Apple itunes downloads

On 10-27-2015 I installed the software upgrade on my apple phone and after doing that my iTunes music which I had purchase will not play, I've spoken with several apple care reps in regards to this matter and yet they had done nothing to assist me in getting this problem corrected, they all agree that there seems to be a glitch in the software and I had tried every solution that have offer but still the problem is not fix, so one of the reps told me that I can try to delete the app and then reinstall the app to see if that worked but it didn't, but what it did was delete all my music on my playlist, my music was not backup on ITunes, I had 215 downloads of music on my account, so now all of my music is gone and the money I spent on this downloads is gone, I feel like I've just gave ITunes my money and has got nothing return, thanks for robbing me with my eyes open.

This matter is not resolved, I've heard nothing back from Apple so it's not resolved!

The only thing the company did was pass me from one rep to the other, they did try to trouble shoot my phone and setting but none of that worked either and that's why when one of the reps told me to delete the app and then reinstall it I did thinking that would fix the problem, but it didn't, it delete all my music that I had purchases through my ITunes account, I had over 215 songs and now I've none, I was told that there was a glitch in the software update, but Apple will not take any responsibility in the part they play, one the software was an update from Apple and two it was an apple employee who told me to delete the app and reinstall it, I would not have done it if I was instructed by an Apple Employee.

Apple worst service from apple for iphone 5s.

As i bought iphone 5s from apple exactly 1.6 years back, and recently i had experienced a problem in Home button and Lock button. So i took it to authorized service center after 4 days they told me its for Liquid damage. (This is where i got angry). Because as per my knowledge my iphone never ever had a contact with water or any other liquid. as per technician the liquid switch in iphone may get triggered due to moisture also, in that how can i get to know and for that we cant do anything . But even though whatever the damage is, i am asking for button issues but they are telling liquid damage and at last they told its not possible to fix the button issue because its having liquid damage. See my iphone is working completely fine and i am asking button issues, not liquid issues . I paid 50k for buying iphone and 5k for Extended warranty. for one more year. Apple is fooling customers, even if i wont get my iphone also fine but i want to send strong message for apple as they are thinking INDIANS are fools. Where as in US they have part replacement like even single button also they will replace, but here they dont have anything to repair. They have to replace complete phone so they are telling this. I sent a mails saying i will lodge complaint but they are not replying and he called me and told u can complain to any court we cant do anything. Why apple behaving like this for indians. Before taking iphone under warranty they could have verified right ?, why they not doing it ?, if i am paying 5k for extended warranty they why they not fixing simple button issues and telling me some liquid issue. I want to send a strong message for persons like apple guys who thinking INDIANS are fools.

Apple iphone 5s, black spot on my phone screen.

Hi, I am Pratish Prabhakaran, Employee of Aditya Birla group, brand strategy. In my case I bought I-phone 5S, almost a month back on 24th May’15 from the organized out let The Mobile store, Vashi, Navi mumbai.

The phone from day one was showing some problem in hearing. Every time it was required to speak into the phone for the person at the other end to hear clearly. While I was figuring out all this, In a matter of one month the whole fun of buying the phone went into drain. On 8th, 07, 2015, after charging my phone and while browsing through my instagram page, I apparently spotted a
Black spot on the bottom -extreme right hand side corner of the phone. Eventually, the spot grew with time and became big and it’s still growing.

I visited the nearest, apple service centre at Andheri east (chakala) on 9th/07/2015, and without even checking or testing, I was told that specific point/ region has gone through extreme/ adverse pressure.
Which came to me as a surprise as I couldn’t recall any such situation & there is not even a scratch at the point. Further to that day 10th, 11th, 12th, I’ve explored almost all service centre and the case remain the same (without testing same answer).Around 16th, 17th of july’15 my case got registered with some kind of concern, all thanks to Apple helpline service and the Case ID: [protected].
On that basis we went to the maple service centre, at vashi on 17th/ 07/2015, where in my phone was at last taken for testing. Till today its lying with them. On 29.07.2015, we were updated with the result of the diagnosis run by the vashi, Mapple Service centre on the product I - phone 5S (IMEI: [protected]).
The final conclusion of the diagnosis is that the black spot appearing on the screen is because of pressure damage.Key outcome / observation of the discussion with Mapple service center team:
1. We found, the claim of pressure damage is made on non- factual grounds, as the apple team failed to provide any kind of evidence to the product owner.

