We've been stung very badly by what was Tolvi Dog Kennels and The Thermal Dog Kennel Company, which is now Animal Housing Solutions Ltd. Same directors/family!
This company we're contracted to manufacture and install 44 kennel units. We paid them 20% to get the work started and a further 30% when we were informed by Dave Routledge that manufacturing had been finished in August 2016. A total of £4390.00! They were due to fit units over a two week period from the 7th November 2016. We closed down accommodation at our boarding kennels to allow this work which resulted in loss of trade. They never showed up, Dave Routledge blocked my number and the Director John Routledge continuously states he will call us back. Through our investigations they never produced the gates we paid them for as we contacted the galvanisers they say they use in Stoke, and they never received an order to be galvanised. We have been forced to issue a CCJ, but we have been made aware by debt collectors who've tried to collect from them before we have little hope of getting our money back. And to top it all off, a couple of days ago the director, John Routledge left a 1 star review on our business page commenting that we've been 'trolling' him! I even tried to call him to try to fathom, in all that is descent, why he would do this. I had to leave a voicemail. These people are by no means descent. I'm disgusted at the depths this family sinks too! Please, please, please avoid this company and these people at all costs. They have caused us a great deal of stress and potential damaged our business. £4390.00 is a great deal of money to us! 😔
