Ankaka.com Sun camera watch

To whom it may concern.
I purchased the above mentioned watch about 12 months ago but have not used it. The reason for this is because after about an hours charge the watch becomes very warm. It will not switch on as it should. I stored it away and have just come across it. I have tried to charge it again and the same problems occurred. I had the same watch about three years ago and the quality of the watch and video recordings were excellent.
What do you recommend?

Ankaka.com Total waste of money!

I have purchased some items from Ankaka and after they took my money I received a confirmation email. They promised to deliver my goods in few weeks, but nothing never arrived. Two month passed and I decided to contact PayPal and asked them for help. Ankaka took my money and thanks to PayPal I got it back. I have no idea why they never contacted me if they weren't going to deliver my items.

Ankaka.com Do not buy from them

I have bought a watch from Ankaka.com. The item arrived late, it was faulty and used (plenty of scratches and marks). These despite that it is advertise as new. Now they refuse to provide a refund even though the they agreed to take the item back. Also they blatantly refused to pay for postage back. This company is a fraud. It is a waste of money and time. Do not buy from them. You are better off spending your money somewhere elsewhere.

Ankaka.com You don't want to order from these people

You don't want to order from these people! I bought the Android Eclipse Duel sim phone. Everything seems fine until you have a problem. My phone died after 5 weeks. They had me take it to a cell phone repair place, who could not work on it because none of the parts are available here in the US. The phone is a knock off of a Samsung phone, (think about how the Chinese copy music). The next option is to ship it back to China. When I bought the phone I paid $18 for express shipping and it came DHL, To ship it back I went to Fed Express and they wanted $105, DHL wanted $95, the US Post Office priority mail was $32 which is how I shipped it. It took three tries for the Chinese Post Office to find anyone there, I believe it is only a closet they use to get mail. Six weeks later they have mailed the phone back and did not reimburse my shipping. I am now $172 into a very marginal phone that has a useless warranty. UPDATE June 28th Still struggling with the phone, when back from repair it was dead out of the box, they will not pay for shipping back for re-repair. Took it back to local repair shop, can't be repaired here. Ankaka will not pay for it to go back re-repair, made me buy a $12 flashing cable and sent a flashing program for Windows XP, still does not work. It's all about stall and postpone until the worthless warranty has expired.

I have been shopping on this site for 1year, I have placed more than 10 orders.
I am pretty happy with my shopping exprience on this site, packages are packed well and delivery is fast .Once time the smoke dector I ordered from site has some trouble, the seller help me try to solve my problem.But it failed, then I have to send back the item, the seller resend me a new working one! I am very satisfied, I recomend this site to everyone!

But I quite enjoy working with them. i have ordered several items in their stores and receive them very fast with good working condition.
And their price is good too.

But my experience with this store is different. I ordered a security camera and the package arrived in one week.
After six months, the camera failed to be charged and I contact them to help me solve the problem.
Customer service asked me to provide the photos and videos to confirm what's going wrong.
Honestly, at the beginning, I am doubtful whether they really want to help me deal with it or just an excuse.
Thankfully, I sent all the information as required, the sales replied that the product engineer will be taking care of my case.
Three working days later, they gave a shipping address for me to return the product for a replacement or a refund.
At last, the seller shipped a new camera to me after they received and checked the returned one.
So, you'd better try to send email with order number and illustrate all the details.
I think the customer service is responsible and help you fix it.

This site erroneously charged my penpal account without any authorization from me for $274.30 for an android phone which I did not order...bogus, bogus, bogus...I reported it immediately and reported it to my bank as well. I will NEVER EVER use pen pal again either now.

Ordered my barcelona phone 3 months ago, it still hasn't arrived. ankaka informed me my only options were to wait until they figured out what happened to the package, or buy another one from them. Seller responsibility doesn't seem to exist and the customer service is complete useless.

I had the same experience. I bought a phone, it arrived, nonfunctional. they tried to get me to spend money to fix the phone. I returned it and despite several attempts to get a refund they have not sent anything. it has been several months since asking for a refund and despite several notes asking, and their repeated "it will come soon" I see now that they are a fraudulent and dishonest company. I will never do business with them again and recommend that you don't either.