2. The team has clearly shown complete non- cooperation in sharing images or other evidence, basis which the claim was made.

3. There is no written document / report generated of the result, with proper supporting document of the diagnosis done – which can be shared with the owner.

4. Absence of written instruction, dos- don’ts in a manual format which shares data / measure to quantify the amount of pressure the screen can take.

5. Even the result shared doesn’t carried any such measure/ scientific explanation of the issue, neither any quantifying nos.

6. Mr. Faizan made the point that he is pretty sure it’s a pressure damage, which on enquiring further came to our notice that the reference for the claim basis which he made the remark was the external picture of the phone, shared by the service centre, which he confirmed is the diagnosis result. This makes us suspect the sanctity of the diagnosis done for 1 entire week, which eventually happens to be just one picture.

7. The team wasn’t aware of the actual case which we shared with our first interaction on the case registered under the id: [protected].

Its quite surprising the way the brand is working in India compared to U.S. the U.S call center has denied the term " pressure damage" and also told it should get covered under warranty. kindly help on this matter.

I took my 2 iphones in to one of your stores and the employee who was helping me (Jason) told me it would be a while before the phones were synced and told me to walk around the mall. when i came back to the store; he (jason) set one of my phones down on the counter, and someone stole it. i was upset and wanted to be reimbursed, but he just looked at me, as though i did it, and walked away. no "sorry" or anything from Jason. finding out he was one of the managers really upset me more. i have pressed charges against him (houston police dept.), called att, they have taken a months worth of service off (that's all they could do), apple told me "sorry this happened" and that's all they could do. i just want everyone in the world to know Jason from the apple store at baybrook mall (friendswood) (houston) texas is working with people, and he is definitely not a "people person" i have been an iphone owner the day the iphone has come out, and that apple store hasn't been there that long. so in other words, i have been a great customer, and jason has only been an employee there for a little while, and he should be reprimanded. it's not the cost of the phone anymore; it's the principle of the whole thing. i paid $600.00 for my phone, and apple won't reimburse me for the employees' (jason) mistake for a $200.00 phone. i am seriously thinking about changing from my iphone to another company.

Recently had issues with my IPad 2, unable to download movies from my PC to my IPad2. Called support department and after a few day the issue was resolved. Once issue was completed (Sept. 1st.) customer service asked if I would like to purchase a Protection Plan. I purchased plan and was billed the amount asked for. Upon reviewing billing information on September 3rd I found the same amount charged again on Sept 1st ($79.00) an additional $80.00 and $32.79 for what I don't know. Apple iphone 5s - cheating

Again regarding about my complaint the item I purchase as per attached invoice,
2 days ago you return the item to my brother(in behalf of me), my brother charged the
Phone for the whole night to check weather the iphone is charging or not. But when
He check in the morning the iphone still the same battery status which mean the item
Is not charging. Your customer representative as per previous conversation they tell
The phone is working anf charging, how it come the item when deliver to us is still
Not properly charging,
Are you cheating your customer, this is a long over due item your customer service
Is not doing well and nobody attending in my email query,
Please do immeadiate necessary action in my complaint

