Aramex International wrong reason given for non delivery

AWB No. [protected]
The shipment of abovereferred was out for delivery on 13th August 2018.
I get a Email message from my supplier/shipper on in China14th August that the parcel is not deliverable because address is incomplete and not traceable.
It implies that I gave wrong address and i am a fraud person.
Whereas I got the one parcel thru ARAMEX 2 weeks ago on same address.
People responsible for this blunder are all talking about the delivery will effect today
14th August, and not about the wrong reason forwarded to shipper. Nobody in Aramex
ready to take blame for this blunder. This is disgusting. I had to talk to 6 people about it.
I also asked Aramex Manager Mr. Kapildev Roy to give me the local delivery office of Aramex, so that I will go to them and show them my address and make them understand that I dont stay in Jungle and I am traceable.
The problem is not about delay in delivery, the problem is wrong reason and system communications

Aramex International shop and ship new representatives in greece

I have been a member of Shop and Ship for many years. Up to recently the Greek representatives were Geniki Taxidromiki who provided excellent service, getting our shipments quickly through customs without any charges. Since Aramex Greece has recently taken over anything over the cost of US$40.00 has to pay tax. Plus shipments originating through the UK office are kept for days in their premises as they said "because we have to make an invoice". Well an invoice was also made by the previous representatives on the spot I would say. Unfortunately if this continues all the clients that Shop and Ship has in Greece will be lost!

Aramex International lost package!!!

Shipment( [protected] ) under Alaa Alshammari name from Jollychic to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The delivery guy refused to deliver my package to my doorstep and was impolite with a very unprofessional attitude! Hanged the phone and left without giving me my package! I reported this Issue to Aramex and asked to deliver my package it's been a week now and I daily calling them for updates and getting my shipment ! Finally they told me to went thier warehouse in Exite 16 and I went there with my husband and keep looking for the package over 2 hours and they told us at the End it's not there and we can't find it ! And simply we can't do anything for you ! Just as simple as it is and now my package is lost and no one know where it is ! I'm beyond frustrated and angry! I want my package or had a compensation for my lost package! This is my phone number ( +[protected] ) awaiting to hear from you ! And help me with my big issue !

Aramex International no update on tracking # [protected]

Dispatched package from Riyadh Saudi Arabia on Thursday the 2nd of August 2018. But since the 7th of August the tracking has not been updated and I would like to know the reason for this and want to know where my package (Tracking # [protected]) is? When will it be delivered? This is the first time I have faced such an issue as I been using Aramex for many years. Your quick response on this matter will be highly appreciated

Aramex International egypt's complaint center & branch reps

I had a poor experience at an Egyptian branch with an extremely rude representative who didn't have basic job training and suggested i should " call and put a complaint". She was obviously quite confident my complaint would go nowhere because non of my mail or call center complaints got a reply. The reply to my follow up calls is always " couldn't reach the concerned department". Disappointed after being a shop&ship steady customer for more than 8 years!

Aramex International delay of shipment

I am waiting my shipment no. [protected] still.in jeddah office in Saudi Arabia claimed total of 3 complaints with no support .
I issued 4 complaints in the system with no result .
Many trials of call only promises ..
I approached Souq.com to contact Aramex in order to resolve it prior cancelling this order ...

Thus, I am approaching HO hope to resolve my iisuue at the earlist ..

Aramex International false information updated

This is in reference to the packet sent by SBI on 17th July 2018, which was to be delivered to my address in Mumbai. Nobody from Aramex came to my home to deliver the packet so far but updated information on their system that they didn't find anybody at my home hence the packet was returned. I was literally surprised to know that.

I am sorry to write but Aramex in India should improve the quality of people they hire or train them to be loyal towards their job because I am aware that they are good in Middle East. If we see the kind of complaints Aramex has been receiving in recent days, it can easily be estimated that their service in India has been disreputable.

Aramex International shipment

Dears,

I shipped my order Since 2 months via Aramex carier from UK to Saudi Arabia and they refund the tax 30 GBP. unfortunatelly I did not recieved it.

my order shipped to my with track number [protected]

then they returned it to source because I did not respond the calls for two days as they said with track number [protected].

I think they shoud not return the order and waiting for more time.

Now, I complain this issue to Aramex head office to stop their slackness.

I need my order ASAP or return the payed tax and return my order to the source.

if my order lost, plaese return my tax and order cost 250 GBP.

Aramex International shop & ship seems to miss my package

I have a package that had been arrived to my box in NY since June 30, 2018, but nothing appear at my account till now !

Aramex International fish lures

Kindly I would like you to check for me the package tracking number [protected] and [protected] en route to US to Big Y Company which was shipped on 3rd July 2018. Its yet to be scanned in US and no records since in left Kenya for US. Kindly check out for me. I have used Aramex for over 10 years and only such incident happened to me when I totally lost the package same way but have entrusted them to date but now it going much worse.
Kindly assist.

Aramex International tracking no : [protected]

I sent a parcel containing a statue of our lady on 22/6/2018. through your agent sardonyx, 14 jampettah street, colombo 13.
Even though I paid and handed over it on the said date. now they say it was despatched from colombo on 29th. I clearly want to know what happened to the parcel for one week in colombo.
If it gets so late in an express service what is the meaning of we spending so much money.
I need to know when it will be delivered. it was for a feast on 2nd july and the date is already passed.
Hope to hear from you as early as possible.

