Took my Mom and niece and nephew there for lunch on Monday 12/10/18. Walked in the hostess greeted us. There was a person with red hair head on bar. I asked the hostess if that person was drunk and passed out. She explained that she was studying. I said shouldn't she be working? The restaurant was empty I explained my Mother needed to sit at a table up the ramp. It took a while to get a table. I was highly upset and left. Will not return. Been there several times. This restaurant used to thrive with patrons. My Mom likes the salad. Once they were out of eggs, next they were out of lemons. Chick Filet cup and bags on nearby table. Parking lot used to be full, now empty. Everyone working there has an attitude. Needs cleaned house and start with new crew. Am not going back.

The applebees in wisconsin dells thought it would be funny if they drew penises onto their xmas decorations they painted in the window on the front door. I am absolutely disgusted a family restaurant would allow this. When we asked the GM about he just said it was a servers idea and they thought it would be funny. The server thought it would be a good idea to put on snapchat as well. Its disgusting and someone needs to be held accountable and actions need to be taken.

Ordered our food. We were there a good 30 mintutes before a party of about 20 showed up. They got there appetizers before our food came out. I had a party of 6 we had pasta steak 2 hamburgers and chicken and shrimp and wings The food was cold. We sent it back. The party of 20 got there food. We waited a good 30 mi tired before they sent out food back out. It came one by one. The 6th person didn't even get to eat because everyone else already ate there meal by the time there's arrived. The Manager gave the waitress attitude because we complained about the way it played out. The manger finally comped half out meal and offered us free appetizer for the next visit. I explained to the manager this wasn't the first time this restaurant had poor service within 1 month. I will never go to another Applebee's ever again. The attitude and acting like a free appetizer is gonna fix the incompetence of serving a hot meal to someone who works hard for there dollar. Sad story that it should be fixed by comping half the tab and free appetizers for a place I will never will go to. Management should take the first complaint serious. Sometimes comping and free isn't the answer. I definitely give Applebee's a rating of -10 in Fresno. My money my not matter but the word of mouth effects more than me.

Well for starters i just had a tragety in my life my mom just died from cancer that afternoon and me and my husband and my pastor and wife went to get a bit to eat at the restaurant that me and my mom had lunch together often and whn we first arrived not busy at all it took several minutes for service and she took drink order and then food order and we ordered 2for 25 we all wanted salads and there wasnt available due to people getting sick well then we asked if we could get extra appitizer for the diierence and she said yes well that never happened and the sirloin my husband ordered was really over cooked and through all this we never got a single refill on any of our drinks the entire dinner i would have made a huge stink but i wasnt in any condition for being more upset the waitress was aware of my loss we said and she had no compassion to even make sure we had a good expierence im so upset i really want to be able to come back and have a nice dinner with the service i deserve and had always gotten i have never made a complaint before this is the craziest i had ever expierenced please help i told waitress i was going to contact corporate and if that dont get me anywhere i will go to social media
im disabled and cant afford to spend this kind of money for a time like this only because it was a special occassion please help god bless

11/12/18 I took my daughter for her 26th birthday to her favorite restaurant, Applebees. We have celebrated her family birthday here since she was little.
When we went into the restaurant Mt. Laurel, NJ, I informed the server it was my daughter's birthday and when we ordeeed dessert, would get please sing.
Dessert was delivered, no song, clapping or recognition as I had requested.
There were no more than three other tables and two patrons in the bar area, not crowded in the least.

When I brought this to the servers attention, her response was "oh, sorry." That was it.
This may seem trivial, however it was very disappointing. The server made no other to attempt to perhaps maybe make it up.
Really, really terrible customer relations for a "family friendly neighborhood" restaurant.

Me and my husband was having dinner last nite and the waitress who was nice id us n went to get out drinks the manager on that nite jus came into us didn't ask how our nite was going but came up being rude asking us question that didn't concern her well needless to say we didn't have our drinks nor eat there I really felt like we were getting targeted because we were black I never in my life experience anything like that in my life and I'm 38 years old

My family and I had dinner at Applebee's in Statesville (115 Glenway Dr. Statesville, NC, 28677) tonight, and it was not a very pleasant experience for us. The waitress was not unfriendly but she's not professional at all. As soon as we got our drinks, we had received our bill. Is getting the bill before you eat a common practice at Applebees? When we asked for refills, the waitress never remembered what we were drinking and she had to ask all of us what we were drinking each time. My husband had to tell her to give him a refill twice before she did it. In the end, both my husband and my daughter asked for a refill and it never came so we just left. I ordered a medium rare steak, but it came out well-done. My husband ordered a medium rare steak as well and his came out medium. I cut my steak one time and showed it to the waitress and she said it's well done and that she would get the manager out. When the manager came out, he stood at the table but he didn't even introduce himself. I had no idea he's the manager so I didn't say anything to him. I had to tell the waitress one more time that my steak was overcooked. She said her manager would take care of it. The manager came out again and this time he just said he would tell the chef to make another one for me. No apology or anything. When the waitress came out with my remade steak, she asked me if we had ordered another steak. What?