Apple bought a brand new iphone 6

Hi we are from India, and on one of my wife's visit to Dubai in May 2015 she visited the mobile store Al Sultan Mobile Phone LLC, Al Musalla Road, Dubai. She purchased a brand new i phone 6 (that's what we thought so as the guy in the store sold it as new i phone 6), on coming back to India and after using the phone for about 20 days the display screen of the phone started getting loose. So we took the phone to authorized apple store in India, where on checking the guy at the store said that the display screen of the phone is not original apple and is been changed by the seller in Dubai. After contacting my cousins in Dubai who then spoke to the store guy from Al Sultan Mobile Phone LLC, Al Musalla Road. The guy from Al Sultan Mobile Phone LLC asked to get the phone back to Dubai and he will get the phone replaced. We had taken the pain to send the phone to Dubai through a friend who was traveling and transiting through Dubai. Recently about 3 days back we got the phone back in India, and to our utter surprise the phone screen started having 2 different colour gradients. On close inspection we doubted that there is something gravely wrong, so we connected with my cousin in Dubai and he visited the store and while closely going through the Apple service & support coverage we found out that the warranty period is till 5th of March 2016, wherein an apple warranty is for 1 year from the date of purchase. So the warranty needed to be till May 2016. So basically the Al Sultan Mobile Phone Al Musalla Road store sold a 2nd hand i phone 6 at the price of a new phone and cheated us. Also the Serial No of both the phone (one we purchased in May 2015 and the replaced one in July 2015) is same. So it means the mobile store did not replace the faulty i phone 6, they just pasted the screen back and sent it to us.
We in India look at Dubai as a global city which has the best of facilities, norms, governance and international standards. Dubai has always been a country which is very close to people in India. But this experience of ours has made me think that does Dubai have this side of the face as a city wherein a Mobile company in Dubai is cheating its customer like this. The image of Dubai as shopping friendly & dealing in quality products is dented today in my ind because of this experience. I am writing in this forum as we don't stay in Dubai need support of the consumer forums in Dubai help us in our plight. The store owner has denied to help straight away, and we are in no positing to aing spend money to visit Dubai for replacing the i phone 6.

Apple no proper service in warranty period

Dear Sir, I bought a 5s phone and from stc JARIR BOOKSTORE Riyadh panorama, and I found the vibration is not working during the silent mood, so l took back to the same shop to com plane the issue, but the staff referred me to STC service center, so l took my warranty card also and told them the issue and, after investigating the unite, they replayed me that, the display is not original, and they told me that it cannot be fixed.. So now where is my value for the amount thal have spent on this iphone 5s. Is this what is the iphone company is cheating the customers. Now l am facing a big issue of this matter. Apple reckless behaviour

This is Ather Javed, writing you from Jeddah Saudi Arabia.

It is an extremely tragic moment for me that this is my first online purchase from any of online shopping website and it was a bitterish one. I am one of a kind of purchaser who believe shopping on site rather than shop online. At least we have a commodity in our hand so we can check and satisfy our purchase even if it has 100-200 SAR expensive than the online website but it gives a glimpse of satisfaction to oyr purchase.

So on Sunday [protected]) i placed an order for Apple IPhone 6 with facetime 64gb (Shipment No. [protected]) (Serial #: [protected]).
What i have experienced is beyond explanation, i don't know the name of Delivery boy but his mobile no. is [protected] & [protected], he call me today at 2:00 pm and reconfirmed my location.
As per our telephonic conversation he had been expected to reach after 10 minutes but he couldn't and when i phoned him he said there were rush on the road and he insist to collect delivery from the vehicle he had parked opposite National Commercial Bank, Head Office at Balad.
As i am familier to this area and understand the traffic situation during day time i agreed and promised him to reach there in 8-10 minutes.
Hardly i was there in 10-12 minutes but the vehicle was not there, then i made him another call and got his new location which is about 10-12 minutes by walking distance (NCB Head Office to AL-Baik).
After reaching there i couldn't found any one and furiously i called him and that delivery boy (Mobile No. [protected]) told me come at Bab Sharif Gate which is again 12-15 minutes by walking distance from my current location and about about 30 minutes walking distance from the place (My Office) where he was supposed to drop my order.
And when i told him that i will not reach there because i don't have any vehicle and i am fasting better you can come by you delivery van, he replied recklessly that he has many deliveries to be drop, so if i will not reach there in 5 minutes, he will assume this delivery as CANCEL due to wrong recipient address.

