11/11 and 11/12/15 I have received 3 letters each day stating I have won a cash prize of $3, 145, 176.00, and a cash prize of $ 3, 900, 000.00 and cash prize of $2, 997, 500.00 and that I needed to send $20.00 for each letter for the release fees. I know that you don't ever have to send money to receive a cash prize and that it is a fraud. What worries me is if these are received by the elderly that could use the money they may think it is real and submit $120.00. Why is this company allowed to send out these official looking document letters? Why hasn't anything been done about these letters. I just read many complaints of the same company from other people receiving these letters. I personally believe I got on this mailing from sending in orders with Publishers Clearing House. I am beginning to think they are a fraud as well. I have never heard about the winner that was supposed to be announced October 23rd. Did anyone even win that $7000.00 a week payment for life? I am beginning to think that the government is involved in this, only because there hasn't been anything done about this and the mailings are delivered by the USPS. I am sorry to say that and I really don't (hope) not, but with everything that is going on now and you read about I can't help but worry about our country. Receiving documented letters when people are unemployed due to being laid off due to company closed after 26 yrs of employment with them and having trouble finding a job at the age of 62 I actually thought about sending the $20.00 with document back to see what happens. Please research this to stop Company's from taking advantage of people whole are experiencing real financial issues and the elderly. Thank you,

I also received an official looking document that said "I was a guaranteed award winner of $3, 900, 000, 00. When I first looked the document over I was truly excited, as I am a widow living on a small Social Security check, thinking how that money could help me in so many ways. My husband passed away two years ago and I have had to struggle to keep things going. After paying what I can I have around $50.00 a month to buy groceries. As I was reading this then it came up that I needed to send a check in the amount of $20 made payable to ABS before 02/15/2016 then I really got disappointed because I know you don't have to pay money to win money. All I can say is these people shouldn't send these type of letters out if they are not real. Right now they think they won't get caught and maybe they won't but I am a true Christian and they need to ask our Savior on judgement Day did I do something wrong and probably God will make them sit on a bench with other sinners and tell them its to late so all of these money hungry people need to ask themselves is this a right thing to do and I gurantee the answer to themselves will be NO unless they don't think there is a God who will judge them.

I also received the very official looking "you have won" mailing . I am aware that requesting money to claim a reward is a sign of fraud but when I notify police that I have received such mail, they say that since I sent no money no crime was commited This time I sent ABS a check for $20. Will call authorities tomorrow!

I get all kinds of scams like this. Just stuff all their papers in their self addressed envelope, attach a one cent stamp, and drop it in a Post Office drop box without your return address. It will be delivered with 48 cents postage due. If we all did that enough I think it would at least slow them down.

I received the same letter stating that I had won $3, 900, 000.00. First thing that I did was to check Google for the Law Firm name and this is what I found. This type of fraudulent mail should be illegal and the government should be seeking out the individuals who are making big bucks off of people.

I also got same letter in mail today saying I won 3, 900, 000.00.. They make it look so rule. They ask for $20 to be sent for processing fee.. I find it so sad that these people do this to people, knowing how hard it is in todays world just to get by day by day. I for one almost fell for it till my boyfriend said to pull them up online first. I'm so glad I did now. These people should be ashamed and need to be STOPPED! Miranda Baird

I just got the same letter. And I do believe that PCH has given my name out. They need to show who was the winner of the 7000 a week. I never see who won
