We made a purchase of a complete King Enlivenment ET w/Perfect Day Boxsprings in the amount of over 2K and within 7 months the springs had sprung.

I made phone calls starting in Oct. and was told that they did not know when they could get someone to check it out. Needless to say, I've made several emails both to the individual business and the main business with no response.

It's a shame to not honour any warranty or even have the decency to return an email or phone call. They are standing upright in my garage and will be on their way to the dumpster.

Never again will I purchase any Serta product or recommend their product.
