Andrew Webber reviews and complaints

I was scammed by Andrew Webber several months ago. He seemed like a very sociable, respectable, and talented guy, asked for a deposit, made excuses, and never delivered, and ran off with the money. He promised to pay it back after admitting fault, but never did. I filed a police report just to ensure that he was on file, but they said they couldn;t really do anything until several people came forward so we could form a case. I say everyone on this site (and others, if we can find them) comes together to file a court case to imprison him, and hopefully get some of our money back as well. My major impetus for doing this is strictly justice. I don't care about the money. I assume most of us just want to ensure he never works again. I am constantly posting anonymously on craigslist for various internet jobs, and I cringe everytime he responds to my ad. It reminds me that although I know not to hire him anymore, there are thousands of craigslist first timers that are probably being scammed by this guy and his girlfriend on a daily basis. I assume hes making thousands a day.

Andrew Webber at wutt.ca is con-artist and a scammer. He took a paypal deposit of $200 from me to do a flash video player, and just like the others he got really slow and then never responded to my emails after getting the money. He kept promising saying he'd do it and then never uploaded or provided anything. Nada. Nothing. He just strung me along for months, Twice.

He basically then later admitted and told me on the phone that he didn't even do the art or design or any of it on his site, that he just pretends it is his, to draw more people in to get there deposits. And that he shows them other people's work on his site as his to get them to give him a deposit. He also sells people logos and other things that are basically ripped off and created by others, not by him.

He is a big time scam artist. Do not, I repeat do not do business with him. As he will scam you in the end. As proof Paypal has banned him as a scam artist and fraud.

Here's our note at Paypal that accompanies Andrew Webber's and Wutt.ca as getting the boot at Paypal for being a fraud. Paypal based on our claim and a bunch of others booted him and considers him a scam and a fraud. His account dissappeared before any money could be reclaimed. If you have any information on other emails he uses please contact Paypal and let them know so they can freeze his account and get people's money back.

3/15/2009 22:48 PDT - Buyer: We ordered software Feb 5th, software was never delivered. We were promised in email from them that our payment for the software would be refunded on 3/5(March 5th). No refund of our payment was received. It is now 3/16 with no refund and no software. We've tried to work with the seller in both email and on the phone. And have the email on record we can provide where the seller promised to send the refund on March 5th. At this point we'd have to consider this a scam. We are asking that the seller refund the $200 paid for the product as they have done nothing except take our money, before we have to escalate this. Here are the email addresses from the seller in question: [protected]@wutt.ca blackmore.[protected]@gmail.com [protected]@wutt.ca wutt.[protected]@gmail.com wutt.[protected]@gmail.com Note to the Seller: We didn't want to have to do this, in fact we wanted to believe the best in you and all we wanted was the software delivered. Please do everyone a favor and return our payment since the software was never delivered. Note: Software was to be electronically delivered.

Contact Paypal's fraud and scam department and us the information above if you have any dealings with Wutt.ca or Andrew Webber so they can freeze his assets and return people's money from his scam.

Andrew webber's notes on here are lies made up to misdirect, he is good at that, god help you if you work with him.

My son was arrested in Surfers Paradise for an altercation where many people were involved. The charges on my son were dropped when the truth come out after much wasted court time that the wrong person had been arrested.

The only reason the police kept it going was because we had a crimes and misconduct investigation ongoing that left them wide open for investigation and law suits. They did this because back at the station Constable Andrew Webber dropped my son to the ground while handcuffed. He landed on his face and broke his jaw and also broke seven teeth. They left him unconscious and unattended for the duration of the one minute and four seconds that he lay there completely out cold. His crime was not taking his socks off. In the footage it is clear that he attempts three times to take his socks off but due to being handcuffed and standing he was attempting this with his feet.
When the other people arrested realised that my son needed medical attention, the police then started to physically assault the them. Another boy then attempts to video what the police are doing and they assault him and remove all people to an area off camera. Duty of care to my child did not exist as you can see by the way they trample over him to get the other people out of camera view.
My child is no saint but he did not deserve to be treated this way and to add insult to injury the police attempt to carry these ### charges to cover their own ###. This story is quite long and I have written it so many times that am so frustrated with the Police force the Hospital System in general.
