Dear sir,
I make onlineshopping from awok.com on 13-07-2017 with order # [protected] . Order doesn't proceed and amount deducted from my credit card.then order was cancelled but money does not come back.I call to awok.com but they say money is in your bank.
This is second time complaint but problem still persist.plz check my credit card data and resolve my problem.I will be thankful to you.

payment not received
Dear Sir/Madam
Kindly check our payment, we have paid SR1672.14 as monthly amortization for the month of Aug and it was paid last Aug 07, 2017 thru SADAD no. [protected]. The amount we have paid maybe not credited and still showing outstanding. The due date showing Aug 06, the same day that we have paid the amortization.

I never Receive my bill in a proper description, i have requested many time to send a detailed bill on email, which is never done.
Print hard copy bill is often missing or if i receive it's mostly after the date of payment.
Customer Care put the call on hold and mostly never come back, the back office service is really very bad, i visited Head Office and two branches for the same, but none in the bank have any idea about the credit card or credit card bill, they are just saying keep on calling it will come, i dont know what they mean by that, when the answering machine is not giving me the option to talk to agent how i will talk i dont know.
credit card outstanding balance
I left Riyadh since Feb 2015 and no outstanding obligations with any bank or with Arab national bank. The usual process of final pay is any outstanding balance with the bank will be automatically deducted from the account once final pay has been debited. However, on August 3, someone from KSA keeps on calling me insisting that I still have remaining balance with my ANB credit card. calls fr different numbers such as +[protected], +[protected] & +[protected]. However, I am asking for at least a bilking statement or statement of account or the breakdown of the balance but they cannot provide me any.
Hope to receive immediate assistance on this matter.

I have finished my monthly installments in April and the car is already transferred to my name but my car 2nd key is missing from Arab National Bank Auto lease branch. Every time i visit the Auto lease branch and all the time the answers are that the key is not available.

Dear Concern,
Since 4 years I am paying ANB Car lease installments, since March 2017 my payments are not showing up in my statement. As per bank, they are saying that since 3 months I haven't Paid my installment but unfortunately, I was failed to pay One.
Now I am trying to pull out the payment history by tracking my phone number or resident ID Number, but the customer service agents are not doing that.
It will be highly appreciated if you could help me with this issue, since day by day the penalty is increasing.

Dear ANB team,
I had received the credit card from ANB before 1 year, which is not activated till now. But i have a letter from ANB which mentioned i have to pay around SAR 900.
When i communicated to customer care, i was informed that i have to pay the pending amount.
Please be informed again that i have not activated my credit card.

Dear sir,
I am vipin vellapoyil id no [protected](iqama), two weeks before I submitted my renewed iqama copy to nearest bank anb al mahjar branch near industrial city Jeddah. But last friday 21/4/2017 I received message your account frozen . Today again I submitted my copy of iqama at the same branch, but still my account is frozen, when they will update my account, after two days my salary will be transfer. Can you help me .

Am an Indian, worked in the Saudi Arabia during [protected].During that time i opened an account (A/C # :[protected]) for my salary in Arab National Bank, Jeddah Branch.I left Saudi Arabia By April 2009 and i have 16456 SAR in my account which is deposited by my Company(WIPRO Arabia Limited) as my final settlement.
Thou i had online banking, i dint withdraw that money, thought to do online transfer once come back to India.But My account has been blocked and i cant able to withdra the money or transfer my money.I contacted the bank several times by mailing as well by making ISD calls, but they are not responding me properly.
Please help me to get my money.
