AN & Associates I didn't order this item

I received in the mail today a pair of wireless earbuds; I did not order this item nor do I want it. I did order two knitting lamps at $30.95 USD on January 2, 2019, which I have yet to receive. Please fix this error immediately. My REAL order number is 23629. I don't understand how or why such a dreadful mistake could possibly be made. I will report, regardless of whether or not you rectify this matter.

AN & Associates heated gloves

They do NOT work! Also was charged for shipping from FREE SHIPPING...nothing but an exchange of emails...last one...they want a VIDEO! A video will not show they don't work! Just a ploy to keep my money. They also said I only have 30 days to return...I've been trying to return them and get my money back since the DAY I received them! I have only asked for my money and an address to ship the gloves back! $60 for defective gloves! 😡

Don’t waste your time or money! It’s a RIPOFF. This company advertises these exact same gloves solely on FB under various names. I waited 43 days to receive my order … and that was only after emailing them several times asking them to give me a status update. I received something much different than what I ordered, the functionality (method to turn the gloves on/off) was significantly different and impossible to engage with the gloves on, and what I received didn’t work. And who sells rechargeable electric gloves without batteries and a charger?
Here’s what you can expect. A 100% satisfaction guaranteed promise … however, the only party that’s 100% satisfied is the seller … because they just ripped you off for $40. Email responses are slow, vague, and they NEVER try to actually resolve the issue. Calling their “customer support” number is also a waste of time, as they never answer and there’s no means of leaving a voicemail.
So I’m now spending $17 to return a defective product to an address in CANADA, even though the ad clearly states the gloves ship from USA, in order to recover the remaining $23 of my $40 purchase. These people rely on anticipating the user will not put forth neither the time nor effort to recover their $40.
Don’t buy from these SCAM ARTISTS. THEY ABSOLUTELY SUCK! They promise the world on their web site, but don’t believe it … it’s a LIE!
If you want heated gloves, spend the extra money and buy from a reputable company … NOT THESE LYING FB SCAM ARTISTS!

I could have written this ***exact** thing! I also ordered the "rechargeable" gloves and when I tried to get an address to send them back it was just a constant exchange of texts! This place is a rip-off!

Orderd 2 pair... 12.10.18. (with PayPal..($88.93) Never received them. I want. A refund from this BBB RATED. F. SCAMER ...these were Christmas gifts for hunting members in our family it was embarrass ing that their gifts did not arrive. Once I Googled company I was even more pissed that I had like a fool not checked before ordering...I am on a fixed SS INCOME and I need my money back.

AN & Associates duplicate order

I ordered one set of knitting lights in Oct, 2018. It never arrived. I ordered another set in Dec. 2018. The first order arrived and I kept it. Then the second set finally came in January after weeks and weeks of waiting. It was from AN & Associates. I'd like to return this unused set and get a credit to my account.

AN & Associates electric battery powered gloves

The gloves I ordered were supposed to be gloves heated with use of USB battery charger. I received chargeable gloves using regular batteries. I have ordered this type through another company and not satisfied so decided to order the electrically chargeable gloves and received the same type I ordered before. I am not sure how to return this product.

AN & Associates heated vest

Buyers BEWARE. I ordered a heated vest through this company advertising on Facebook. I had no idea the default company is in China. The vest arrived, however, it did not work. I filed a complaint with the company and Paypal. I was advised to return the vest to what appears to be a bogus address somewhere in NY. The item was shipped 3-day priority on December 26 with 3-day shipping. I am now receiving e-mails from someone at the company names Sarrah P. who keeps saying they will issue a refund once they can confirm the shipment, despite the fact that I have provided a copy of the shipping receipt from the USPS. At this point, I have escalated a complaint with Paypal to try and receive a refund. I highly recommend consumers NOT do business with this company or risk being ripped off.

AN & Associates knitting and crochet lamps

I ordered 4 of the knitting and crochet lamps on November 1st order number 14307 have corresponded with Rama Deals Jessica H., Emily C. and Isabella F. by email 22 times about my order. I requested a refund of my money $46.94 on December 14 2018 as wanted these items for Christmas presents and your company couldn't fill my order. Since they weren't going to be here by Christmas just wanted a refund of my money. But have gotten no response back about refunding my money. Tried to call he phone number on your web page and no one answered. Since Christmas is past I would just like my money refunded

AN & Associates heated gloves

After a month I finally received my order on December 26th. Of course that isn't the end of my complaint. These were Christmas presents that I didn't get in time. Now the problem is that they are not the sizes I ordered. Can't get ahold of anyone because the phone number [protected] has a recording that simple states that they are closed! Doesn't list their hours! Emailed them also at [protected]@freeshipdeals.com. This is the only response I have received

I purchased as well on December 5th and haven't received my order. Paid through PayPal but that hasn't been much help. I am furious, I have tried several different emails without any help. I think I was screwed out of $50.00! This company sucks!

