Americas Best Value Inn the entire stay!

This place was down right gross. A.c. did not work complained they said it was brand new. No cober on fan in bathroom. Old milk left in fridge kids underwear left behind dresser curtain broke! Garbage was picked up at wAN right behind our room. Than we had 5 guests was in oir reservation asked for a roll away ned when we arrived about 330 called 3 times did not receive until 730ish did mot come with a pillow had to wait another 2 hours and 2 phone calls later and we had to end up going to get it. Was only aloud 1 pillow per person! Hot tub only half the bubbles even worked! I dont even understand how this place is still in business absolutely pathetic!

Americas Best Value Inn room service housekeeping

I am currently on a business trip here and booked a room for 7 days. First night here no hot water, shower head not working either. Was not offered to accommodate me on a different room. To top that off, House keeping went thru my bag to take out a towel I had put away since I need 3 big towels and they only give me two I decided to put away one to use when I returned to to the room. The towel was in my duffle bag with my personal belongings. I have not yet checked out so I haven't taken the towel with me, if I had I'm sure they would charge it. I am beyond mad at the fact that they went thru my things to recover a towel. After I called the manager to inform him of what has happened he just decided he didn't speak English anymore, and all he could say to me was I'm sorry ma'am. We decided to look past the poor conditions of the establishment since we were not going to be spending much time in the room anyways but this is something that's should NEVER happen.

Americas Best Value Inn filthy room

Stayed 28 dec 2017 at americas best value inn - 105 airport rd, ozark, ar

This was the most disgusting room ever...
Old rusty hardware door knob with wires protruding out from the top and missing the top plate.
I wiped down the door handles, tv remote, sink fixtures, toilet handle - the toilet seat was too far pitted, blistered and paint peeling.
Paint peeling on the ceiling, walls, in the bathroom, stains and unknown markings on the bathroom walls, bathroom door hadn't been cleaned in forever. The carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed in quite some time either. No vent cover in the bathroom, it was stuffed with tissue or toilet paper. Shower rod had been replaced and the holes from previous one were still there with large chunks of plaster on the floor.
Bed cover had stains all over it.
When I awoke the next morning, I had bite marks on both sides of my face, my sinuses were totally clogged up with a sinus headache the rest of the trip home. The health inspector should visit this place.
This is the second time and last time I will stay in a motel run by east india.
I do have to say that the young gal at the front desk was very friendly. There was hot water and enough towels.

We stayed in americas best value inn in tyler, tx and the room was excellent, no complaints at all. Woke up refreshed!

Americas Best Value Inn hotel room and accommodations

I stayed at the hotel in Odessa Texas from Saturday the 2nd until Saturday the 9th of December 2017 I never had hot water in the shower we called the complain about it they said they fixed it it still didn't get fixed so we took wash cloth baths out of the sink all week there were bugs in the room cockroaches to be specific and on Friday when the cleaning crew cleaned the room they unplugged the refrigerator and spoiled about $25 worth of food I was not impressed with the lack of Internet connection WiFi nor was the room in that great of shape I packed up and left on the morning of the 9th I got back home at 2:30 in the afternoon I unpacked my suitcase and there were roaches in my suitcase which scurried under my bed so now I have to be worried about roaches in my home I also had my computer equipment and my printer and there were roaches inside my printer when I brought them inside I am not impressed with the lack of cleanliness of this hotel it needs some instant attention

Americas Best Value Inn unauthorized charges and drugs

On October 31 I made a make a reservation for my son but Mannie said he had to have a copy of my credit card to do so. He gave me an email address and I tried to email him but he said he didn't get it. Then he had a female give me her cell phone number to text copies of my drivers license and credit card (front and back) to her so she could send it to her private email and print it out. She assured me it would be secure and she would delete it afterwards. She also told me I had to try and make the reservation online but she still needed my information.
This was an emergency as my son had got into some trouble and did not report for his court date. I was coming to get him and take him to the judge and pay his bond. I had explained this to Mannie.
My son checked in and 1 1/2 hour later the police were there to arrest him. Obviously Mannie had called them and given them his room number. The next day Mannie sends me another bill for $107.00 on top of the 84.00 for the room which my son never actually used. He sent pictures of cups of cigarette butts and stuff. My son has bronchial asthma and has to use an inhaler. He would never smoke and I am 65 and have never smoked! Hence the reason for a non-smoking room.
When my son called me to tell me not to come to Fl. he told me the maid and her husband were in the parking lot trying to sell him drugs.
I believe they re-rented the room or the maid (who saw the police go to his room) used the room that night and they have illegally used my credit card. I called Mannie and he told me "that's your problem" and began to yell at me. I told him I was calling the police and he yelled even louder.
I have agreed to pay the room fee but have disputed the $107.00.