We went to the Applebees on Odana rd in Madison Wi and first we had to wait at least 10 min. for someone to wait on us, then he brought me the wrong beer, then after another 10 minutes went by he informed us he forgot to put our order in. When I ordered my beer I told him I also wanted a glass of water. It took 3 times of asking for water before I got a glass of water.

My husband works for this company and has for almost a year now. Earlier in the year they had a manager named Wayne join and he wasn't aware I was my husbands wife. While eating with my kids and friends Wayne kept walking past our table then at one point proceeded to stop and make sexual remarks towards me and also told me how "hot" I was and how "breathtaking" my eyes were. Being at a meal with friends and my KIDS I find this greatly inappropriate. Especially considering he is your manager! I told him who I was and I didn't like what he said. My husband also told him that wasn't appropriate. Ever since that incident that specific manager has picked on my husband. Wayne left the store so I thought it was ok and let it be. Now the managers are leaving and they brought Wayne back as well as new management team and Wayne sent my husband home for no reason and told him to talk to the new manager on Monday. The other manager was there instead and didn't understand why my husband was there. This manager Wayne has continued to pick on my husband as well as sexually harass other costumers I have seen. Also was fired from other stores and is known for these actions. I don't understand why you continue to let someone who acts like this work and represent your business! I don't even want my husband to work for you all anymore but he likes the job itself. All the other management is great and doesn't understand why this action was made either. This is not ok! These type of actions have lawsuit written all over it.

What is going on at applebees now? We eat there regularly twice a week. This was the worst meal ever. The smallest salad ever. We ordered 2 for $25. We had the pasta — mac and cheese with chicken tenders. But the salad was tiny. The pasta came with no bread sticks. We were told they were out of bread sticks. The slowest service ever. Not the waitress — she was wonderful. But waiting for food to come out took over an hour. The pasta meal was bad. No flavor. And it is one of our very favorites. But today it was soooooooo bad. No bacon bits at all on top of the pasta. No flavor. No sauce. Then we ordered the new
Apple fritter desserts. But it came with ice cream and sauce but no spoons. We had to use forks to eat it. They did not have any spoons washed. How can you eat melted ice cream with a fork? This was really bad. You better do better or you will lose customers.

My wife and I(my wife works for applebees) went to go eat there. As we went up to the host table to get seated my wife noticed that there was not a host anywhere around. As an employee there, she decided to go to the back area to find someone who could help us. When she got to the back she found the manager Irene. My wife asked if they had a hostess and Irene said to her"I hope u ain't eating here and u need to go eat somewhere else". She said in a rude manner. My wife was so upset with how she was just talked to by her manager that both her and I decided to go somewhere else. I am very upset with this manager and I believe something needs to be done about this situation. Irene is very rude and mean and very disrespectful person to my wife as a paying customer and as an employee. Please address this situation for this was an unpleasant experience and we felt like we could not stay and eat there. This happened at the Applebees in McMinnville, TN 37110. Thank u very much. Today - thursday - oct 25 I went on line to look at your menu - I got interested to try the brisket quesadilla... When I got it home I found all of the scant brisket was concentrated in the center ; as well as the other ingredients!... At the edges there was at least 1/2 inch of nothing but tortilla... I had to open them to evenly distribute the already scant ingredients so that my bites at least were somewhat consistent in taste... I won't be trying anything at applebees again - my first and last time... Such simple stupidity is not acceptable to serious diners... Who expect uniformity in taste!

We stopped by the restaurant about 8:00 on Friday October 18th, 2018 greeted by the server. He asked if he could wipe off the table and we waited. The table was very wet and we waited until my husband asked if they could dry it off. We got our menu's and then no waiter or waitress came back to take our order. We literally sat there for 15 to 20 minutes and were not acknowledged. Two waitresses were talking in the back in our view but never came by. We were very hungry because we left after work to get to Manitowoc in time for our son's briefing in town. We have never had a problem before with our local Green Bay Applebee's which we love but this one was subpar. They need to work on their customer service skills here.

