This company is totally rubbish! I ordered their expensive flowers online to be delivered on Valentine's Day but they never delivered the flowers! They charged a premium for Valentine's Day and then disappeared! I called them at least 50 times today but nobody answered!
Get my money back! I will also contact The Straits Times.
Be Aware!

Their attitude really sucks! I finally got hold of them over the line and they were so cold, no apologies and just told me they would refund my money and it would take 5 days to process it. this is how they lose their business!
This company must be bankrupt!

They are nonsense, if shortage of man power why still take on order. They failed to deliver the flower to my wife and the Valentine's day is over. No one willing to pick up the calls nor reply my emails. Money gone.

I won't recommend this company to anyone, I have never put public complaint about anything. But this florist charged me a year after I ordered the flower. They said there were problem with the machine so they have never charged my credit card. But charge me after 16 months later without any notice, is very unprofessional. When I checked my bank statement there was this weird payment so I have to cancelled my card etc. after I submit transaction dispute to the bank this florist email me. This is very bad practice so please use other florists that are more professional and reliable in Singapore!

I'm surprised to see so many disgruntled people complaining about Angel Florist. I ordered flowers from them on Valentines day 2012, and the flowers arrived well before our already tight time frame. The customer service officer was professional and helpful, that was why my girlfriend managed to received the roses before flying off to Hong Kong. I would definitely order from them again for Valentines 2013.

same thing happened to me for valentines' day. my boyfriend booked for me a bouquet of flowers but it wasnt delivered and we tried calling them for the next 2 days but no one answered. when we got through, one filipino/malay man told us they were busy so they didnt answer any calls and was really rude telling me "GO AHEAD AND COMPLAIN US OR LODGE A POLICE REPORT, WE DONT CARE. OK. BYE BYE." then he hung up on u. really bad attitude.

I am shock to see the list of complaints but I will take it as a pinch of salt. I am not here to complaint but to compliment Angel Florist. I love their website which is classy, clean and no mambo jumbo. There is follow through on their delivery and to top it off, their personal touch of responding to email is unheard of. They add 'hospitality to their services i.e care. This is what makes a business successful.
I am sorry for you all out there that have had an unpleasant experience with Angel Florist. They must be good otherwise it wouldn't have offended or you could just get what you can get and move on to other supplier.

I received the money back on my credit card - but absolutely nothing near an apology. I would also like to point out that I have to cover the bank charges. If ANGEL FLORIST had just apologized and informed their customers that a mistake had happened people could have made alternative arrangements. But the fact the at no point did ANGEL FLORIST act in anyway near professional has annoyed me to such an extent that I continue to tell everyone I know to avoid this company and I really hope they go out of business

hi guys, i dont know any of you got the refund from Angel Florist or not, but I have not. Angel Florist has alreaady taken my money from my credit card issued bank. I called the bank, the officer told me that in order to have the bank to reverse this payment out, I have to fill up a complain form, then the bank will investigate. I have to pay some kind of charges for this investigation. This is very not fair. Angel Florist has cheated our money, I am thinking to report this matter to the police. This is Singapore, a company like ANGEL FLORIST cheated so many people, and yet they still standing tal in Singapore. What is this? Whoever intend to purchase flowers online, MUST NOT PURCHASE FROM ANGEL FLORIST. If you buy anything from them mean you are encouraging them to cheat morel

I'm from indonesia, the name Angel florist comes up first when i googled "florist singapore", so i dont hesitate to order online, i pay for a S$125 bouquet. They text me on my mobile, confirming the order, on D day (14th feb) they text me again confirming they will deliver that day. (my order no. angelflorist-self-9075).
i wait until 18.00 on 14th feb, no sign from my girlfriend receiving any flower, i tried to call angel florist but no one pick up. later that night i email the customer service, try to cancel my order. no response from angel florist.
one week later, this morning (21 feb) i received email from angel florist, the content of the email is confirming my order, and that they are charging me S$125 for my order.. #$!@$%$#. (no flower no delivery and they are charging).

