This is the dispute started by regus in liverpool with customer
-initial querry raised : 4th december 2016

-welcome pack email received: 5th december 2016

-appointment date fixed by patrice hamill on 5th dec 2016 for 9th dec 2016 with niall o’hagen

-online agreement sent by andy stamboulid on 12th december 2016 twice at 1022 am and 1024 am.

-feedback form received on 14/12/2016 by vincent scammell apologizing for giving bad service.

-online order placed confirmation 16/12/2016.

-payment confirmation email received asking for direct debit on 17/12/2016. No confirmation given by me

-contracttual payment from 1st january 2017 to 31st january 2017 was received in advance on 17/12/2016. Contract and keys were supposed to be received on 3rd january 2016 as confirmed by email.

-welcome message by mark dixon (ceo) at regus on 19/12/2016.

-email received by traycie kennedy (community manager) on 19/12/2016 about -contract terms. She wrote unconfirmed registered address. She also wrote wrong person name and than resent correcting my name.

-20th december 2016 email sent to cancel contract due to wrong information found on the contract.

-email confirmation received by andy stamboulid on 20th december 2016 and he wanted to negotiate on other contract. Request rejected by andy stamboulid and forced the contract in place.

According to regus terms & conditions. Cooling off period is 7 days. I submitted my request by email on 20th december 2016 and it was already confirmed by andy stamboulid because he replied me immediately on 20th december 2016.

I got all the above statements evidence by email for every single statement mentioned above.

Regus unnecessary forced the contract and harrased me and wasted time of mine and also acn. They are liable to pay any damages if it happens or already happened.
This could have been a good deal. All i asked andy is time to think. Now as you have proceeded for damages to me, we will be proceeding full court proceeding plus any media involvement will be appreciated.

Dear Sir

I think either you have very limited access to the communication or your staff is not giving you the evidence. This could generate another non-compliance in your system. My refusal to accept the contract was withing cooling off period, which is written in your terms send to me. If you need this as evidence it will definitely be produced in the court proceedings.
If you can accept the electronic contract and enforce it, so as you have to accept the cancellation as enforcement.

Regards

I requested you not to proceed with the contract within cooling off period of 7 days. My request was acknowledged by your staff immediately and I have confirmation of that. You need to get full information. If your system doesn't allow, all the evidences will be produced in the court.

Regus complainants joint action. I believe Regus are company which operate using immoral, unethical, unreasonable, bullying, black mailing fraudulent practises! I commented a few days ago on trust pilot and here is my initial review;

"DO NOT USE REGUS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. They are lying thieving bullies, they con people in to signing contractual agreements under false statement of facts using misrepresentation and false promises. They blackmail people in to signing unconscionable contractual agreement's under duress.

They then gang up on you when you try to defend your position and blackmail you even more with threats to get debt agencies to collect money you do not owe them they have already been paid. I am boycotting Regus."

I have since read a lot of other peoples comments, some reviewers are basically experiencing the exact same treatment as me. I have told them I am brining a legal case against them and have been calling round solicitors myself to try get my case to court.

One person mentioned on their review putting together a joint legal case and I think this is a great idea. I have therefore set up an email address for anyone else interested in pursuing their claims in a joint claim with me and others. The email address is;

reguscomplaint2017@gmail.com

North West UK Spaces.

Please contact me if you are interested in this I will be seeking advice this week and will help anyone else too. Any help will be really appreciated

Dear Anil,
I am sorry to hear of your disappointment. However, having investigated and read the numerous emails exchanged in between your Regus sales agent, your Regus centre team and yourself, you were offered the possibility to change your agreement. However you refused and signed the 12-month option, knowing it was for 12 months.
You are welcome to email customer.service@regus.com or call us at +[protected], should you want to discuss further.
