A Tshirt company that takes your order, bills your credit card and never sends you the goods. Tried to ring them but never any answer and the voicemail is ALWAYS full. As is their email inbox so the emails you send to them are pinged back at you.
The only recourse is to snail mail them and that is to a PO box address.
This company is a rip off. DO NOT USE THEM

    Wish i had seen your complaint before i ordered, exact same problem, can't contact them i any way. looking at reporting them to the relevant authorities

    i wish i had seen this :( i just paid £137 on rhinestone, and looks like im never gona see them, the sad thing is the money was from my kids youth group, they had aised the money their selves and its money i cant replace... im so angry, i dont know wat to do. A girl called jasmine has emailed me back a few time with the excuse that theyv been over run with orders, and they were having problems with there systems, she told me that royal mail are deliverying my item, but i have no reference number, its been nearly a month now and ive been swamping them with calls and emails, the only time i get a reply from my emails is around nine oclock.

    I dont know what to do... what do i tell the kids? can anyone help me ? :(:(

    OMG equally done the same thing!!! Fortunatly only paid £15.30 for hotfix crystals. Had an email back but no goods. Any advise would be welcomed, will conact trading standards and bank and post if i get any results,

    Have spoken to trading standards and they have been very helpful. Please call them (consumer direct) on 08454040506 the more that call the more they can do!

    You have the right to cancel your order and request a full refund, give them 30 days then call consumer direct and they will advise re-small claims court. You can also call your bank and ask for a 'charge back' facility after 30 days to.

    Quote the 'consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000' and that you require a refund within 30 days.

    The same thing happened to me !! I ordered a tshirt on there 9 days ago and am already chasing as their website says the product will be delivered in 2 days !! their voice mail doesnt even let you leave a message! This was a Christmas gift and now there will be no time to get one the same. very dissappointed !!! Does anyone want to take this further? Lets contact watchdog?? Sally

    I've had the same problem, ordered two weeks ago and no sign of any t-shirt, tried phoning - no answer, left a message - did not return the call, emailed - did not reply.

    I called my credit card company today they are now dealing with it, I am really very angry like Sally this was a Christmas gift, how very dissapointing. ~ Lilyanna

    Can't believe it, will always check out before ordering in future. Have also had to contact credit card company who are helping now, but disappointed as were also christmas gifts.

    BEWARE OF this company. I ordered almost 200 dollars worth of shirts and did not get my order yet. I am VERY upset. I have sent email after email. It was Christmas presents. The phone will not work.

    i notice people only complain about most websites on review boards, but for me i have had no problems with Amour Rocks i have been purchasing crystals from them for 18 months now and my items have always arrived and as described, may be not on time all the time but they do arrive usually within 7 days of ordering and they are still in business so i very much doubt they are a fraud company, some people just jump the gun, have a coffee and calm down

    If it helps I have found the owners address using WHOIS information and it gives me the name and home address of the owner, friend of mine has been ripped off. Do a google for "WHOIS Armourrocks.com"

    Hope it helps, not sure what to do now!

    I ordered my son a tshirt from this website and like you guys have still not received my goods. I have emailed them twice and have got 1 response. My goods were aparently posted out on 5/2/10 and it is now 15/2/10 and I have no tshirt. My last email to them was 12/2/10 asking for a tracking number but no surprises that I have not had an answer to this email. I also tried calling but have only met the answerphone so far. These people must be making a mint!!! My concern is that I provided my bank details to pay for tshirt and they obviously can't be trusted. What do we do about it!!!

    lorraine i am in the same situation as yourself. i ordereed my daughters tshirt on the 7/2/10 and still haven't got it. i have sent them 3 emails and called them twice im not happy. think im going to the bank in the morning its annoying that they can get away with this. i paid extra for special delivery what a joke

    i would like to say after reading this page i was in a panic i thought i wouldn't receive my goods but today i got my order. i placed the order on the 7th feb 2010 and i have recieved it on the 17th of feb 2010. so i would say don't panic you will get your order and if you dont get it in a month get the bank to charge the company back and you can also go to trade standards xxx

    i will take the non complaint comment with a pinch of salt as one of them is from the same area [ hampshire] as I can see most peoples goods don't arrive and there is never any way of getting hold of them...always bad news!!

    I wish I'd seen this before placing my order. I received an email to say they had accepted my order... then absolutely nothing. That was two weeks ago. They don't answer the phone or emails. No choice but to follow peoples advice here and try and claim the money back. This company has been getting away with this for a long time, at least since last summer. Why haven't they been stopped already?

    I must be one of the lucky ones...received a t shirt but it is not the size ordered. Tried to email and call them but not reply.
    Do not buy from them, not worth it !!

    O no -I wish I had check this company out - I rdered a tshire for the morning after my wedding - just like everyone else here it has not materialised and I cannot contact them. I called trading standards who say I have to give them 30 days to deliver then another 30 days after that before they can do anything.
    They should have been stopped by now after all these complaints - any advice on what to do now anyone? has anyone found a similar reputable and trustworthy company to replace this one?

    I ordered £15 worth of crystals from Amor Rocks, my credit card was charged immediately.
    Over a week later I have had no correspondence and no reply to the whereabouts of my purchases.

    I just wish I'd seen this website sooner!

    Fortunately it's only £15 but that's not the point, why arent these 'dodgy' thieveing websites shutdown?!

    They take your money and you get nothing in return - i've always been supportive of smaller independant e-commerce but this has really put me off.

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from AMOUR ROCKS!