So after listen this irresponsible and unashamed reply from him (Mobile No. [protected])
I canceled this order.

I can not explain how inferior and low i was feeling that time, it was my first and last order with souq.com

Thank you so much for serving me with a lesson to not to buy online.

Hope you will take strong action against that delivery boy (Mobile No. [protected]) so in future none of your valuable customer will face such problem/issue which would bring stigma & defame to your reputation.

hello, good afternoon sir,
i had orderd apple iphone 6 plus and macbook pro from SHENZHEN Gaoqidian technology co.ltd 19-04-2015. i was looking for to start business in india that's why i orderd this sample product .company asked me to send 250 USD for this sample i deposited that much amount from UAE.I have payment slip in my hand date 21-04-2015.but company cheated me after my payment i'm not focusing my cash but i lost believe all chinease company your government must take a stringent action against this kind of fake company other wise people always afraid of doing business with chinese company.

Apple iphone 6 plus - poor quality and too expensive to repair

Brazilian resident, I exchanged my old Iphone 5S for a new unblocked Iphone 6 Plus for approximately U$500.
To start, the battery life was considerable shorter (especially with some apps open) and the Iphone 6 Plus BENDS if you leave it in your back pocket when sitting for longer periods of time.

The worse, it was supposed to be more robust. On the contrary, it´s extremelly fragile. I dropped from a 1 meter height (3.3feet) and the front panel was completely damaged/crashed. Went to the Apple store in Brazil who wanted to charge me also $456 (R$1.400) to repair/replace it. Took it to an Apple Store in London/UK and they wanted to charge me $364 (GBP249, 00) to repair/replace it.

Not only, the quality of this new Iphone 6 Plus is poor - but now Apple want to charge ridiculous high fees to repair an Iphone.

Do not recommend this product to anyone.

this store is the most unorganized, jumble of crazy i have ever experienced. i show up 50 min early for and appt. i asked the MAC Genious if they take walk ups, NO was the responce. As i sit and wait this same MG helped 3 people with no apptmnts, while i sat. when i confronted him he said he would let me "cut" in line.

I went to the Apple store to buy a new ipod and the customer service person was really nice but i had an issue with the memory of the one i o. I went back and had a person there exchange it for me.

The line was really long. I like Apple but i would like them to staff the stores with more employees to handle all the customers they get. it would make the experience that much more fun.

Went to the Apple store to shop for a new phone and Ipod. I really like the products and think the stores are really nice but the prices are just to high for me.

Cant they make some that are priced a bit more fairly. If someone at Apple reads this please think about making some products that are easier for the average person to afford.

While i bought an ipod about two years ago for $330. But recently it has stopped working correctly. Now i have already contacted Apple and they said they can't do anythin cause the warrenty is up. Now i believe that spending $300+ on anything, it should last at least five years. Apple said to fix the ipod it would cost at least $150 for just one part. is it just me or does it seem like they scam people

We purchased two iPods in Dec 2008. One is working fine and the other is not functioning and it was not dropped or abused. Apple refuses to fix or replace. They want to charge me $79.00 to fix a product that is less than 1.5 years old. I can't believe they will not stand behind their products. NOT FAIR!

Apple The words "quality & respect" no longer matter at apple computers.

