I went on a course at the Academy of Freelance Make Up I thought because of the amount of money I paid for my hair and make up course it would be to a proffesional standard. When I got there I was shocked with the lack of equipment they had and found the tutor to not have much knowledge as to what I orignally told the course would involve. £1500 later and I am still in the same position I was in before as I had learnt nothing that I knew already. What a waste of time this school was I would advise anyone thinking of it not to join.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Does this school accept financial aide and do they have dorms?

We’re a little confused with a few of your points raised; we don't have any record of a Gemma Crocker attending our Academy, also, none of our courses are priced at £1500. Is it possible that you could you have mixed us up with another training school? We regularly receive positive feedback and we pride ourselves on the professional and thoroughness of our courses, school, tutors and aftercare programme.
