Andorra Travel Services / Poor Customer Services

15 of us booked our accomodation, ski passes, ski school through Andorra Travel Services. We were told that there would be a mini bus waiting at the airport to collect us. Our flight was 2 hours delayed and as soon as we found this out we e-mailed Carla in Andorra Travel Services. When we arived at the airport there was no bus waiting for us, we contacted Carla who told us the bus driver was there somewhere !!! She said she would contact him and call us back. After 30 minutes or so of not hearing from her we called her again to be told that the bus drivers phone had gone dead and she had no way of contacting him and she would arrange to have another bus collect us. After a two hour wait in the airport and going from bus to bus to see if we could find another bus to take us to Andorra (3.5 hour transfer) we found the mysterious bus driver sitting in another bus talking. He agreed to take us, not knowing that we were his original pick up. The journey cost €936 for 11 people and Carla would not comprimise one cent on the price. She said it was an outside company they employed and she could do nothing about it. We later found out the Andorra Travel Services actually owned the bus company. We also had trouble with the key cards in our rooms and were left waiting for up to 30 minutes at 1am in the morning to get into our room. We found Carla and her company very helpful when booking our holiday but most unhelpful and blunt when it came to dealing with the problems we encountered with our travel arrangement. So be warned do not book a transfer from the airport with Andorra Travel Services or Regina Travel.

    Very poor customer service, the attendant was very extremely rude
    And racist!!

    Unfortunately we are not in the US to sue the company and the employee.i