Ever since I installed Yosemite OS and PixelMator on my MacBook Pro mid 2010, the computer keeps crashing and I could not get to do my work on it. On my 1st appointment at theApple Store in the Roosevelt Field Mall in Long Island New York, they said I had to backup the laptop and do a clean install of Yosemite OS and that it would only take 10 minutes. It took a while to backup the laptop. Then I did many walk-in visits to see if they could do the clean install for me they could never accommodate me. I had an appointment for 2/8/15 at 1pm; but I so much needed to use the Mac that I made many walk-ins to se if they could fix it sooner. So on 2/1/15 I booked an appointment for 2/4/15 at 7PM. after I traveled miles to get here ant the Apple Store in the Roosevelt Field Mall in Long Island New York, I was told they did not have any appointment for me here today whereas I recorded it on my iPhone when the man made the appointment: they still denied it because they don't see it on their iPads.
I really feel victimized by Apple's mediocrity with the Yosemite OS, wasting my time to come to their store and making appointments in vain. I invested in a Mac because they did not crash like my windows computers. Since 2010, my MacBook Pro never crashed until I put the new OS on it. Apple is big and they get away with wasting small people's time as if my time means nothing. Big companies should be taught to respect customers's time and Apple should provide more humane solutions to assist their customers who invested in a product that used to represent quality, reliability and dependability when Steve Jobs was around. I am afraid the words quality and respect no longer matter at apple... it is a shame.

Apple apple is avoiding my warranty

So I bought the Ipad Air 2 from Apple. I got it brand now. Come to find out it had a big crack in the screen, so I wanted to return it. They refused to do that. They told me that I put that crack in the screen. They said that I couldn't return cause of the crack on the screen.

Apple defective phone

Dear Souq Team,

I ordered iphone 6 from Souq Website.My Order Number was Order #[protected].
My Phone was defective, I raised the complaint (#1555719), I got a reply that my phone is under warranty and problem will be fixed.
I returned my phone, but now they are saying that they had refunded my money back. I requested them that I need phone.
This is really very bad customer experience & I feel cheated. I am a regular buyer of SOUQ and now I will never buy anything from SOUQ, Even I don't recommend anyone to buy as same thing can be repeated with them.
I want SOUQ management to take some strict action against their staff and should compensate for their mistake.

Apple dishonesty

I used the company website (cashforiphones.com) to get an estimate for the value of my iphone 5
My phone was in near 100% 'perfect' condition. The website said if I sent in in it'd be worth in excess of $150
I used the company supplied USPS mailing label and mailed my phone to them at their Sparks, NV address
a couple of days later I was sent an email saying my phone was worth $16.00
I immediately sent an email saying this was unacceptable and to send the phone back to me. I got an email back saying they were sorry I wasn't happy and to call them. This was at the beginning of the Thanksgiving holiday
I tried for several days to do that but their phone system was always 'overloaded' and I was told to "try back later"
Finally today I got through to someone who claimed to be the Marketing Manager. She said they could not return the phone as I had only three days with with to contest their offer and that time had expired. ( several of those days they were closed)
This is obviously a scam and someone should expose this company for what it's doing to people

Apple return item was lost/stolen in transit.

Hi~
I had iPad Mini Retina display 32gb 4G LTE, and the glass was cracked. Since I have AppleCare plus insurance, I paid $49 and applied express exchange (Case [protected]). When I received the replacement, I took out the new one, and put the broken one in the box and returned to Apple Inc. After a couple days, I tracked the status, and showed still pending. So I contacted Apple, and was told that there wasn't the device in the box. I knew very well that I had to pay the full price of device if I didn't return the broken one, so I returned for sure. The representitive "Leah Welch" contacted me, and said that she investigated this case, and found no problem at Apple and Fedex. In other words, it is my problem, and I have to pay the full price of the replacement.
I contacted Fedex to make sure what was going on in transit, and Jerry who is a Fedex investigator told me two things!

