Yes i completely agree with you. All are cheater. They are increasing maintenanace amount unnecesarrily to balance their own account. If u are not in position to pay now they are not giving possesion of flat!
After paying 50l+ amount u r tentant in their bulding. . . All stupid. . Short tempered and stupid management. . . Disgusting guys!

They say "quality..." but they could not maintain uniformity in just 4 buidling :) surprise !

They have increased the maintainance cost from Rs2 /sq ft to Rs 3 / sqft . We have informed the Builder that this is not acceptable . Property rates in the area has gone down significantly if that is not changed then why maintainence cost .
