Speaking of apteka101.com, what is going on with your business? I used to order from your company every year, but something has changed this spring. My last package was lost, and there was no way to track it. Multiple e-mails and messages were ignored, your phone line seems to be constantly busy, and your “Live Help” is non-existent (I tried to chat with Tatiana; after “how can I help you” she did not respond to any of my questions for 45 minutes – who am I “chatting” with?).
My friend (who paid for express delivery two months ago!) is still waiting for her meds. Look it up on-line – too many “coincidences”. US Post office might be slow, but not THAT slow. If you continue at this pace this company will be gone in less than a year. Internet, you know, people check you before buying anything these days…

Correction, I got it, finally! I got my order! 7 weeks later… Do you use Pony Express for your ground delivery or something? Couple of things are still missing (Bromhexine and Macropen)... I’d say that your PR department is in desperate need of improvement.
I received the order in two weeks.. This is the second time we order from apteka101.com

Fraud company. At this time they have two websites: www. Apteka101.com and another is www.pharmoutlet.com .
Both of them asking you to transfer money by WesternUnion, responding to emails untill you pay and after they get your payment you will never get any respond from them again.
I placed and order 4 weeks ago – they charged my card and no delivery.
They do not respond to emails with requests either.