1. None at Apple inc. had contacted Fedex to claim this issue. In other words, Leah Welch told me a lie that she contacted/ investigated with Fedex.
2. When Fedex picks up the package, Fedex always weigh it, and weigh again before delivery so that they can check if the item is lost or stolen in transit. Jerry told me that my package weigh almost 1 lb, and it never changed during transit. The empty package never weigh 1lb. The device weight about 0.75 lb, so the package must have the device in the box to weigh almost 1 lb.
I emailed Leah Welch many times, but she never reply my emails. I can't believe that Apple inc. hired this kind of woman. Here is my email history.

10/23/14: Leah Welch
She called me and said that Apple and Fedex had no problem, and find out the problem at my end. She emailed me, and asked to send the original receipt.
10/24/14: Gil
I tracked the package thru Fedex website, and found the actual package weight was 1lb. I emailed Leah Welch about it. No reply from her.
10/25/14: Gil
I contacted the seller to have the copy of original receipt, but he couldn't find it. However, he gave me his name and mailing address and email address. He is willing to help proving the purchase. I also checked the status of device with Apple website. The valid purchase date is active.

I emailed Leah Welch about this situation, but No reply from her.

I called her, but her mail box was full. So I emailed her to keep me posted what it going on now. No reply from her.
10/30/14: Leah Welch
Eventually, she emailed me, and wrote that "Unfortunately we are unable to deviate from this process and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

I replied right away that the valid purchase is active in Apple system, and I gave her the first/ original purchaser information. The point is where my broken device is now. The original receipt doesn't show which device. I also asked her to block and track the serial number of this device so that someone can't use it if it was stolen. But No reply from her.

I got the letter from Apple inc. It says that Apple will charge full amount $629+ tax.
Does Apple a Mafia? and does Leah Welch dead?
This is totally joking. I can't still believe that Apple inc., one of the top rated America companies, treated clients like this.
I will also share my bad experience to all website, blog, and even competitive company such as Samsung, HTC, LG, Google, etc.

Update:
Fedex investigatior "Jerry Smith" just called me and said that he wasn't able to get any info. from Apple Inc.
Apple Inc. is not cooperative with this case even if Apple investigator "Leah Welch" told me that she would investigate this case carefully.
Apple Inc. is dishonest company, and we have to boycott purchasing Apple product until they run the business fairly and honestly.

Apple sailing used phone by repacking

I bought bought the iphone 4s IMEI 4009116 on 30 Oct 2014 from this (Dreams Phones CO.w.l.l.) Mobile shop located in Souq Najada Al-Nakheel Building Near souq waquif ph no [protected] and they did not let me to check the phone also because it was out of battery charge and i came at home and plugged in charging suddenly it started from 37% of battery life once it reached 100% i unplugged it and start using but after 10 minutes it was switched off aromatically and when i power on it there was no charge.
After i had doubt about that phone and start checking other things as well and i found many problems on that phone the list are below
1.the battery was draining very fast.
2.Cellular 3G network was not working
3.It was unlocked phone though they told me it is factory unlocked
4.it was used phone but they told it is brand new
5.Charging cable was fake one
6.they gave one year warranty but on the apple store it was expired warranty
Once i discover these problems next days 31 of October 2014 i went back to the shop and explained those complaint and asked for exchange they said we will send it for service instead of exchanging it so please everyone tell me how it is possible sailing used phone by telling it is brand new without letting to check the customer and refusing to exchange it

Apple service

I went to buy a laptop at the apple store.

The salesperson asked me if I wanted the keypad in french or english. I said english. When I got home, he had given me the wrong laptop.

The next day, it was closed (holiday monday).

I couldn't use my laptop and school started.

I went back to exchange my laptop and it took them 2 hours and counting more to do the transaction after 2 hours, I got fed up and wanted to get a refund and leave.

Their bills were everywhere on the counter, they refunded on gift cards then lost a gift card and to understand all of the transactions made by their mistake, another employee came for help while the 2 managers did not even bother find a way to make a customer happy.

I am trying to talk to apple to have this case escalated because I just wanted an exchange that took 3 hours of service and they only offer me a free laptop case!

They have no way of talking to them on the phone so I had to fill up an application online to have a phone back.

