I was In Springfield Missouri, turning north on national from Battlefield, the date 07-19-18 at 9 am, when one of your Bud Light semi trucks came in to my left lane almost hitting me and forcing me to stop and honk my horn while he continued into my lane. I could've been in a big accident. I'm thinking about filing a police report because that is dangerous driving. It's a Missouri license plate, number PK7 188, truck 09. I have photos. I expect to hear back from you soon. Your drivers need to be responsible and not run people off the road. I'm shocked.

Please promote budweiser select 55 better!

It is lighter than 'light' beer like michelob ultra, has less carbs, has less alcohol.

It's the only alcoholic beer that gives a good buzz but does *not* get you passed out, room is spinning, head in the toilet puking, drunk.

It's the only alcoholic beer that doesn't give you a hangover!

Please please please spread the word.

My latest case of Budweiser beer was extremely difficult to get the twist tops off. 2 bottles broke off in my hand and when I couldn't get one open with my hand and used a bottle opener it snapped off putting glass inside the bottle. I have been drinking Bud for many years and this is the first time I have ever complained. I would like to know if I should complain to the Beer store or directly to the Bud company. Please advise

We bought a 30 pack of Natural Light on Sunday at Schnucks in st Charles. One of the cans did not seem to have 12 fluid ounces in it and could be ‘squeezed' I have attached 3 pictures to show the can...it was weird. We weren't sure if the van was safe to drink, therefore we threw it away. I have been buying Natural light for about 5 years and have never encountered this issue before. Hopefully none of the other cans .

Your company rep ripped the Budweiser and budlight spekits from the wall and told the lady to sell 805 and ultra if I want to drink that I'll buy it and that Budweiser is the sponsor for the speedway and can't drink Budweiser or budlight madera speedway fans love there Budweiser and budlight please fix this problem and watch your sells go through the roof thank you for your time

Opened a beer out of an 18 pack it looked really thick pouring into the glass took a drink and it was like shampoo in my mouth spit it back in the glass. All other beers in the 18 pack were fine up till that point but still have a few on opened from the pack. It just looks like soap. It was purchased at Walmart in St Johns Michigan two nights ago which would be June 25th. Please let me know what I should do with this I have saved it in the can covered with Saran Wrap

I bought a 6 pack of these from my local Walmart . I got them home holding from the handle like every other case I've carried . Just as I got to wear I want to put them away the bottom of the box fell out and the bottles smashed on the basement floor. I looked at the box there was like one dot of glue to hold it. I was beyond furious and am still double checking for glass pieces .

Firstly I would like to say, I love Budweiser. The greatest flavour in the world. I am devastated that the company has allowed the product to be brewed under supervision in Melbourne, Australia and put its name to something that tastes nothing like Budweiser. It is risking its great name by doing so. I am so disapointed in this release. This is the first time that I am aware of that Budweiser has permitted this. The famous smokey taste is not there, it is a bland syrup that has no flavour. The worst thing is that it has tricked many into believing it was a genuine Budweiser product imported from USA as usual only to find afterwards that it has been made in Melbourne with Australian water that is impossible to reproduce the quality that Budweiser prides itself on. I understand the economics of such a move, however, the long term results could be irreparable. Who approved this ? Obviously someone that does not love Budweiser as much as I truly do. As angered as I was by the behavior of your Customer Service Rep I didn't take the time to complain about "her" until last weekend when I returned to Karla I found there was a round table discussion of those who found her rude and offensive. SO:
Aside from the fact she was heard saying 'she wasn't used to dealing with all these old people', she set limits for the type of swag you could get if you drank 5 beers (given the short duration of the event that's quite aggressive - if not illegal).
As much as I would only drink perhaps 6 beers a year (my husband enjoys his brews) I did order one more Budweiser after the free ticket. When the rep went to hand me a Budweiser shirt she noticed I had another. I explained to her that it was handed to me by a patron because I hold a neighbourhood Heart N' Stroke fundraiser every year (in July). I asked if she'd like to donate something. I was told I had to order more beer. She then said out load "She's crying over free stuff and she's not even going to wear them". It was with this comment she alienated "very many". This 'old person' has lived here (Rouge Hill area) for more than 50 years. I don't have to 'cry over anything' nor did any of the professionals on that deck.
I think that she judged the persons there based on the location and the Harley Davidson Motor cycles (that they can afford to own as they are home owners and hard working Fathers or in some cases Grandfathers)...
A few weeks ago, in support of our charity I received a Molson patio table umbrella for auction; Through the Black Dog Pub, and through the past owners (last two) of Karla's, they contact various reps for Molson's; Labatts; and esp. Guinness all have been generous with even one or two items, that's all we ask, a small charity for a great cause (last year we were recognized for our past 6 events and Heart N' Stroke donated items for our efforts). I didn't appreciate your rep for treating it like a laugh, nor did (again) those neighbours (conservatively 90% that were present that day).
I really don't have a resolution although I do dispute resolution /adjudication for a living, I think you should start with a better training program for your 'customer service representatives'. Her behavior spread like wildfire through the neighbourhood. Between Karlas'; The Black Dog; Amigo's; Amazing Ted's to a few in Pickering (where some live). She did not do you any favors.
Most likely for a short and only until after the neighbours get together for Christmas in July (Heart N' Stroke) your "Customer Appreciation" will be known as "Customer Depreciation". P.S. my sons (oldest one is 40) drink Budweiser, always have.