Americas Best Value Inn stink bugs

Good Afternoon,

This Saturday I paid for a room at your Jackson, Mi location. I was having a friend of mine in town and I sent her with the proper forms to allow the hotel to charge my credit card. I have attached below some pictures of the stink bugs that were in the room. There were too many stink bugs in the room but she was not able to sleep in the room for fear of the bugs. She had to leave and go get a room out of town. I was wondering if you could take the charges off of my credit cared?

The front desk was very helpful but they told the guest that there was nothing that they could do. I can be reached at [protected]@LTU.EDU

Americas Best Value Inn room condition

We booked a room in Mackinaw City Mi. on line as we were coming home from a 2 week vacation out west and had stayed in an Ameticas Best Value hotel in S. Dakota that was impeccable and so reasonablly priced. However the one in Mackinaw was overpriced at $ 125.00 per night for a 3 star hotel. When we got to the hotel they said they didn't realize we had dogs however it was on our confirmation. The clerk told my husband Just don't let the dogs crap on the floor. Whick I don't see what it mattered being the carpet was all heavily stained along with the chairs, the room smelled and there were stains on the ceiling over the shower. And the final straw was the bedding was all wrinkled and looked as it was just remade and not changed. Needless to say we left and drove an additional 5 hours home instead of staying. We are now waiting to hear if we will be able to get our money back. The pictures of the room in no way depicted the room.So that in itself is false advertizing After the fact I checked other reviews on this hotel and there were more negative than positive ones. Will not be staying there again. Can only send 1 pic of the bed but I have more if you need them.

NOT ONE CHANNEL WORKS. SPIKEY. VID AND SOUND, COMCAST
YOU PAY THEM I PAY YOU. FIX IT. this is a on going problem at this place, go now and see if you get any picture with out choppy sound and video. if its like this all the time put it in your add TV MAY NOT WORK. Im on the road all week i need news tv shows ECT or do i just set in a room, , , ? you get the pictures..cus i dont, please send some one and see if the cottage tv work

Americas Best Value Inn americas best value inn gainesville, ga

Where do I even start? The AC didn't work, there was MOLD under the AC unit, holes in wall, stains on the sheets, weed steams in the nightstand drawer, the shower didn't work, the door key wouldn't open the door at all, the remote was absolutely nasty and missing the back peice. There wasn't a smoke detector, the room had a horrible smell, mold in almost ever corner of the room. I paid $85 for a room that was absolutely horrible. When I asked for a refund the clerk LAUGHED and said 'This ain't the Hilton garden.' I have pictures as well.

Americas Best Value Inn hotel safety

We had placed a 2 night stay at the 1100 N 3rd Street St Louis MO location for September 2 and 3rd. Upon arriving at the hotel around 4:30 in the afternoon we were greeted by two women on on of the upper balconies that face the road screaming and yelling profanities at us. We turned into the parking lot and found a place to park. We were a little upset about that and sat in the car. Two men then came out of the building they started walking towards our vehicle then stopped to check the vehicle out walking around the sides of the vehicle. This made us very scared. We drive a Ford F150 Platinum truck. It is a high end vehicle . As the men walked away they stopped to stare back at us and did so for at least five minutes. We then put our vehicle in drive and left. There was no way that we felt safe enough to even get out of our vehicle. I booked this hotel because of the favorable comments that I had read on different websites. I realize it is not a 4 star hotel and we do not usually stay in four star hotels but we do stay in places that we feel safe in. Obviously we have been charged. I would like my money back. This was not a change of plans or a decided we didn't like it it was a form of not feeling safe. Please respond. The credit can be made back to our account on the reservation.

