Ann Elise Parker- Home Owner review: Ann Elise Parker states is renting 203 hill street lagrange ga 4

I recently was on the search for a nice rental home for me and my husband and two small children. I found, Ann Elise Parker's post on houses for rent in lagrange, troup county. She stated that she wanted $850 month and $850 deposit. When I contacted her she said that we could do payments on deposit and that we would only pay $700 a month if we made the few repairs it needed. We met with her in pheonix city alabama before viewing the home at a nearby tractor supply. She tried to get $150 from us for holding the house when she told us that if we could bring her $100 that night that it would be held for us until the following payment was made the following friday. Keep in mind that we hadn't been able to view the inside of the home because of excuses like these:
The tenant is there moving things out, she was working until 7, her boyfriend couldn't meet. She was in a meeting..etc.. well when we finally got to view the inside of the home.. (after saying that the previous tenant didn't make repairs) she met us at 203 hill street in lagrange with a box of flea bombs before entering. Me and my friend and Ann walked into the home and there was trash everywhere. I looked down at my ankles and they were covered in fleas. After only 4 minutes of standing in the kitchen. We were told that it was beautiful inside and the rental post stated that it had two bathrooms when only there was one. The bathroom had no sink, the floor was unstable beside the tub. We weren't allowed to view two of rooms because she said the tenants electronics were stored there. As we kept walking through, touring the home, I never saw one box or sign of anyone moving out but I did see prescriptions for Ann parker and mail for Jon Michael adams to the address from one month prior. All of the rooms needed about 20 flea bombs, it needed new Windows in kitchen, landscaping and basically everything. She also kept asking me if I had any illegal drug hookups...it was very annoying. So I called my husband after leaving telling him I wanted him to see it, and I called Ann to ask her if we could view the home inside the Saturday after because my husband works Mon - Fri and would be doing the repairs, she said she could not and that we had already agreed to pay $445 friday. She kept pushing us to get the utilities cut on when I couldn't without a written professional lease. Well she got pretty angry when I told her we had found something else and actually told us we had to pay the deposit before receiving the lease. Or being able to view the lease. I did my research after all this and found she is known in lagrange for dog breeding illegally, posing as a professional horse veterinarian and numerous other things, even came across a post where she was selling and breeding skunks.
