These guys mislead customers and provide completely nothing
Don’t buy from the company www.americaslocksmithservices.com. I ordered lock, but these guys overcharged me. When I noticed it, I contacted the customer services, and the rep promised to return money back. But it was big lie and scam. They haven’t returned money back, as well as they still haven’t delivered the order. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
Worst service I have ever received
I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any business after using this company.
This is what their website states "You may call our professional customer service representatives
anytime at [protected]. You will not be disappointed. And
remember, all work is guaranteed to your complete satisfaction and
no less."
I could not have any less satisfied. The locksmith came to my house and re-keyed my locks after moving into a new house. The quote they provided to re-key 5 locks was $125.00. When the technican, his name was Ari, arrived he said it would be $350.00 unless I paid with cash. The cash price was $220.00. I paid the cash and didn't think much of it. The next day one of the locks was stuck locked and I had no access to the door. I called the company and they claimed their work could not have caused that and wanted me to pay again for them to come look at it. The technician and his supervisor were so unprofessional. They did not care to resolve the issue. I did not want them coming back to get some made up charge that I would have to shell out another 200.00 cash, or 400.00 if I wanted to use a credit card. At the end of of all of this the supervisor hung up on me and NOTHING was resolved. I was stuck with a locked door. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Worst service I have ever received.
I locked my keys in my trunk and called America's Locksmith Services in Pompano Beach Florida, and they quoted me $55 over the phone. They came out and opened the door, then opened my trunk so I could get my keys out and the final bill came to $195. I could not believe they charged me THAT much. I feel ripped off and will NEVER refer them or use their service again!
I needed to get my locks rekeyed and went to America’s Locksmith Services for help, they told me that it was not possible to do what I want and I would need to replace all the locks. I agreed to their arguments and paid them for the work but when they were finished I discovered that one of the doors won’t lock properly. I asked them to fix it but it took them 2 months to finish the work.
Same story here in Golden, CO wanted over $300 to re key 5 locks, these guys are all over America ripping consumers off. before you call these "Locksmith Mafia" types check them out with the BBB, come on $50.00 per lock on a common household Schlage door lock?
Start going to your state gov website and looking up their Business Licenses for all these bait and switch companies and you will be surprised that one name comes up time and time again. Keep reporting on these guys to your BBB and local news channels, its a blast to watch when they get caught ripping somebody off on the local 6 PM News

A-1 Affordable Locksmiths, Philadelphia. gave the worst experience in my life.
They don't care about solving the problem and only care about how to overcharge and give the worst service.
I will send all people regarding this company info and their service.

Same here, found several ones been cheated by this company. And Google still gave them AD. They need to be stopped. I company on FTC. Hope it will work