I work full time and go to university full time and they just wasted 3 hours of my life + 1 hours at the time of the sale.

On top of it, they noticed that they charged me the extended warranty twice and had to deal with crediting it again...

The director's assistant called me again the next day to offer me the laptop and free case with it.

WAWWWWW a free case that apple pays 0.10$ from China.

I want the laptop cost price because I got nothing from them but a waste of 4 hours of my time.

Customer service level = - [protected]%.

All that for a mistake that THEY did and can't even HANDLE their fault by offering something. They don't put themselves at my place at all; I WAS NOT PAYED TO STAND IN THE STORE FOR 3 HOURS JUST BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE.

This is an official complaint to the Carrefour Laval extremely bad service and manager who wasn't there to help his employees and left them take care of things that they would not even understand.

I did not get anything from there except a waste of 4 hours.

I will share this story with every website that I find because they just laughed at me with a free 80$ case... Give me a break Apple.
I hope that this story will escalade as high as possible as soon as possible.

Thank you all and enjoy other products because they do not care about any of you people.

Apple returned no refund

I purchased apple I phone 4s from them and got it delivered after the period of 12 days.To my surprise when I received this phone after such a delay the phone was not charged and the moment I plugged in the charger it got open by cover and the screen started showing strange lines on LCD. I was disappointed and wanted asked for return
After few days the phone was returned but I am still awaiting my payment which they are delaying since last 15 days now.I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.
This company has no principals and if they have to do business they should learn from the companies like flipkart.com, amazon.com, ebay.com where consumers are protected. They seem to take all arabs for a ride and ex pats too because they know the rules here are not as strict as in US and India regarding E commerce. Customer service is pathetic, they do not call and they do not confirm.It seems a company of few people who are based on Internet because all you will get is quick email reply.

Apple iphone fraud

Puni deo thakur. a/c no [protected] IFSC: SBIN0002950 pan no AMNPT8266A BANK NAME: SBI/BARUCH(BIHAR) BRANCH.He further gave me tracking number 01040BB131 and website of courier as oceanviewcity.com which seems to be fake and updated by scammer.Later the person again demanded money for ckearing tax and clearance in india for which i gave 25000 rs and further suddenly the status changed in the tracking site showing 15 units.He again started demanding me to pay for 13 units i said why should i pay for company mistake and how can status suddenly change after reaching india..They are fulprrof fraud.He is still threatning me to pay for 13 units or else to show IBC CARD which i dont have and police will arrest me..What crap is he playing ..Please help me to recover my Rs 76000 ..Please help..Now 8 days have passed neither i have received my product nor the fraud has made any contact with me.Email which is being used by the fraud to fool the people is [protected]@hotmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com.Now the scammer has changed his number to +[protected] also the courier website namely oceanviewcity.com is now not working.. I am also enclosing bank deposit slip which will be a proof of my money deposit..There are mainy more receipts.

Apple shameful face of apple

THE REAL SHAMEFUL FACE OF APPLE INC.
Two new Apple Mac Book air laptops failed within the span of 15 days, first I bought on June 25, 2014 from i - world, Vasant Kunj DLF Mall New Delhi was declared junk by i – world service center and the second one a replaced unit provided to me on July 4, 2014 failed on July 11, 2014 with overheating and blurring of display (Case ID [protected]: Comp No [protected]). The role of Executive Relations EMEIA was dictatorial, arrogant, shameful, and despicable towards me. The second junk unit is with me useless, packed and I wish to donate it to APPLE.
IT PROVES THAT INDIA IS THE DUMP-YARD FOR APPLE WHERE DEFECTIVE AND REFURBISHED LAPTOPS ARE SOLD IN LIEU OF THE PRICE OF NEW. AND MOREOVER INSULT AND HUMILIATION IS OFFERED BY APPLE AS A GIFT.