Americas Best Value Inn complain about room 222 where i've gotten bitten by bed bugs

I checked in on 6 23 2017 America's Best Value Inn me and my girlfriend I paid with my debit card 63 dollars and $.38 a zit looking front desk me and my lady went upstairs to Room 222 I put my bags in the room cool off for a few minutes 5-10 minutes because of the scorching Heat 115 degrees that day then we left to the casino we stayed there all night long to the next day so the following game we came back I went straight to the office and I paid for another night which be on 624 2017 I paid with my credit card $30 on credit card and $30 cash so you going back up to the room cool all she left I got something to eat and then I lay down that night in the bed I had bed bugs crawling all over me I got Billy few times they're crawling on the nightstands there on the walls there on the Lazy Boy there roaches in the bathroom I called them stairs and ask him to come up there and look in the room to show him he would not come up to view the room so I went downstairs I took them a couple of bugs so he can look at them and I brought my phone down there with the picture show him exactly what they were and he refused to believe me that they were bedbugs and he had customers in the lobby you told me to be quiet not to let them know which I can understand try to run a business but if they're trying to run a business run it the right way I ask for partial money back being nice about it they're being rude they acted like I was talking about him or the manager would not go up and investigate and look in the room they refuse to so that tells me they already knew was going on and that is not right that is bad business and it shows how much they care about their job especially the place they work at and the people that sleep there at night I comply with all rules that they posted the one rule major rule we do not refund any or all of your stay deposit or unless you were evicted or illegal activity that may result in your eviction I wasn't evicted there's no illegal activity going on there so they're not complying with the rules they're not taking care of the customers and specially the rooms Boo's room should have been ready to go but do you want to be treating me like I don't know what I'm talking about so we have a problem I want Total refund of my money and I'd like to file complaint against the clerks at work there concerts customer service is ridiculous the rude and you don't treat people like that it's a business it's not it's not right to the owners of the business or to the customers and for them not to go up in the room and look that is proof that they automatically knew what was going on there and I'm not going to let it go I'm going to give you pictures of my receipts so I can get my refund back and I would like to have the man I can't remember his name and the manager agent lady out of there do not taking care of a business and they should have decent even have a job the Better Business Bureau get over there the health department that will shut the Whole Health Hotel down and actually for me getting bitten at hotel I should ask for more but I'm not I just remember refund back and I'll let it go from there if not then I hate to proceed further legal action but that's depending on you refund $118.17 and if that don't happen I will proceed with legal action and from the bikes and from the clothes I lost that I had to throw away from the bedbugs it'll and lawyer fees cost a lot more than $118 trust me but I won't do that if you be straight and poured with me and be honest and just take care of my money I really appreciate it to be honest with you and furthermore you should inspect that hotel

Americas Best Value Inn non reimbursement of hotel cost

I made a reservation at American Best Value Inn in Powell WY. I have two small dogs so I made reservations for a pet room. I never received confirmation of reservations but had confirmation number so was not concerned. When I arrived at hotel I was told I was reserved for a smoking room due to having pets. I explained I don't smoke and could not stay in smoking room. I was told it didn't smell so they too me to the room and it smelled of a dirty ashtray. I told the counter person I could not stay in that room. She called the manager and then I was told that was too bad because I had that room because of pets. I said I would not stay in that room and was told I made reservation so would be charged anyway and could not be reimbursed because made reservations on line. When called hotel.com they said that it was up to hotel to reimburse.

Americas Best Value Inn hotel owner stormed into my room accusing us of stealing towels! invasion of privacy

We stayed at America's Value inn in Scottsboro, Alabama from June 8 and left June 14th. I paid for 6 nights with Priceline so we were stuck here for 6 nights. We only had one towel when we checked in, no washcloths or floor mat. When I asked for more, they took my one towel and gave me one more towel, but there are two people in my room! They never gave me any towels until I asked and tonight the guy accused me of stealing his towels! He even came into my room, counted my pillows (really?!?) And was saying we took the towels! Isn't this an invasion of privacy?Luckily, I speak Hindi and went off on him saying that I am a Singh and I can buy his whole hotel so I have no need of stealing towels! I was about to call 911 on him for accusing me of stealing towels but he finally gave me towels! Not only is it improper to accuse guests of stealing towels, but I think it is against the law for a man to go into a single mother and child's hotel room!

Americas Best Value Inn customer service and unauthorized charges

I scheduled my stay through Booking.com for the hotel located in Muscle Shoals.com
My original plan was to stay 7 days but when I saw the horrible condition of the hotel I requested to only stay one night but the man said that he could only drop it to 4 days. After the 4th day I checked out as planned and noticed immediately a charge was pending for 200.00. Called the lady at the front desk and she was extremely rude and was obviously having a bad day, she said there was nothing they could do and hung up on me. They will never get another dime from me.

Americas Best Value Inn scam

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. I was overcharged by almost $50.00 per night. I talked to the desk clerk about it, and she said it was because I did not get put in the room I was originally supposed to be in. I did not know this before. I told her the price that I was quoted when the reservation was made. She checked her computer, and it was a higher amount that was input into their system. She refused to issue me the proper credit. I am extremely angry because I lost money to these crooks! I have talked to them twice and tried to reason with them, but they will not give me my money back. I am at my wits end! You would think that they would want to keep their customers happy and returning to stay with them, but I will never go near this place again! Do not stay at this hotel. They rob you!

