I Janice Wise-Diggs, received a letter on December 11, 2015. The letter stated: Guaranteed Win Certificate - Three Million Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($3, 900.000.00), Personal Identification No. [protected]. All I had to do was to signed my name as proof of name and address was correct and submit a check in the amount twenty dollars ($20.00), for processing recorder fee. Send to: Anderson, Burges & Smith PMB 363, 26 Railroad Ave, Babylon, NY 11702. I would like my money back, if this is a scam and for them to be report/investigated by the FBI. I sent in a cashier check from my bank on December 15, 2015. I will keep everyone inform of this out come. Hopefully, it will not be a bad complaint to tell. From Washington, DC - Ryan Wheeler is the person signing the copy check for: Award winner check. If someone, would like to give me any good news update. On there outcome on - winning and receive monies. Please, email me at: [protected]@yahoo.com

I recived a letter from Anderson, Burges, Smith (ABS) on 12/14/2015. Stating that I won $3.9 millon dollars. And to send them $20.00 for processing fee. My daughter told me not to send it. She looked them up on google and we read that they sent out the same letter to many other people. I feel that company is scamming people. Someone needs to put a stop to them.
