Made the mistake to purchase gift cards to get the extras for Christmas. The part was a guarantee fit for the vehicle. It did not work with my vehicle. They made me take it to an auto mechanic to prove it didn't work before they would accept the refund (extra expense). Now all I have is 250.00 of store credit with nothing to purchase. Even though part of the purchase was cash, they use the gift card money first as the return. READ REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING THE PURCHASE!
basic sensor upgrade kit
They screwed me on a sensor after I've spent a bunch of money with them in the past and Jackson told me I was SOL, their website said it would fit and it didn't so I shouldn't have to pay for their screw up. But apparently they think I should, that's why I'll go to carid from now on or otherwise it won't go on my s550 mustang point blank. I've also left them a bad review that they promised me $10 for and never gave me and won't answer me back via email, very unprofessional staff that have been clearly poorly trained.
poor customer service on backorders/unreasonable return policy
Ordered a muffler for one of my customers, it was backordered two times, yet I was not notified of the delays. I then ordered aanother, based on the website videos. When I installed muffler, it sounded nothing like the video. Then they say it cannot be returned, since I installed it, even though it is in new saleable condition in original box. What a scam company. Stay away from this company.
2018 mustang 5.0 fr500 wheels and tires fitment.
I ordered Rims and Tires on 5-22-2018.
After a week and a half of waiting I called in only to have them tell me they have not been shipped due to not being in stock, but i was not informed. They recommended a different size tire, to get them quicker. I asked if they would fit, they said sure no problem. Needless to say I took the car to discount to find that the tire they sent are 3% greater than the recommend height and that they will rub, and that discount wont even install the tires that size ordered for my 2018 mustang. I called american muscle and explained the whole situation, they informed me that they will not do anything for me. Now i am forced to spend an additional 500.00 on tires that will fit my car correctly, after spending 1800.00 on wheels and tires in the first place.

Don't bother ordering from here, you'll only be disappointed and out of your hard-earned money.
I am forced to hassle with them regarding my order that wasn't delivered on time and my money was never refunded. They blamed me for their own mistakes and I guess they will never admit it. Counting that these people were very nice and talkative when I was about to place my order, but once they got my money they cared nothing about me, plus they showed me their attitude. Ok, guys, I understood your point of view. Don't be surprised then, if you see more and more complaints. No wonder.

I ordered an intercooler for my ecoboost Mustang after not receiving it on the delivered day i reached out to American Muscle to see what the hold up was. They told me it was processing that it hadnt been shipped out yet. I called once again and this time they told me it was getting shipped out that day. So i called today and told them to cancel my order since they still didn't know when i would get my intercooler. I have order from them before without no issues. But this time i needed this part before I shipped out overseas and wont get to drive my car for a year.

Very bad company to deal with, I would not recommend American Muscle to anyone. Save yourself from these money hungry scammers!
When I called them for the fist time they were so nice and polite but all that was fake, they just tried make me buy something. After I made my order and they got the money everything changed! Every time I called they replied rudely, their angry tone was terrible and I really felt how customer unfriendly and impolite they were. My order never arrived and they did not help me at all, they said I was too annoying and supposed to be more patient. That's not a good way to speak to a customer! I repeat myself - don't order from American Muscle!
they don't know what parts they really have
My deal with the company www.americanmuscle.com was awful, because I have order car’s parts from them. It was mentioned on the website that these parts in stock. The seller confirmed this information. But 5 days later he excused and told me that they don’t have these parts. I started to ask questions, but he didn’t respond. I don’t like that I haven’t received any reply and that they still have my money.
They provide bad parts and refused to change them
I bought Mustang parts from the company www.americanmuscle.com. Real scam, I paid large sum for them, but parts were defective and after couple of weeks I needed to change them again. It was really stupid and when I contacted the seller and asked to provide refund, this jerk refused and told me that it was my fault. WTF? They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
Scam and cheating
I ordered an Entire Exhaust system for a Mustang. American Muscle sent me two different size exhaust tips. One was nuch bigger than the other. Both tips have their vendors Trademark 'PYPES' on the tip. Yet, American muscle says they don't make that size...American Muscle will not make it right and I never got refunded. Order cost me over 500 dollars. They gave me the run around with numerous emails and even made me take pictures of the tips. I DID and sent them3 times to the Support system via e-mail to a Manger named Brian.
Then, they stopped honoring my e-mails and calls. I never got the partial refund or the time of day after dozens or e-mails and calls. I just wanted what I paid for and what the ad shooed in the picture...

I ordered Running Pony window decals with the American Flag. The decals arrived wadded up and crammed into a shipping tube. Marc at customer service was rude and condescending. I had to return the unusable decals and I was charged for another set which I have not received. So sad that they would hire employees that ruin merchandise and then ship it to the customer. I have been a loyal customer for years but not any longer.
I ordered a Cold air intake from American Muscle and was satisfied with my order. What i like about them is that they send you a link via e-mail to the UPS website that allows you to track your stuff, which is very nice. only problem I had was that my Item arrived with a couple of dings in it. Other than that, it fit in well and functioned perfectly. I WILL be looking into purchasing more things from them in the future.
I also got the royal screw from them twice. I ordered something online. I received a product thad did not work. They gave me the run around, then they started telling lies... Never got my money back, only a product that did not function.