On june 1st, I purchased a 8 pack of the 16 oz aluminum recloseable bottles of bud light at my neighborhood 7-eleven located at 403 clearwater largo road largo, florida.
The first 2 beers I drank were fine, the bottle filled my 24 oz cold frosty mug. All was good. Then yesterday I go to have another beer out of the same 8 pack, 16 oz aluminum bottles, the bottle did not have 16 oz of liquid. It had 7-8 oz of beer. 5 out of the 8 beers only had 7 -8 oz of beer. The bottles are not damaged or have been tampered with, there are no holes or puncture marks any where on the cans. I did go back to 7/11, and complained to them and they explained to me that I had to email or contact budweiser with my complaint. I have always been a 100% satisfied customer, I have never experienced any issues with bud! But i'm sorry spending 11.76 for 8 beers and only really getting 4 full 16 fl oz beers. I would like to receive a refund please. I do want to thank you for you time in this manner and hope you have a good day.

I have gone to a dozen liquor stores looking for a Blue Jay glass that lights up when they hit a home run and CANNOT find one and everyone seems to shrug their shoulders and walk away...
My husband drinks Bud ONLY and I tried even going to Lids to buy one and they don't have them
I see them advertised on TV all the time and state "no purchase necessary" - well I am willing to purchase and STILL can't get one! My husband has just had his ''65th" birthday and I am SO SAD that I wasn't able to get him the home run glass. We are both Blue Jay fans and I am just sad and frustrated. Do you have any way of getting one to me - I will even pay for it LOL.

One bottle from a case of 28, would not open from a twist of the hand. Then the harder I tried, the cap cut me across my finger. All your bottles are Twist Off, and since it was after work that I treated my employees to, nobody had a bottle opener which is not needed. Now I have a gash cross my finger. I use my hands in renovation, and now your product has hindered my ability to work at my best and safest because infection is always a problem in my line of work. I have pictures of the cut and the bottle, and my proof of purchase from my case. Unfortunately your system does not allow me to download the pictures because the file is too big and I don't know how to make it smaller. How does accompany this big mess up the simple thing like uploading pictures for proof? That is something that definitely needs to be looked at in my opinion.

Can you please do something about this.

Hi I just bought my case of beer Bush Light and I was putting the beer in fridge and felt wet, pulled out one of the cans and it was bent on top and half full, turned case around and noticed mold. Not impressed that this was sold to me, I like Bush and will still buy but think something for me would be nice, This was done long time ago, but today moving case it started linking again, I wipe down the wet beers. I will add photos.

I reached into the box and pulled out an unopened, empty beer. It looks like the case was dropped and the bottom tore open. This is not the first time this has happened although it is the first time I have complained as it happened right before the long weekend and I am already at our campsite. I have not checked the remainder of the box. I would like to have this resolved as soon as possible as my husband and I are avid Budweiser consumers and do not stray from the brand.

I resently purchased my normal payday 30pack of Bud Light and the taste is off like really off its flatter and almost like the first 2 mouth fulls is a flat watery consistency followed by flavor lacking beer .

Hi this isn't really a complaint just pointing out that there was no freebie in my 28 pack. I didn't buy the pack for the freebie as I regularly drink Bud, but maybe there was a factory glitch? I purchased the case of 28 on May 10th, 2018, at the Beer Store on Upper Gage and Fennel in Hamilton, ON. I suppose as a resolution you could send me one of the freebies. Thanks!

While enjoying my favorite beer after a long day, the last sip I took made me stop and spit it out .. there was a sharp broken piece of glass that i almost swallowed.. It could of cause me serious problems. I inspected the bottle there were no chips or pieces missing.. I am very upset and wont be drinking another product made by your company. i will be emailing the corporate offices as well... Please see what u can do to solve this problem... if i do not hear from the company in 7 days i will be notifying a lawyer because if there was glass in my bottle chances are there are more like that from the same lot and also contaminated and should be pulled from shelves asap.. product was bought at Publix supermarket in Palm Coast Florida

My grandfather drank Budweiser his whole life and I enjoy the flavor of Budlight. Lately, I get a case that's flat or beers in the case that are half empty and I find it offputting. The keg at my local watering hole tasted terrible so I had a Coors light. I've been drinking both since. I figure before I quit the family brand I should drop you aline

On February 1st, I purchased a 12-pack of Bud Light Grape-A-Rita drinks from Walmart in Ithaca. At the time there was a promotion for a $5 mail-in-rebate, which was the reason I made the purchase in the 1st place. I followed the instructions and mailed in the barcode of the product, receipt, and rebate form before the specified deadline.

I have yet to receive my rebate in the mail even though it said it would only take 8 weeks maximum. Please let me know how I can get my rebate and whether you need a mailing address again.
