I ordered the bird bath fountain and when I received it I was missing parts. Also, the directions on how to put it together were horrible. I wanted to get the missing parts and to use the fountain, but in the meantime my grandson has fallen against and knocked over the bird bath and it broke. Now I could not use it even if i wanted to. I have sent 3 emails, one on 4/18, one on 4/20 and one on 4/25 seeking information regarding a refund for my iOS wireless headphones, order #112043. I called both of the customer service numbers that the AN &Associates Co. Inc. website said to call and both were disconnected. I am sending both pairs back for a full refund as the red set was damaged upon arrival. There was no return packing slip nor an address on the website. I need an address for returns.

I finally received the band yesterday after weeks of waiting. It doesn't work and I want to return it, but there was NO information about anything on the package. I have been waiting for my order#2914 for a back brace. I have not heard anything except more advertising. I have emailed company many times(since that seems to be the only option) to contact them. They sent a fake tracking number also which has not been updated since 3/05/19.They have been paid thru Paypal already.I have sent a notice to Paypal. I'm at my witts end and feel I have done everything I can think of.
The item was $39.95 and was ordered 2/26/19. I feel I have been scammed and want other people to be aware.

I ordered a set of 4 lights that were designed to wear around your neck for knitting and other hand work. They arrived withing 10 days. Batteries were not included. I tested them all with the same set of batteries and one of them does not work. I have no way of reaching the company except snail mail. Can anyone provide me with a phone number? or email.

I purchased this Nov. 27, 2018. I never received my product until January 2019. I tried to use it and it is only for Windows 2000 xp, vista, win7. on the advertisement it was listed as Window 10 compatible and it is not. This thing cost 40.00 (I rounded). This product should not even be sold being that 90% of computers is now Windows 10. I contacted Paypal and started an investigation when I didn't receive it in a timely manner, but then didn't go through with it, when it arrived in Jan. I believe you should stand by your product and make this good. I bought in good faith. Either give me a refund through paypal or give me a product that works with Windows 10. This company took almost 2 months to deliver my order,
I only got a response from them when I involved Pay Pal in a complaint on my behalf

I ordered a set of 6 compression socks on jan. 5, 2019. I have yet to receive them. Payment was made through paypal. I contacted my compression socks.com with this concern and received an automated response that they would get back to me as soon as possible. That was over 10 days ago.