I also ordered the heated electric gloves - in early November! I received them a few days AFTER Christmas (of course, they were supposed to be a Christmas gift for my boyfriend.) I contacted them several times during the 6 weeks it took to get them...they just kept saying they had more orders than anticipated.
Now, to add insult to injury, I ordered an XL and received a SMALL/MEDIUM! I hate to even contact this company and wait another 6 weeks for a resolution :( Will see if my Paypal account can resolve this.

I have not received my heated gloves, no tracking number, I located there phone number [protected], I called the message told me that they were closed, tried again today they said the number was out of service. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, ALL I HAVE SEEN IN COMENTS IS BADDDDDDDDDDD.

AN & Associates ponytail hat - brown

I purchased a white pony tail women's soft knit hat and they sent me a brown one. In the package they didn't send any paperwork, they didn't send an invoice. Then when I received it- I tried to contact them to get the right hat and there is no way of getting in contact with them. Then I did a search on the internet and found all of these complaints on BBB. They are a Total scam and I would really like to have a refund.

I ordered 3 granddaughter bracelets on 11/22/18 and have not received them. When I placed the order it stated ships within 24 hours. I have sent emails and received no answers. These are a Christmas gift and if I do not receive them I will report you to the NC Better Business Bureau for your pour service and taking my money and not delivering the product.

AN & Associates wifi genius repeater

When I received this product through the mail it was opened and broken. I would like to get a refund. I have emailed this to you several times before with no response from you. I have talked to my bank about this and they are going to refund my money. If there is no response from you. I am also turning you into better business bureau and the people that you have your ad on. They told me to contact you again to see if you would respond.

I used my visa ending in 3818 to order a pair of heated gloves, the item was an advertised on Facebook, I paid for the gloves on November 6, 2018. I ordered a pair as well in November and have not received them. Sent several emails and still don't have a tracking number. They are messing with the wrong person here! Facebook should be aware so they remove them from their site.

I too ordered two pairs of gloves, November. 22, 2018, and a pair of gloves and socks on December 6, 2018. Both orders ARE SUPPOSED to be Christmas gifts, it appears that neither have been shipped as of yet. I have attempted to find a valid number to call, with no luck. I would LOVE to contact this company! Does anyone have a valid phone number? Thank you in advance and Merry Christmas.

AN & Associates bike bag

I ordered a bike bag for a Christmas gift. I don't remember what site I ordered it from, but it may have been shop gobliss.com in Wisconsin based on the charge on my credit card. The bag was sent from AN & Associates in West Seneca, NY.
The item was filthy dirty (my hands literally were black from touching it), it smelt of oil and was totally unsuitable for anyone who is purchasing a NEW item.
There was no paper work included with the item so there was no way to contact AN & Associates. When I called the shop gobliss.com phone number as listed on my AMEX, it rang twice then nothing - no answer, no machine, no message.

AN & Associates using multiple fraudulent sites and false advertising.

This is a fraudulent company and it should be banned from doing business. I purchased four sweaters from this company on October 1st. I paid $126 . I called and called, the number does not work. They waited 6 weeks before sending the proper shipping details. Once i finally received the items, they were grossly different when they were advertised, the material was horrible. I won my paypal dispute only to find out the shipping fee to return them was $48. Shameful that this company is still in business. No contact number, no return contact email. They do business under multiple different companies with false names.

AN & Associates hdtv antenna

I've hooked the antenna up as suggested, but cannot get ANY channels

The tv screen remains cloudy and makes much white noise
I've moved the antenna around and placed the TV in different rooms

I am disappointed in what appeared to be a novel idea for an antenna
I bought it as a gift to help a person who lives in a small home

I would like a refund
I have the original packaging

I previously ordered a IOS 64 GB, Gold Flash-drive off of Facebook,

Unable to get the flash drive to work that I ordered from AN & associates.

When I ordered, it stated a full money back return.

Need to return. I would appreciate a full refund

I just researched your phone number on my bank statement where I think you fraudulently extracted money from my account to pay for one of your jackets. If you did this, I will contact my bank and law enforcement to investigate the status of my order. Your phone number includes no response from a human being, which at this point I can only guess might be intentional.

If upon an investigation with U.S. officials it's determined that you are bilking consumers, you will be shut down and I will not be satisfied until this happens
