Appbuy Unauthorized Transaction

They took money out off my account and I don;t know who these people are and do not know how they got into my account . I do not shop online at any cost . I want a full refund . The cops have been notified and so has my bank . They will be letting me know of anymore suspisouse activity . The amount of 45.09 will be put back imediatley . I have tried to get intouch with afa appbuy about being charged for an app I don't know about so can you tell me what it is and stop it now and refund me please

Appbuy unauthorised charges

I have been trying to speak to a representative from appbuy very urgently and no one has got back to me.
I feel as though I have been tricked in to a contract, I do not wish to use ''armor for android'' app . I want to cancel the subscription as soon as possible!
I do not wish to be charged monthly.

I did not consent to this app being put onto my card, I would like to stop whatever subscription that i am linked to. There was nothing about having to purchase this app. Please stop this now, and I have not received one email about this app.

I would hope you used a charge card and not a debit card. Sounds like you inadvertently agreed to a subscription when on their site thinking you were buying but one app. I expect somewhere in the fine print or when you checked you understood and agreed with everything the subscription terms were explained. At this point, keep a record and/or copy of all emails, etc. and their lack of response. Then, dispute the charge with your credit card company, supply them with all your (failed)attempts to contact the company and resolve this. Their lack of response indicated an unwillingness to attempt to help with the problem or even find out what your problem is. In any event, you should be successful with the dispute as they probably won't respond to the credit card dispute process people either. Bottom line is to not pay the recurring charge. If you have to, cancel the card so they cannot bill you.

Appbuy Unauthorized charges

I discovered $7.95 being charged to my debit card since May 2013 from this company. I did NOT purchase their service of antivirus software called "Android Armor". I looked at it in Googleplay but did NOT authorize them to charge me!
When I followed the directions on their website to stop the charges, "Tim" kept speaking OVER me insisting I MUST have purchased it. When I asked for the unauthorized money be put back, he laid out a long process short of the Supreme Court to get it. He was rude to me and would not speaking over me-even when I asked him to. I insisted he/the company put an immediate STOP to accessing my account and notified my bank immediately.

hi why am paying for a service i do not have u have being charging me $29.70 for a long time i requested u stop taking money from my account and cancelled it i no longer want your service i will appreciated it very much thank u

This site from time to time charges me with that same amount over and over for a service I aint using at all... Just want this scam to stop once and for all...

I requested for one month credit facility. please be good enough to discontinue same. furthermore, please make arrangements to refund the monies deducted from y account as I needed the facility for only one month.

Ive found that this company is taking money from my bank account for something ive bought from usa. I dont know how to stop them from taking the money out. Help

I was charged 45$ off my card from this app and I didn't sign up for it i haven't used my card for anything besides house payments and then i couldn't withdraw my house payment money off my card because your app took it my payment is due and i want my money back

I didnt subscribe to any antivirus anything on my phone and I was just billed 45 dollars TODAY! that was out of my rent money and I want my money back

apply charged me. 99 then turned around and charged me nearly 50 dollars for services didn't receive, I didn't ask for nor give permission to charge. this company is a thief and I am calling the better business Bureau and a few other cyber consumer protection agency to request an investigation and to shut this company down with heavy fines. I want my money back and I do not want to be charged for anything else. I don't need your service!

I was pleasantly surprised when my bank alerted me to the activities on my credit card account as it is not an account I use frequently. After checking my recent and previous statements I rang them and was told that I have been getting charges on my credit card account since December 2013 from APPBUY.COM for almost £500, I will be taking this matter to the next level if I don't get a refund.
I called "customer service" but got a voice message asking me to leave my number for a return call. I have sent an e-mail with a detailed break down of the charges