Notes for angelflorist.com
you are selling your product online, i think you must understand that service is the most important thing if you're selling online, in you can't deliver dont receive order, if you cannot manage the order you have received, please make effort to call your customer or at least try to explain to the recipient, so that they can go to PLAN B or something.

after complaining to the customer service this afternoon, they emailed me explaining that they will give me full refund, please understand that the damage you have done for me is more than just about the money (because i'm having a long distance relationship, i put my hope too much on angelflorist.com). i'm very very disappointed, this is my first experience with your service, and please reassure that it will be the last.

i attached the pic of the flower i ordered, and i also noticed that you've charge me premium price for a not so premium service..

just wanted to share the same experience. it ruined my week. bf ordered from them, they never delivered, no calls or emails or explanations, and when they FINALLY did it was 4 days later with WITHERING FLOWERS THAT DIDN'T EVEN LOOK LIKE THE PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPH. my bf orders from them regularly, and i never made a big deal out of it, but today i checked what he paid for for the roses after i saw this page, and i realized that this florist is a SCAMMER. every single bouquet he has ever bought for me from them NEVER looked as pictured. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. will be posting and highlighting this on my blog with photos to prove later.

Glad to know that money will be returned. Been trying to get hold of them as well. Sent email and calls but no replies. Called ACRA a few days ago to check on status of the company. Guess what their business. Their license is expiring on 25 Feb 2011. Better pressure them into refunding.

The flowers were received 4 days later, WITHERED.
On such a special day, the least you would expect is that Angelflorist wouldn't deliver them in such a condition!
It's the first impression that counts: can you imagine received wilting flowers on V day, AT THE OFFICE?
They didn't even NOTIFY me of any change of delivery day/time. Nor did they answer ANY of my calls.
Buying from Angelflorist is PAYING to embarrass yourself.

Where can I lodge a formal complaint?

This is ridiculous, I think there should be some form of compensation on top of the refund. Hopefully the media could put some pressure to it.

i FINALLY got through to a customer service representative. he had the audacity to claim that i had provided an incorrect delivery date (February 28) and wouldn't let up until i told him that i had received a text message from the company explicitly confirming a February 14 delivery date. i demanded a refund and the rep promised to process it (told me it could take up to 7 days for some reason)... still doubtful that a refund will be provided but at least i got through to a rep... i'm still FURIOUS...

Please post of facebook your account of ANGEL FLORIST and post on SG Message Boards. I have written to the Straits Times so hopefully they will publich the letters too.
Clearly this company has no concern for the customers - I am still waiting for an email response or someone to pick up the phone.
The only way to effect these companies is through consumer power so tell as many people as possible and get the word out.

Hi Guys,

Went to call into Newpaper Singapore to highlight on our HORRIFIC valentine's day experience. Surpise to see many commrades here suffering the same fate when i thought i was the only one.

Maybe if a lot of people call in to share our grivences, they might find that worth a story to report. I think we need to warn people in singapore about this rouge shop in case more heart are broken next valentine's day.

Encounter same problem here. No delivery, no phone call, no update and the best part is "You can't even get them" through phone call. They still dare to CHARGED me, this is ridiculous. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company and hopefully something can be done. What a BIG turn off for valentine day 2011.

Same as everyone else here. Called the morning of Valentine's Day and they assured they would deliver on the day. No delivery, no response to 2 emails and nobody answers the phone. Complete rubbish. Charge has been submitted to Visa. Called them and they are investigating, but they cannot stop the charge as it was approved for payment.

I think AngelFlorist should make up to the 2% of unsuccessful orders with more than just a refund. If you are going to charge such exorbitant prices for your arrangements and represent yourself as a reputable internationally linked company, the least you could do is give your unsatisfied customers something that would at least ease their frustration (i.e. by providing them with a refund AND a complimentary bouquet, and i'm not talking about a plain lip service bouquet, or anything else based on their feedback). Or at least RESPOND to your emails and calls, that's the least bit of courtesy one can usually afford but you failed to do so. By not picking up the phone after numerous calls, that's just plain unprofessional and completely negates your representation on your site stating "we are one of the premium florists in singapore that you can put trust on".

I got the same problem. I think Angel Florist is out there to cheat people. If they couldnt take so much order, then should do it like other florist, put a message indicated sokd out. When they encountered problem for charging my credit card, they called until you pick the phone. yet they are complaining they didn't sleep for 48hrs. They didnt do it for free. They ruined everyone Valentines day, didnt border to apologize sincerely and never mentioned how to compensate on the undelivered good.

to angelflorist: how would you do a full refund? explain yourself clearly. you have spoilt the vday of so many ppl out there when we have paid for your products in advance so for gods sake don even get started on not getting any sleep. don expect us as customers to take pity on you when we have made soooo many calls n yet either your line is engaged or noone pickin up. how funny noone seemed to be able to contact you. if you have bit of common sense left in you, send a sms or email to us explaining hw you would refund.
