Aramex International about the shipment

I have shipped an mobile phone from saudi arabia to united states about 7 days ago at 12 december 2018 but it haven't reached its destination
When i was shipping from aramex i was told that it will reach its destination in about 3 to 5 days
But now its been 7 long days
And i am visiting aramex branch office daily
The staff member don't submits my complain
Seriously i am really dishearted with your services
If it won't reach tomorrow then i need my shipment item back
I will ship it using another shipment agency

Aramex International wrong delivery

I received on friday dec 7 by aramex the expected order of toms size 7, I received size 7 nike rubber shoes. I tried to call 6th street dubai and they took my number saying that they will ask the manager to give me a call, but throughout the day no one called. I looked up contacts from their website and found apparel group. However, they have only one contact number posted and it can not be reached. The return policy says 14days of return. No suffiecient and reliable information is available.

Aramex International shipment to saudi arabia (awb no. [protected])

Dear Sir,

The tracking status of my shipment No. [protected] has not been changed since last two day. It still showing that the shipment "Departed Riyadh Operations facility".

I have called today the customer service in Saudi Arabia, they informed me that my shipment now is in Khobar Aramex Office but still not sorted. I have visited also today Khobar Aramex Office and they told me that they can not deliver the shipment as the shipment still not sorted.

I can understand/accept this excuse at all. How they need two days or more to sort shipment.

Please look into the matter and help me to have my shipment ready ASAP.

I am having the exact same issue, nobody will give me an explanation as to why they won't deliver my parcel. It has now been processing in their Khobar office since November 27. I am not allowed to speak with a Supervisor as apparently they are too busy to speak with me. Service provided by Aramex is absolutely disgusting and they are also holding a parcel that rightfully does not belong to them.

Aramex International shipment not received a month ago and no help from saudi aramex office [protected]

I ordered online a shipment almost a month ago and still from last more than 20 days its stuck in bahrain aramex facility. I called and email to Aramex but they didn't tell me anything about the shipment when can I get it and why it delayed too much.. I twice send complaints from saudi arabia website but they ignored my emails and don't gave any soultion to my complaint. Kindly check with your saudia team and let me know why my shipment is stuck somewhere and when can I get it. I have to gift this to someone on some day but due to Aramex service worst happened to me.

Document ship underway bill # [protected], Jeddah to Pakistan Karachi dated on 28 Nov 2018 till Moment they didn't deliver the document

Daily they are making new stories even I try to contact from Saudi Arabia but they are not admit any mistake. I have voice recording if any one want to listen I am ready to provide

very bad service I never ever recommend to other people

Aramex International shipment not received and useless customer service center

Really I am disappointed from the service provided at whole level. Finally after try calling 100 times the customer service # linked. I've asked many employee to provide me an email for any decision maker in your entity with no any response. any way, my order from VIPbrands shipment # [protected] not received until now.

Please do not tell me wait 24 hour.

Aramex International service

Driver with rude attitude and refusing to give my order. Poor service from the contact center at Kuwait market as agents were not helpful, just kept me on hold for 35 mins without any resolution and requesting in charge person but replied no in charge. And his second colleague promised me that my order will be delivered today, but no body show up again.

Hello I have a tracking from Brazil with the tracking number EB092152883BR ship by ana Paulo de Oliveira belo to Ajibade makinde/los 19261 and was delivered I want the item to be moved to the recipient address and my account I did not received any notification but I track it on my account and was created with the new tracking number [protected], I want it moved as soon as possible and get notification on my email as well.thanks

Aramex International missing item

I have this order from Hong Kong which was shipped out on the 22nd of October. I was contacted by your South Africa office after to send my details for Custom clearance. I was also asked to pay for the clearance. A week after I was told my order with waybill number [protected] has been declared missing. Aramex please find my parcel. I have sent my message everywhere on your contact. I am still waiting for a swift action taking on my behalf.

Aramex International rejection of shipping my material that held with my address in shop&ship

Dears, Reference to shipment#[protected] that I delivered on my NY address that created through Shop& Ship site, Please note that they consider it as an Egyptian Unacceptable material, and I sent my below explanation with Case Reference: CAI/1118/4999 to the customer service many times

- This kind of Items is allowed in my country, as it's not mentioned at all in the published list for Egypt Unacceptable materials that existed in shop&ship App store application, So I made sure of this through my review of the list before I bought those materials and now after buying those materials, they refused to ship it to me.
- I already have been shipped through Aramex to Egypt adult Items many times directly to Egypt, and I can give you the tracking number for your reference if you required.
- I have delivered a shipment that contains adult item through shop&ship (shipment#[protected]) just yesterday, which came NY office in the same time with this shipment and I bought both shipments from Amazon under 1 invoice that attached.
On the other hand, I gave them a suggestion to try to support me as a customer to kill this issue by changing the description of this item to be toys instead existed" which is true by the way" as existed in the previous shipment that mentioned above if this will solve the case,

But Unfortunately, all I got the same replay in every submitted request
"that all kinds of adult toys and games (including massage devices) are prohibited items and not allowed to be shipped and enter Egypt via Aramex.
You may choose to return it to your supplier or ask us to destroy it."