Bugs on the floor in the bathroom and trash ion bathroom floor...bath tub had brown stains on it...the girl at the front desk said "well what do you want me to do about it"...hair on the floor and sheets...if I could give zero as a rating I would...absolutely will NOT be back to this location! All they would do was nothing to resolve it

I got charged $214.32 on my paypal account i haven't been there in over a month and paid for every stay for the week i was there back in October i called and they claim they could find my transaction and to call back when the manager was there.

Americas Best Value Inn no refund for severice not rendered

On Oct 21, 2011 I book a hotel a hotel reservation at Yahoo Travel for the night of Oct, 22, 2011 at Americas Best Value Inn 2460 Whipple Road, Hayward, Ca 94544. We checked in at approximately 3:00 pm and were assigned room 322. We departed the hotel and return back around 9:00 pm where-upon stepping off the elevator we were greeted by painter tarps covering the hallway floor, paint fumes, along with masking tape covering the various fixtures such as exits signs, fire alarms, and assorted fixtures, not to mention the painters who were smoking.

At the point we called the front desk and nobody answered. With no respond and with my wife’s asthmatic condition, we backed bags and went down stairs. We arriving at the front desk where a sign was posted “Be back in a few minutes.” We placed our luggage in the car and waited for the clerk to return.

After about ten minutes, the clerked arrived and we explained our issue to the clerk. The clerk was not apologetic nor had any concerns to our issue. When questioned the clerk about the painting which he responded “I was not aware of anyone painting.” We then asked to check out due to the unhealthy environment along with fire code violations (I believe) of have having smoke alarms covered on the floor where guests are staying. At that point, the clerk stated he would check us out, however; we would not get reimburse for the stay and at this point it was not his problem since they already got paid.

A slight heated discussion followed with the clerk giving us the finger. We went to the car and called Yahoo Travel (around 9:40 pm, 22 Oct, 2011) where they quickly called the front to resolve the issue. The representative of Yahoo Travel stated that the clerk agreed to give us another room; however we didn’t want to stay under the conditions mentioned above. We were told by the Yahoo representative to call in the morning and they will contact the manager to resolve the issue.

For the next 2 days, I called Yahoo travel several times where they called the hotel and the Yahoo representative was given the run around by America Best value in personnel. The Yahoo representative informed me that they were going to file a compliant with the hotel and advised me to file a written report to customer relations at Travelocity Travel in hope to resolve this issue.

After 18 days of calling and email, I get a nice thank you letter from Travelocity for the feedback with no mention of refund.
What can I do to get my refund?

Americas Best Value Inn service

The worst hotel on the planet. Billed as an extended stay. Day 2 of my stay I woke at 6 a.m. to get ready for work. There was no hot water, I called the front desk to see what was wrong, I was told that there was a leak in the hotel and a plumber would be here in a "few" hours. There are emergency plumbers everywhere in the US why wasn't one of them called? I asked for a refund for the rest of the week to get a new hotel and was told "we don't give refunds" I missed work which cost me more than my entire week at the hotel.

I ysa Gordon checked in to room 208 at Americans best value fort pierce Florida On march 09 2023 thu the 10th when we arrived in our hotel room we seen alot of roaches and bugs in our room and in our bed fridge and the microwave….. I had babies in the room we weren’t able to sleep at all

I call my brother in law the worker brian was very disrespectful and lies saying we keep on calling and he curse at me saying i made threats he rude this is not the first time i made a complain about this motel he say no visitors are allowed

I need someone from corporate to call me ASAP about a horrible situation that happened at America's Best Value Inn in Lacrosse, Wi. [protected]. I tried to resolve the issue with the manager Brad and all he did was laugh and say you think you are the first person with a complaint. Please call me Immediately! Luke and Deena Wentler

The room was filthy, the toilet had not been flushed or cleaned from the prior guest, the phone didnt have a cord and the manager could not be bothered to even apologize. I booked a room with 2 queens but got fulls through Priceline, where they were supposed to have 3 stars. This is a crappy dirty motel not worthy of 1 star.

Ok I have been staying here at America's best inn at 4546hartley bridge Rd. Macon ga the manager here talk to me like I was nothing about me asking for towels I never get clean towels or sheets I've told then there us bed bugs in my room they want move me
