All of a sudden, my computer started acting up and vista said i needed to download this antivirus 2009 professional beacause i was unprotected and had viruses, so i went to the site and signed up, and all of a sudden i had extra charges for support ect.. that i did not want. i tryed to go to the site and cancel the extra's. Then I had a lot going on in my home life and forgot all about it cause i no longer had the computer issues, when i had some issue a month and half later, i tryed to find the antivirus program so i could run a scan, then i found that the link did not work and i started emailing the support@billingware.net with just auto responses, and finally i called the long distance # and they said they could not give my a refund cause it was over 30 days, I asked for the company information and they said they could not give me that information. they said they would send me a link to reload it and so i tryed that and that did not work either. Is this legal. What can i do to get my money back?

I purchased your Antivirus 2009 Professional to protect my computer. As of yesterday (9-22-08),
your product did nothing to protect my computer. I bought this on August 8th. When trying to reach you this morning, I was put on hold for 35 minutes after being told someone would help me in 2 minutes
and 17 seconds. Twice is too much in the same day. You lied!!! If I do not hear from you in 1 hour, I'm
turning the matter over to the Attorney General's office in Phoenix, AZ. This is FRAUD! My computer is
totally inoperable.

I got scamed too.

It has taken over my search engine and the pop ups just keep coming.

The activation code does not work, in fact I believe that it kepps replicating trojans.

Call your credit card and tell them the story and dispute the charge to this bogus thieving company.

Cancel your credit card immediatly.

I still don't know what Im going to do about the other crap...
