Dear Sir, I bought a 5s phone and from stc JARIR BOOKSTORE Riyadh panorama, and I found the vibration is not working during the silent mood, so l took back to the same shop to com plane the issue, but the staff referred me to STC service center, so l took my warranty card also and told them the issue and, after investigating the unite, they replayed me that, the display is not original, and they told me that it cannot be fixed.. So now where is my value for the amount thal have spent on this iphone 5s. Is this what is the iphone company is cheating the customers. Now l am facing a big issue of this matter.
