Apioneer quoted us price for a 3 bedroom house, plus FREE crating services for 5 pcs of fragile furniture to get our business. Turns out, they didn't crate anything, damaged our walls, wood trim, 2 pcs of glass furniture, lost part of our couch, added a second truck for an additional 15% at the end and threatened to take our belongings back to their warehouse unless we signed for the extra 15% right then and there. We didn't know prior to the move that they would be charging us more than the quoted amount but make sure you read the fine print on the contract that allows them to do so up to 15%.

The manager in charge of my move, Alan Jenkins, was very rude and lied to me when he told us someone would come to fix the china cabinet they broke just to get me off his back. He didn't return my phone calls the day the Glass repair person was supposed to show up and my wife stayed home and lost a days pay. I have a claim against them with the BBB. They are a rip off!!! Buyer Beware!!!

This company is a rip off. Please beware!!!
Here is a list of how horrible their service was as of 11-17-08
They scratched up the office desk looks like it was dragged across a metal floor.
Our son's mirror broken
4, 000 China cabinet broken glass
Missing foot on couch
Damaged walls at pickup house (I had to repair)
Damaged bathroom door trim at pickup house
Charged me for 2 trucks when they had an estimate for 1
Showed up almost an hour later and wound up taking 6 hours for a 3
bedroom house instead of the 5 quoted.
Did not “crate” anything they said they would, just used blankets. Some
items I paid to be crated and the others were offered as free services
to entice me to go with them.
Showed up 2 hours late the next day
Charged me 250 more because of the second truck
Didn’t use tarps or anything to cover the floor so there was mud and
leaves everywhere
Flipped some boxes upside down with loose contents falling out.
Held our personal belongings in the truck and wouldn’t move them in
unless I signed the extra $250 and threatened to take it back to his
warehouse and then charge me a daily fee for storing them.
The manager said he would send a glass person out to fix the china
cabinet Monday but didn’t and my wife lost a day's pay.

If everything goes well, all is well, but if it doesn't go well this company will not try to make you happy, they will simply send you to their claims department.
