Appliance Factory Outlet & Mattresses Washer

To offer and sell the pawns, THEY have the ability to agree, the guarantees that they sell without explaining the most important thing do not work. The mockery and lack of respect for the client has no limit. It is a circle of inconsistency and mediocrity. I'M ONLY LOOKING FOR SOLUTIONS NOT DISRESPECT AND MOCKING IN ADDITION TO MONEY.

The guarantee they offer does not provide repair service in the area, which results in a third party that only visits once a month. (We knew about this small detail only until we required the services) In addition, the visit for repair and service is only once a month.

The technician who checked only took 10 minutes to do the entire diagnosis, the washing machine works. It is in the record of the cameras. 10 minutes to run an entire wash cycle. Magically the cycle ran in 10 minutes. THREE LONG MONTHS. APPLIANCES FACTORY OUTLET AND MATTRESSES sold an extension of warranty that "the sellers" know well that it will not comply with what the seller offered.

Appliance Factory Outlet & Mattresses LG Refrigerator

I'm writing this complaint to express how disappointed I am with the purchase we made through your company. Three years ago, we bought a refrigerator an (LG $3500) and wont stay cold or produce ice. We are a family of 6 with 2 of our kids having special needs and have been without a refrigerator for 2 months now we have had to throw away over $300 worth of food. We bought the extended warranty thinking we would be covered if something was to go wrong with the refrigerator. We have had someone come out 3 times now and have not yet solved this issue. This is not ok, and I would like something to be done. 4 kids without a refrigerator this long is unacceptable. I'm not going to back down until this is resolved. Appliance Factory Outlet & Mattresses Refrigerator installation damage

We purchased over $17,000 of appliances from AF with only the refrigerator being contracted to install. The installers came ill equipped and dragged the refrigerator (see picture) through the front door and across our hardwood floor, damaging it to the point it required refinish (large gouges needed replaced boards). The installed signed a statement that they did the damage. It took numerous calls to get a reply from AF and they finally advised they would not pay for the damage. I took them to small claims court for my actual damages, won a judgement, and they will not respond and obviously will not pay me the judgement. This includes request through the President hotline and a letter to the President. They don't care and you are stuck with their unprofessional service and lack of accountability for their work. Buyer beware.

Desired outcome: Pay the cost of the damages

Appliance Factory Outlet & Mattresses GDF510PGMBB

I purchased what I thought was a brand new Dishwasher and not one that was unboxed with dings and severe scratches and especially on the back. Its clearly been dragged around. Dings and scratches were understated. It also seems to have been used or set up previously which Mr. Davenport denies. This is clearly used. The electrical box appears to have been tampered with or pried open, there was thread taping on the water inlet threads which is a clear indication of prior instillation. One of the double mounts is missing as well. There is no owners manual. The salesman threatened to hang up on me after I explained to him how I felt about his deception. I was told that someone will call me and they will send someone to check it out. I wanted to return the dishwasher, but was threatened with a 50 % restocking fee, even though I have a MFG warranty and bought an additional 2 year Warranty. It was a complete misrepresentation and I have no doubt that this DW was previously installed.

Desired outcome: Partial Refund for purchasing a used product and labor charged to install.

Appliance Factory Outlet & Mattresses Kitchen aid 5 door stainless steel refrigerator

We purchased a $3000 Kitchen Aid 5 Door Stainless Steel refrigerator on 10/14/16. It was delivered a few days later. We bought it at a discount due to a small dent on the front. We should have looked under all the stickers and signage first. The delivery people showed up in a U-Haul and proceeded to damage our wall while trying to get the refrigerator into our home. They had to leave and come back because having the Uhaul they did not have the right equipment in the Truck for the Water Line, Filter, etc. In the time it took them to come back I had called the # on the receipt to the report the incident and the lady on the phone took down the claim and scheduled a date for them to come look at the damage. She then called me back 10 minutes later and informed me that Grand Junction is not affiliated in that way with the rest of the their stores and I would have to deal with the store direct. They returned later in the evening with the water line much later than what was disclosed to us. They left after installing the water line, but we never had any drinkable water that did not sputter all over the front of the fridge come out of the water dispenser. No ice was made in this first month. We attempted later that evening to clear the water from spitting and spoke to the store on several occasions. We were told to do several things that did not work, and eventually we were told they would need to come back out, but once again were short staffed, and had a tight delivery schedule. We were continually told this on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. LATE Saturday afternoon they finally came out. They confirmed the water was sputtering, and there was an issue, and a filter MIGHT fix it but they did not have one to give me. The delivery people told me I needed to contact Kitchen Aid. Kitchen Aid was dispatched on the following Thursday, and they informed me I needed a new water line, valve, and NEW filter, and that their location in Michigan had slow delivery. If they did not get it before Wednesday I would have to wait an additional 10 days, as they were going on vacation, and they were the ONLY installer. I of course ended up waiting the 10 days and had to call the company to get them to schedule with me when the installer returned from vacation. Please wait for the next chapter in this ongoing saga. I now have a bill WITH interest from a company called Brand Source even though I am not supposed to be paying interest for 6 MONTHS, and I called today and spoke to Brand Source for the third time, but was finally able to confirm the store did not add the promo so interest was accruing. To add to this fabulous nightmare when we were in the store we found a razor blade in one of the refrigerators and the Store Manager, Joe Sweeney, proceeded to tell us it was "not anything they were doing" very jokingly. For a week + while this was all happening, the Store Manager, Joe Sweeney, was on vacation. After he returned, I called him, and when I informed him of the very lengthy delay from getting my refrigerator 10/14 to ACTUALLY working (which it was NOT on the date I called him) he let me know as long as it was “cooling” there was nothing they had to do about it! Joe did not back his product, warranty, delivery people, or salesman. Overall I spent a MONTH buying ice and water. The cost we incurred buying ice bags and water jugs very easily exceeded $200 in addition. I had the WORST experience of my life and I will NEVER EVER set foot into this establishment again! Word of mouth in this kind of town is everything, and I will continue to express my concerns with friends, family, and otherwise.

