Had to wait over 40 minutes as no one could not find keys. Was told someone named Jaron (?) had keys attached to his belt (which is what he always does?) instead of leaving them at check station. Cold, windy, and raining.

Someone finally located your Jaron then he couldn’t find my car!

I had to walk out into the parking lot to find Jaron and car.

Will NEVER use or recommend your extremely poor service again!

Environmental Services Assistant Director at Tacoma General Hospital Michone Wallace has been the biggest bully anyone in our department has ever had to deal with on a daily basis since she came from Auburn medical center a few months ago. She comes in to work angry from whatever problems she has outside of work and tries to intimidate the workers she manages constantly by calling them out about personal issues in front of other employees, often bringing them to tears. But its obvious she enjoys it. Its clear she is racially motivated in her hiring process as she gives her new hires 40 hours a week because they are african American and longtime employees get told they are cutting everyones hours. She fired an employee who was a great worker for clocking out on lunch to check on his girlfriend, a multicare employee whom she did not like. She had severe symptoms of Covid19 and was having trouble breathing. The employee she so cold-heartedly fired was a few days short of his 90 day probationary period and had already proved his work ethic. Another employee who was a good person but had attendance issues regularly was caught leaving early for the day without telling anyone was only givin a warning. He too was in the last few days of new hire probation. I have many friends of all races and I do not believe race should give employees different treatment. Almost every new hire within the last month-which is like 15 new EVS workers- are of african descent. While most of them are great workers, its blatantly obvious what she is doing. Jason Mladenich is basically her assistant, as he just goes with whatever she dictates. People are scared to speak up about either one of them cause they get their hours cut. Honestly they have made ABM look like a bad company. That needed to be said and I hope for everyone at Tacoma Generals sake someone looks into it.

I was an employee of ABM Industries Inc, I was cleaning inside Boston Store at Mayfair Mall (Wauwatosa)from 6:00 am to 10:00 am with the other co-workers. I was doing a good job cleaning until The first shift mexican male supervisor named Hector transferred me to second shift! I was working second shift at Boston Store downtown Milwaukee located at Grand Avenue Mall, Norma Saldana was the second shift mexican lady supervisor at that Boston Store. That Boston Store was big and it was the corporate offices.I was always getting lost inside the corporate offices, I was behind in my work.The next day at ABM Industries, Irina Feldman who worked in Human Resources let me go, because things wasn't working out for me.I contacted ABM Industries corporate offices and I spoke with Clay Adams rehiring me, Clay Adams lied and told me that the reason why I got transferred to second shift was, because Hector said I was working to slow! I told Clay Adams that I never worked to slow when I was on first shift.I told Clay Adams that, that was a lie and I told him Irina Feldman is a liar, He asked me is that a threat against his workers! I told him no, He said, ABM can't guarantee employment to me. Clay Adams will lie on you and He will screw you with all kinds of lies against you.Do not apply with ABM Industries Inc! Stay away from ABM Industries Inc, because they will lie and screw you like they did me!

After parking in a lot at N.E. th and 106 ave N.E., which is a Bank of America, the lot was marked for bank parking only but was not clearly marked that 'after hours' parking not allowed. I was given a parking fine by Ampco for $60.00. Outrageous!
