off the bread and that's no big deal but today I called a lady over after they handed me my bag and I took her to be a manager because she was dressed differently but she seemed to get an attitude when I asked her if I could get a different order of fries with at least half of them in the box this time because they were everywhere. She kind of threw her nose up and got me more fries and never spoke another word even though I said thank you.. When I got back to my wife's room once again close to half of her meat was off the bread but I never say anything negative to her because she's fighting such a hard battle and being so brave that I try to be positive and strong for her but if it wasn't that she likes arbys so much I would stop eating there. There was no excuse for this and it's usually the same time of day every day so it wasn't that they were busier than usual but I just wanted you to know... Thanks for your time

Arby's pecan chicken harvest sandwich

My wife and I anxiously await the beginning of the Harvest sandwich line each year. We ordered our first of the season today at the Arby's located at about 4000 west Sixth Street in LAWRENCE, Kansas. The chicken, pecan, apple, grape salad covered less than one-third of the bread and a huge quantity of lettuce made the sandwich appear to be a full portion. We may try a different Arby's for comparison but if we receive another poor excuse for a sandwich, we will no longer be Arby's customers.

Arby's service

I went to your restraint in Middletown Ohio on Elliot Drive today 06/04/2018. The boy working the front counter had a plastic glove on and was using the computer and serving fries with the same gloved hand. The manager was yelling at everyone. The restraint was dirty and no one seemed to know what they were doing. I ordered a farm fresh salad with roast turkey. I was given no receipt. Then when I got back to work, I opened my salad and it had fried chicken on it. If I wanted fried food, I would have ordered that. Now, since I used my lunch break, I get to sit here and be hungry until I can clock out for the day. This is the third time, that I have given this place a change and all three times, my food has been messed up. The other two times, I ordered a roast turkey and Swiss with no mayo. The first time I was given a turkey bacon wrap, the second time, I was given a turkey gyro. I was not able to eat either of those items and went hungry those days too. Today was the last straw, I will no longer be eating at your restaurants. Please get that place some help, it needs a complete new crew with proper training.

Arby's brisket sandwich

I won't lie I really do love these sandwiches but every single time I go to this one in Milwaukee Wisconsin on a hundred and 11th and Silver Spring when I order the sandwiches there always made so sloppy yesterday my fried onions were on half of the sandwich the cheese half on half hanging out the side Mayo ratio ridiculously low. Sad. meat was dry which why is so important that the Mayo and barbecue ratio be on point.
I feel like management up there is just letting anything go out the door.. I would have asked for my money back but at the moment I was so hungry I just ate it I adjusted the sandwich myself but I'm making this complaint and hopes that someone talks to them and they get it together

Arby's manager

The manager was telling at the employees in front of a store full of customers. She was very rude and we weren't going to wait in line listening to her treat her employees horribly. We will not be going back to Arby's if that continues. There were multiple people in line that didn't enjoy watching such behavior as well. Stressing your employees out is not a way to get anything done, especially done correctly.

Arby's customer service

I was at arbys on us1 and offered a homeless man a meal. I walked in and ordered him a meal and manager scolded me about this homeless man was the same one that digs through dumpster for food and he didn't want him in there eating the meal I bought him. I proceeded to tell him I paid hes eating with me. He sat with us and it turns out this man was a navy vet served on navy ship for 25 years and was fighting for his benifits really arbys manager was still being a jerk to where multiple customers left because they were mad at manager making comments. This man was hungry and manager said he is not allowed to get food out of dumpster. I finally told him to hush and let him eat. I told manager after he left that this man fought for this country and I didn't need him telling me about this man eating out of dumpster. I told him this man didn't approach me asking for food I approached him I saw him counting change and something well God told me to offer food. Sad and shame on Arbys

Arby's cookie

The chocolate cookie I received was so bad that the paper was stuck to the cookie.
I had to dig with my finger nail to get some paper off the back of the cookie.
It was also hard as a rock and couldn't be eaten.
I hope to receive a response to replace the cookie we couldn't eat tonight
I included a picture of the receipt so you can see cookie I purchased.