Apple cheating and looting

A HUGE SHAME ON UNETHICAL APPLE INC.

I am pained and sorrowful the way I was cheated by the Apple premium reseller “i-world DLF Malls, Vasant Kunj New Delhi.”
I bought a laptop (ModelMD760HN/B, and serial No. SC02MVG7TG085) on 25/06/2014. The very next day the laptop got shut down twice all of a sudden during approximately two hours of use. I carried the laptop to the service center located in Janakpuri, New Delhi but the technician refused to examine the machine. Meanwhile I had written to a couple of officials associated with Apple but they were on vacations.
I got a call from the i-world store manager Mr. Raju who asked me to bring the machine for examination. I visited the store where Mr. Raju updated the software in about 10 minutes and returned the laptop back to me assuring that it was ok. I requested him time and again to run the machine for longer duration for proper examination but he did not, because he knew that the machine was defective.
I was shocked to find the same fault occurring again viz. shuting down of the laptop automatically. The store manager insists that I should visit to the service center for necessary repairs, which I shall never do, as the faults surfaced only a day after buying the machine. His intentions were very vivid viz. “Sell a defective or used laptop and get it exchanged through the company”.
I bought the laptop from exclusive apple store and not from a local dealer. Therefore Apple Inc. has to intervene into it, however they did not up till now and numerous mails of mine directed to Apple officials (Mr Shashidhar Shetty, Mr Aashish Bali, Mr Alok Azad and Apple Admin India) have been ignored. I tried the customer care number [protected] several times without success.
I request the higher authorities through this channel to intervene.

I bought an iphone 11, 128 GB on 20th October, 2021 through Amazon India. The phone started having battery charging and drainage problems from 15th September, 2021. It would take around 3 hours to charge and would get drained in 10 to 15 minutes. On the advice of Amazon, I called up the retailer on 1st October, 2021 and also sent them an email and they asked me to contact Apple support. I called up Apple support and explained the whole issue to a lady there and then again to one Mr. Rony Fernandes and they asked me to go to their hardware store near my place in New Delhi. I went there and they ran a test on my phone battery and said that it was alright. They did not mention anything about the charger. I too didn’t because I was not aware that the charger could be faulty.
Then I went out of Delhi for work and saw that the phone was not charging. The battery charging would go on and off. I had to use a borrowed charger. I came back to Delhi later and called up Apple support at least 5 times. I would keep on holding and the music played for more than 15 mins. Ultimately when I was able to talk to them, one Ms. Maria Janet guided me to the same hardware store. I said I just wanted the charger replaced. She told me to get in touch with their senior on Apple support once I was in the store and connect him/her to the customer service person at the store and that the issue would be resolved immediately, which I did today. The Apple senior spoke to him but could not resolve the issue. They refused to replace the charger on the pretext that the warranty was over now. I have been complaining since 1st October and since the warranty has ended on the 20th October, they are not replacing.
This is so unjust on the part of Apple. First, they provide a substandard accessory and then they refuse to replace, even though the issue had been reported 20 days before the warranty ended. Apple, being an internationally reputed brand is acting petty with a customer who has been using their phones since long. Is this expected from a brand like Apple? They have priced their products so steeply because of their brand name, though technically comparative phones cost 1/4th of Apple’s prices. I fail to understand how Apple’s accessories can fail within a year.
I request they replace my charger asap.

I really sad to say that my macbook pro 2019 13" got display damaged without any accidental damage its suddenly turned of and the backlight went down .i bought this laptop and used only for 1 year and 5 months at this short time the display is not working i reached to apple authorised service centre they said display got damaged and said to pay an amount of 50 k for the replacement.i reached apple support and they dont even help me resolve the issue i paid a fortune of money to buy this and within 1.5 year it got problem is apple built quality is that much after the warranty apple products are garbage ?is the product works well only on the warranty period ?
A brand like apple need to care their customer well weather their products are in warranty or out of warranty.
