Amex Auto Insurance / Horrible response by all Representatives

Im on call with Amex Auto Insurance department for hours and they have such a horrible response. The website clearly states that I need to call the [protected] for Rental Insurance eligibility information and none of them would give me any answer because I dont have a card. How would I know what card to choose if I cant get the information as to which Card will cover the rental insurance. Its was a pathetic customer care center to call and Im glad I did not purchase a Amex credit card, I got a preview of how their response would be if I had a claim.