Aramex International shipment number.[protected]

I'm the owner of above shipment, I have been waiting delivery of that shipment since from 09th June 2018 and not yet received! I contacted five times aramex call center in Saudi arabia and every they promise me that delivery will happen with in hours. But unfortunately never materialize . For that reason, I decided to rise my complaint to Aramex international in order to give a picture how Aramex service is so poor in our part of the world.

Aramex International shipment wrong delivered

I am from Saudi Arabia and my shipment by aramex under Tracking No [protected] was delivered to a wrong person on 28st of May and since then I am contacting aramex every day but they say someone from our office will contact you but till today no one responded to my compliant i am so upset from this unprofessional and not acceptable.

Aramex International product was on hold; delivery guy lied about me not answering my phone

I ordered items from namshi dated june 12 and june 20 with shipping and tracking number of sa668983835 ([protected]) and sa667392478 ([protected]) respectively. I received an email from namshi that the product was already on its way and tracked my order that it had arrived in riyadh, so I contacted aramex to arrange the delivery date on june 27 for the reason that I won‘t be around on the shipping address on the succeeding days. Everything was set and I am confident that aramex understood every instructions that I gave. So here‘s what happened today. At noontime, I received a call from aramex‘s delivery guy asking for my location because my shipment was with them ready to be delivered. So I sent my location. I waited from noon until past 6 for them to call me but what happened was the delivery guy called me informing me that he‘s location is far from my place and he won‘t be able to deliver the items today instead it will be resched for tomorrow. So I explained to him that I already informed aramex thru the hotline that I prefer the items to be delivered on 27th of june because of the reason I mentioned earlier and he said ok! Then evrything was fine until I got curious and started tracking my order. I found out that my first order which I made last june 12 was still under processing at operations facility and the second order which was made last june 20 was sent out of delivery but then was kept on hold because of the reason that I wasn‘t answering my phone! How come I did not answered my phone well in fact I just spoke to that delivery guy from aramex?! And how come the order I made last june 12 was still processing at operations facility?!?! The underprocessing and the delayed thing were fine with me I won‘t make a big fuss about it. The problem was the comment whem I tracked my order was a big fat lie! And it irritates every nerve of me! So I hope that aramex will be able to fix this issue. Send a credible delivery guy and not a lying one to deliver every item to their respected customers. And I do hope that someone can help me to solve this issue and send this complain to the concern company.

I am hoping for a quick action and solution. Thank you

Aramex International service / your shipment delay / driver and delay

My shipment number is 1773999850
I ordered from souq.com
Suppose to be delivered by aramex
After more than week I receive a call from your driver named lok about my exactl location.. He came while I was praying after 3 minutes I call him back about 10 times and no answer
When I call the customer service one lady named tasmine told me that he left already and he can't come back
Im really disappointed

Aramex International delay in delivery

Kindly note that I made an order on 6th street website since 24/5 and according to their policy the order was supposed to be delivered through aramez within 5 working days.

Surprisingly I received the tracking number only today! And when I checked it through the online tracking tool I found a comment " we tried to deliver it on 2nd of june but customer wasn't found" where I got shocked! How come you didn't even call us? And what then? Why u didnt deliver it on 3rd or 4th or 5th or 6th or 7th of June? This is very bad and I am reAlly shocked and after all of this they are telling me that it can't be delivered by today and we are travelling out of country tomorrow!

Aramex International poor service and very bad forecasting

I was expecting a shipment through aramex which recorded on 25th May from Hong Kong,
Today is 3rd of Jun till the shipment not received in UAE.
They are providing wrong information each time.and they do not have a proper updates on shipment.its shame to call a courier service company who don't have proper plans on logistics. I suggest whoever planning to book for a courier please don't go behind aramex.

Aramex International delayed shipment with no true and clear update

Hello,

My shipment with the airwaybill number [protected] should be delivered on 27th of May 2018, but it is not arrived yet.
I called the customer service many times, and each time they have a different saying! Once they told me that the package is damage, another saying was that the package is still in Dubai when the website shows that it is delayed in Riyadh since 27th of May which is the estimated day that it had to be arrived to me, finally they told me through Twitter messages that the shipment is in Jeddah! Please I need someone who is truly can find a solution for this problem and to deliver my shipment as soon as possible! I although made two complaints one of them was closed with no solution [CaseReference:RUH/0518/158591], and still no one has contacted me for the second [CaseReference:RUH/0518/154848]. As I mentioned earlier in my complaint that Asos.com has no clue about all the sayings even the damage that you are talking about! I have waited for so much time and l'm still not getting any true or clear update for the shipment. Please you are my final hope to help me and to deliver my shipment!

Aramex International I am compelling about

In 05/13/2018, I printed label of my shipments from the website. I chose pay cash and I asked customers survives to send someone to pick up my shipments. When he had picked up my shipments he did not ask for the money (85 riyal SA) (and I forgot to give him). After my shipments arrived I went to take them but they asked for money (395 riyal SA). this is because that man who pack up my shipment did not ask for the cash and he changed payment way to (CC) whiteout inform me.
