Apex supplies medical billing software and scheduling program for medical practices. their software is plagued with software issues and they provide no support but are quick to bill for services they have not delivered.
Impossible to contact:
dozens of unanswered emails, phone calls and letters
tech support non-existent, no way to reach techs
phone goes to answering device and calls are not returned
repeated emails unanswered, sent with read receipts.

Software plagued with bugs, glitches, creates windows errors:
lost/missing dates of service
disappearing patients and appointments
rejected claims
no software updates
causes windows errors and system crashes
frequently loses connection with database
software modules do not work and when 'fixed' fail soon after they are 'fixed'

    I've used the Apex Medical Practice Manager for over 10 years and it has always worked great for me. I've looked at several packages and it is the easiest to use. I like the screens because they are simple and clearly laid out. The only time I had trouble was when my hard drive crashed and my backup was a couple weeks old.
