If I could give this company a negative star, I would in a blink. DO NOT trust their google reviews, I feel like my business is trying to deal with some shady extortionists. The contract has not been fulfilled, the customer service is a complete joke, it is almost impossible to get out of this mess, and has been very aggravating.
If a management reads this, please get back to me ASAP to untangle this mess created by unqualified personnel and complete lack of communication.
Trinity United Methodist Church
We hired Anago to clean our Christian School, Pre-School and Church. The first crew came to do the "deep cleaning" we paid extra to have done and they never completed the job. We talked to the area supervisor who came out and agreed they hadn't finished the job and they still never did. Then the supervisor said she'd give us a rebate on the work and that was never done. The initial crew that wore Anago t-shirts, brought their own equipment and knew to communicate via a note book disappeared after the the first week and suddenly a whole new crew showed up that did not know about our communication notebook, did not bring their own equipment and had not been given the in-depth tour we had given the first crew. This second crew, we discovered, was a franchise crew and when we attempted to contact their supervisor she never returned our calls. Finally we decided to sever our relationship and despite all the ways Anago failed to live up to their part of the contract they are telling us that we did not give them the correct notice as outlined in the contract. Never hire this company!
Company did not deliver promised service, overcharged for unsatisfactory work
James Giovanni, franchise owner, appraised the extent of work to be done in my home. Workers did not arrive at agreed-upon time; workers did not bring cleaning supplies and equipment as promised; workers were not experienced house cleaners, spent an inordinately long time doing simple chores poorly; left my equipment out for me to restore to proper places; left kitchen stove unusable - burners out of place, did not clean grill and griddle, but left them greasy and out of place; left undone many chores that were promised. I was billed for a full day $335 for work that ordinarily one person accomplishes in four hours. Stay away from these folks!

It is a Franchise of a bigger company but it is run by the former owner and ceo of First Priority Pay..
Think twice. .this new company is located in New Providence NJ
Poor Investment
I thought my family and I were making a great move by purchasing into Anago not true. This is the worst experience I have ever gone throug they promise cleaning contracts never fulfill their mission. We invested $9, 000 into this company guess how many contracts we recieved 2 that's right. Guess how much a total of 1300.00. Please do not invest with Anago...
