Andrew Frankel (Lasky Clinic) review: revision rhinoplasty

On May 9th, 2016 I went to have a revision rhinoplasty surgery performed by Andrew Frankel in Bev. Hills, CA. From some research I did I was convinced that he was one of the best for this type of surgery.
The results didn't match the computer morphs that he made. I know that getting an exact match is impossible, but he missed by such a wide margin that I feel misled by his morphs. Things he did that weren't shown in the morphs: he widened my bridge, shortened my nose substantially, and made nostrils look very surgical and strange.
I went to him seeking minimal change and mostly just repair of a twisted tip. He suggested several things to do to achieve my desired results. One technique that he suggested was 'lower lateral cartilage repositioning' where he repositioned my lower lateral crura by repositioning them way down in my nostril rims, literally. As a naive and ignorant patient, I didn't know the full ramifications of such a procedure. Long story short, it left me emotionally devastated and in physical discomfort. My nose was left feeling heavy and I had an ever-present feeling that it was in the wrong position. I requested a partial refund for this horrendous experience but Frankel declined. Surgery with him ruined my life. It was by far the biggest regret of my life.