Hello. This is actually a complaint that was corrected 100%..Me and my home group met at Applebees every Thursday and Friday sometimes Sundays. We usually meet up at around 1:30 or 2pm. At first the floors were very filthy with food crumbs left behind from the day before. The bathrooms were disgusting! In the past month or so its like they did a 160 degree turn around (GREAT JOB!). Now the floors are clean enough to eat on, and the bathrooms were sparkling clean, accept for the odor coming from somewhere which is probably no fault of theirs I'm sure. Anyhow, I appreciate all the hard work you put into making Applebees the first choice place to meet...

My husband and I went to Applebee's on 5082 Airport Pulling Road, Naples, FL 34105 on 10/20/18 at 1:38 pm. We ordered one Oriental Chicken Salad w/Fried
Chicken and 2 sodas. We received both sodas quickly. However, the Oriental Chicken Salad took almost 1/2 hour. That we feel was ridiculous! I spoke to the Manager and all he did was ask what table we were at and then walked away. We have been to this Applebee's several times and never had we had to wait that amount of time. We paid $10.99 for this salad and their was only a dab of salad dressing on one plate and non on the other. We had to ask for more dressing. Also, very little lettuce, mostly almond slivers and chow main noodles. Such a disappointment!

ordered Applebee's to go on 10/17/18 at the Glendale, WI 53217 location. We ordered the 2 for $20 options with 2 side salads, three cheese chicken penne pasta, and bourbon chicken and shrimp. First I ordered extra dressing with one of the salads, instead I didn't receive any dressing at all. For the three cheese chicken penne pasta, the chicken was burnt to a crisp, barely any cheese, extra salty, and cold. Along with the bourbon chicken and shrimp, the crispy red potatoes, they were dry and had no flavor. We are highly dissatisfied with the service in which we had received and do not plan on returning.

My husband and I went to applebees last night October 14th between 4pm-5pm. The second we walked in we were regretting it. The restaurant was dirty, and stuffy. There were people getting up and walking out because the wait was so ridiculously long. We waited about 15 minutes just for our waitress, than another 15 for our drinks. She at one point came back and had to ask us for a second time what drinks and appetizers we had wanted. By the time we got our appetizers, about 40 minutes of waiting, our meals came as well. So we didn't even have time to enjoy our appetizer before our meal. We didn't get asked for refills our entire time there. The service wasn't good and it wasn't quick. We were very disappointed this visit with not only the environment but the service and staff.

I came to Applebee's on Oct. 14 2018, on 3895 Hacks Cross Memphis TN 38125. There was no hostess, we waited at the door for over 8 mins than decided to seat ourselves. We sat at the bar area, and once again no service! I had to get my own menus and still no one came! I eventually sat at the bar and the service was horrible. This place really needs a brand new staff from waiters to management. Very disappointed! And I will never be back! It was a wasted experience and they should be shut down!

Me and my family of six walked into Apple Bee's like we do every sunday, only to be greeted by a staff member mean mugging us and look us up and down asking if we want to sit, then we were rudely seated at a table where we opened up our silverware only to be greated by dirty silverware all over ALL 6 of our sets . Our food was then brought to us after we got new silverware. Then we got our food and there was a piece of hair in it . We were obviously appalled and quietly pulled the maneger(Linda) aside . She rudly said (I don't see anything and don't know why you called me over) We then pulled out the piece of hair and showed her and she refused to see it or compensate our meal or give us a new one, Linda continously tried to tell us that there wasn't anything there when everybody around us clearly seen the hair and then continue to give us rude mean looks the rest of our duration of our visit. We weren't being disruptive, we didn't yell about it, post pictures of the incident, talk rude about staff, so we were vary confused on why we were given such terrible service. We hope this gets corrected so we can revisit our favorite establishment. - A very disappointed costemer.

On Oct.12, 2018, my family and I went to Applebee's on 1005 NW 13th st. in Gainesville Florida. I walked in Applebee's with 10 (20) we ordered our meal and our total came up 81.71 my husband paid the bill. I asked the waitress for change for a 20, so I could leave a tip she took my 20 and gave me change and then came back later and said I didn't give her the 20.00. We went back and forth about the money. Eventual my husband gave her another 20. Service was okay but I don't appreciate being cheated out of my money.
