here i am again, last night i recieved a phone call at 9pm from wfnnb regarding my ann taylor account the agent was rude, condesending, and unwilling to listen to anything i had to say. his name agent kitchen, wanted me to agree to a 635.00 payment for the next 3 months. what i tried to get him to listen to is that my husband and i lost our business in september and we have absolutley no income to pay such a large amount of money. i owe 1, 009 to this account, he asked me for my lawyer and his number which i find a little dramatic. i told him i could pay 70 dollars a month but he would'nt hear of it. he then asked if i had given up my luxery's. my response was "what" he then asked if i had given up my internet, and cable. at this point i told him i could no longer talk with him that was totally inappropreiate and harrassing! i would like to cooperate but they are making it hard with their horrible attitudes.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
