Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates, L.l.c. / false accuisations

1 12801 N. Central Expressway #250 Dallas, TX, United States Review updated:
Contact information:
Phone: 866-400-3550

We received two letters a day apart stating hat this is an attempt to collect a debt and any information received will be used for that purpose. This communication is from a debt collector. We called to company to see why we owed money and to whom. On the letters, it states that the client whom we owe money to is: A Home Automation II. We have never bought anything from this company or heard of it. They are not on our credit report and we were unable to find this company online. I asked for the contact information of their client (A Home Automation) and they refused to give it to us. They also informed us that contacting our attourney is the worst thing that we could do. This is a scam and we do not owe any money to this made up company.

I RECIEVED A CALL FROM THIS SO CALLED PLACE YESTERDAY STATING THAT I OWE A COMPANY MONEY. THE COMPANY IS A FRUAD AND SO ARE THESE PEOPLE. THE COMPANY WAS NOT EVEN REGISTERED THROUGH THE POLICE DEPARTMENTS DATABASE AND WANTED TO HOLD PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE FOR FRAUD CONTRACTS. THEY WERE TAKING MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE ACCOUNTS AND PUTTING FAKE SECURITY SYSTEMS IN PEOPLES HOMES. IF THERE WAS AN INTRUDER THE ALARM WOULD GO OFF BUT THE POLICE WOULD NEVER BE NOTIFIED. NOW THIS SO CALLED COMPANY CALLS ME AND TELL ME THAT I AM GOING TO BE SUED AND THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE MY HOME. PLEASE. I WISH THEY WOULD PLACE THIS ACTIVITY ON MY CREDIT REPORT.

PAY YOUR BILLS AND THAT WONT HAPPEN TO YOU. BE AWARE OF CONTRACTS AND ALL THE FINE PRINT. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR READING CONTRACTS IN THERE ENTIRETY. CHOOSE A BETTER ALARM COMPANY AND DO YOUR RESEARCH THERE. THAT IS THE ISSUE HERE. DISAGREE WITH ME ALL YOU WANT BUT I'VE GOT PERFECT CREDIT AND I HAVE THE ABILITY TO READ BEFORE I SIGN ANYTHING.

any person that says to "pick a better alarm company" is obviously someone that works for one of these collection agencies. my wife and i had protect america service and it never worked. Every time the alarm sounded - no one ever called (which is why you pay for the service). Then, every time we called to complain - they did nothing to improve the service.

Now, terms of a contract can only be enforced if both parties meet the terms. For example, if I have a contact with someone to clean my house for two years and they never show up - should I still be responsible for paying them? Of course not, because they never performed the services promised in the agreement.

This is the same issue here. The alarm company installs a product that doesn't work - and still demands payment because you signed a two year agreement for their service. The bottom line is that is the product doesn't work - you don't have to pay - period. Any judge in America would agree with this.

They have ruined my credit - they intimidated me into paying off a portion of a supposed alarm I owed, which I didn't and now my credit is in the toilet due to being put in collections by them, and they don't even have the amount I paid in agreement to end it. I even have a letter from them stating that I owe nothing, yet I've given this note to all the credit reporting agencies and they continue to keep these lies on my credit... It is completely bizarre... I had 800 plus scores, now I couldn't borrow a toothbrush...

To cppp...(or anyone who will listen).notifying BBB does not do ANYTHING. If they are a member, no matter what BBB will side with them. I am not even sure what the whole point of BBB is. Someone needs to file a complaint about BBB to the FTC and whoever will listen. And the credit score people are a big joke too. Anyone can put something on your credit and it is not reviewed BEFORE it is done. By the way, did anyone ever get any kind of notice from our three beloved credit companies about how things are operated and what they do? Like who came up with the score crap? You can be a law abiding bill paying(on time) person and still someone can ruin you in the matter of seconds. Every time some one looks at your credit, it does down. If you "pay off" a credit card too soon it goes down. It is all a form of slavery in the financial sense. And since when do you have to have good credit to get a job? Or get insurance? It is so stupid! Everyone needs to get together and boycott. But it has to be a good one...any ideas? BTW Sorry for your troubles...I feel for you.