Appliance Factory Outlet & Mattresses Was being charged $100.00 's more

On Sunday March 28th we went down to Longmont Appliance Factory Outlet and ordered a dishwasher, in which we paid for that day, the Sales Clerk by the name of Phillip told my husband and I that for an additionally 119.00, that they could have it delivered, installed and the old one removed, we thought it was reasonable so we agreed to that, he wrote it on our bill of sell's with the price on there and stated it would be delivered to us on April 1st, and that the day before, I would get a call giving us a 2 hour time frame as to when it would be delivered.I did recieve the call from a very nice gentleman by the name of Omar, telling me that i was going to be charged 219.00, when I told him they quoted me nad also wrote it down he said that I would have to take it out with the appliance store.I did call them and he said he couldn't change the price and that if it was any consullation that Phillip no longer work there but he would see what he could do. I called him back about an hour later and he did however offer me $25.00 off and a 5 year warrenty ahich I didn't want an additional warrenty any way, I just wanted the quoted price that was written on my bill of sells honored and he rerfused.I Don't feel like this is good customer service, so I had them return my money although I did really want the dish washwasher, I couldn't really afford to pay the extra money.

After my experience with this company and the amateurish way in which they handled the business I gave to them, I will NEVER AGAIN use them. Their mismanagement of my issues and NO resolution to date, only proves their ineptitude. Thanks.

PS: Do NOT use Appliance Factory Outlet.

Appliance Factory Outlet & Mattresses Malfunctioning Dishwasher

THE WESTMINSTER STORE CALLED THE POLICE WHEN WE WENT TO THE STORE TO TRY TO GET OUR $ BACK FOR A DISHWASHER THAT NEVER WORKED! I purchased a dishwasher that has never worked properly and has also leaked and damaged my home. I purchased a Samsung dishwasher (model DMR57LFS) as part of an appliance package from Appliance Factory Outlet. The salesperson (Rick Goldstone) explained that if there were any problems, the store would make it right. The dishwasher was installed on 2/10/10. It has never worked properly. Among the problems - it has leaked multiple times damaging the hardwoord floor, failed to function complete once, melted tumblers & cutting boards on multiple occasions and doesn't clean dishes. We have had 5 subsequent repair visits during which we had to miss work and have had no less than 20 calls with various people within Appliance Factory (and/or their repair service - Brand Source) and still have not been able to get any resolution. Rick then offered to exchange the diswasher for a comparable dishwasher and when we went in he would only switch with a dishwasher valued at $450 (the Samsung was $800!). When we told him we were not happy with that, he said he would give us the $ back instead. When we finally accepted that, he balked and refused and then called the police to have us removed from the store! We are at the point where we are no longer able to use the dishwasher because of a lack of trust that it won't create more damage. All we want is a dishwasher that works!

Appliance Factory Outlet & Mattresses Beware

We were in the store 11/13 to get a number of appliances. The sales rep on the floor told us he had a refrigerator with the features we want in his "out of box" department. My husband and I were concerned with this, not knowing whether to trust whether these appliances worked. He reassured us that if anything was wrong there was a 30 day guarantee just like any other store and a full 1 year manufactures warranty. This alleviated our concerns and we went ahead and purchased 3 appliances for our kitchen.

After setting up the refrigerator, we plugged it in and everything seemed fine until the next morning when we discovered the fridge compartment completely froze all the food. We had to throw out much of items that couldn't handle the freeze. He followed the directions and turned down the fridge to the lowest setting. It defrosted but again, withing 24 hours, items froze solid. We are currently living out of coolers and have spent over $100 on groceries we had to throw out. We have tried calling and emailing the store directly 4 times as of today and each time they say they will get back to us - and never do. We finally called and set up a repair person to look at it and his response was, "I don't know what is wrong with it." It is now the day before Thanksgiving and I do not have a workable fridge for the holiday.
