Hi, I am Ajeet Singh from Indore.
I was offered job by M/S Anand Organics, Bhopal, Also known as Anand group of Industries, Anand Industries, Anand Coatings, National Paints etc.
I was appointed as Regional Branch Manager, but never given any appointment letter.
They paid me the salary for the month of may in June end, and the salry of June in July end, that too with heavy deductions which were not mentioned in Offer letter.
They did not pay me any travelling expenses since I joined the company.
Company did not pay my salary of july and august 2016, forcing me to quit the job.
This is very common phenomenon in the company, people are offered jobs, they are used and thrown out begging for salary.
I total dues is about 1 lac.
Hello, I have received call from Anand Organics for HR Manager position - Bhopal...Pls.help me whether I should go for an Interview as by reading all the negative comments about the company I am confused and scared as well...Ms.Surabhi and Mr.Prem Chawla both have taken telephonic interview and now wanted the walk in interview for final decision...Pls.suggest guys ; I will be very thankful for helping in this subject...
Mr. Prem Chawla, if you don't have the money then why you recruit the people...? Stop all this nonsense immediately. Otherwise the day will come when nobody will come to work with you. You are living in a fool's paradise.

Dear Sir,
I am Abhishek kumar. I want to do a complain against the Ananad Organics pvt ltd because they force me to resign from the company without any notice and reason.I was appointed as a Branch Manager of Raipur Branch on 22.04.2013.after one month they asked me to resign from the job. When i decided to resign they hold my salary and tour expenses which is about 12000 rupees. I have requested them many times for paying my pending salary but none of them try to hear me.
So please try to recover my pending salary .

Be aware of ANAND ORGANICS and owner of this fraud company Mr. PREM CHAWLA. He is a notorious and polished fraud of Bhopal. When you will meet with him for the first time he will give you a long lecture regarding ethics of the life, system, policies, work culture etc. Actually he is a by birth fraud, don't put yourself in this trap. His only intention and only policy is to play with people's need, emotion, carrier and Distributor's money.
Through out the year you will find vacancies in this company in various job site. He appoint people, then exploit them and after 2 months when the time come to give salary, he will kicked you out with out a single penny... BE AWARE OF THIS FRAUD..!

Anand organics me per month 10-12 log new job k liye aate hain per company 2-3 month kaam karakar logo ki salary or exp. kha jati hai. kisi bhi employ ko Appointment latter nahi dete hain joining k time per bola jata hai 1 month baad denge lekin dete nahi hai or employ ke bhi salary or exp phans jate hain isliye koi kuch nahi kar pata. is company me itne saare employ majboori me kaam kar rahe hain lekin kisi ka bhi P.F nahi kat ta hai ye company employ ka sosad karti hai.