even they did n't replay for any of the above-mentioned points!, which it's not professional to deal with one of there customers that he was depending on Aramex in his personal life and his business between Gulf area & Egypt & USA & Asia Since 5 years ago,
On the other hand, I requested from customer support to escalate my complaint to the USA office or give me a contact to communicate, but they just ignored this request many times
So please take the necessary actions to solve this issue and ship this shipment ASAP, as it seems that customer support in Egypt they do n't care about Aramex business

At the same time, I reserve my rights to receive compensation for non-shipment or delay in shipment

Your cooperation is highly appreciated

Aramex International missing shipment and unprofessional local team

Over the last two months, 4 different packages took too long at NY address to be shipped. Recently, a package arrived 7 days ago hasn't entered my account yet and the shipping isn't started. I have called the office 2 times and sent an email that I have followed up on it 4 times with no reply. I again called the office today requesting situation update and complaining on the absence of feedback, the agent promised me that Mr.Yazan, the manager will call me today to sort it out.. As expected, no one called ! While this communication attitude can't be described by anything but disrespectful, irresponsible and unprofessional service.. you guys can consider this as an official notice that I am taking legal action against Aramex.. for irresponsibly losing my package and disrespectfully keeping me uninformed on the situation. I will sue the company represented by the so called Yazn.

Aramex International I didn't receive my shipment

The tracking page says that I received the shipment but I didn't. No one even contacted me on my number! I issued 2 complaints one in saudi branch #(JED- [protected]) and the other on in jordan "the Regional branch " #(JSO - [protected] )before and contacted customer support several time and this has ben going for three weeks now!.and there is no answer !
Please tell me exactly where my shipment is at and if its lost whats will be next ?
I've been waiting enough now .

Delayed Delivery! We sent the parcel last November 13, 2018 up until now it wasn't delivered to me here or call /text me in albaha baljurashi Jaber. It's already 16 days and still haven't received a phone call or text that it was already delivered or pick up!

Please do consider my request.

Aramex International I didn't receive my shipment

The tracking page says that I recieved the shipment but I didn't. No one even contacted me on my number! I issued 2 complaints before and contacted customer support page on Twitter but the issue is still going.
Please tell me exactly where my shipment is at and when to expect receiving it. I've been waiting for 2 weeks.

Aramex International service issues

I have shipped some stuff from Cairo Egypt last Monday and it was scheduled to be delivered within three to four days which is not the case.

Unfortunately I lost the Air way bill so unfortunately I cannot trace the shipment so based upon I called the customer service Center and asked them to either track the shipment via national ID or via address they told me that they cannot search by this criteria . What a loosy experience I am facing .

Tracking no [protected] : Sent on 5/10/18 from Sandakan sabah.
I checked the TN, the shipment arrived on 10/10/18.
I call Kedah abx, the staff said that the my thing still at the center. I asked why still not sending it, she told me no driver today. emergency leave. What services you are doing?
No solution?
The staff ask me to wait untill tomorrow again.
Please do something... This is not acceptable!

Aramex International shipment stolen by aramex ny office

My shipment arrived at Aramex NY office on 28th of August, they never updated in the system, , , , infact i must say they have stolen the items... from past 2 weeks they are keep on sending 1 single message that we are checking on it and will get back to you soon... FAKE promises by there supervisors and call center agents... Its 18 days now... still no updates...

Aramex International shipment on hold

Good day
For the second time an expensive package of mine is on hold in the us because of unacceptable items, aparently "liqour". My package contains baking goods which my wife use for baking bread, buns and cakes in bulk, there is absolutely no liquid in the package, or anything that contains alcohol or "liqour" as stated in the message I got. Please release thi shipment, I am very very unhappy with shop and ship service.

i want to return a dress I bought from River Island as the size is not suitable, I have requested the return label from you and this was not sent to me. I have been charged couple of times requesting the label.

I have been advised from River Island to Contact you direct. Can you look into sending me a return label which the items is included in order number [protected] and also refund for the previous charges?

Aramex International lost my package and delivered to other person. they change my information

Hi have a good day. I am the consingne of package suppose. But they delivered to other person. I was expecting to receive my package last august 13. 2018. But sad to know when I tracked it online they deliver to jeddah again and delivered to other person witch is MOHAMMAD. I don't eve know him. I live in madinah my package is from taif and delivered here in madinah saudi arabia. Last august 15 I have been there at the main office here in madinah tariq tabuk saudia arabia. I ask the manager. He said give me two days. And I will contact you. Ok then I'll give them five days to bring back my package but sad to say until now they didn't contacted me. I called them several times. Didn't answer my call and then once they receive my call but its wrong number. Last august 26. 2018 I've been there again and they said I will update you they give me phone number again but still there is no progress until now. August 30, 2018 I called the manager in taif he said I will check on saturday everytime I called and ask them they said I check it and update you. The sender complained already in aramex in taif where she was send my goods and things. How many times she go there until now still there is no progress/update. My package was cost of 3000riyals. It is product from philippine and japan. I have wrist watched also it cost of 900riyals. Phil. Money 11 thousands pesos.I messaged them to deliver my package they reply me ( see picture messaged below).anyway here is my tracking number [protected], Since still there is no progress I wanted them to pay for it. I don't really like the services here they are all lazy. Please terminated them hire Filipino. So that all the item will delivered correct. And please help me to contact them bring back my package to get back from the consinge MOHAMMAD. Or else just pay for it. Thank you soo much i'm hoping you to help me.

Aramex International lost package and change my information

And this is not the first time, it happens before and after calling the service Center they told me your account manager changed ! Without even telling me !
