On Thursday April 30th 2019 my car was repoed. My car monthly payment are $252.00. I was behind on my car payments for five months. My car was repoed in the amount of $1, 651.60. I was told the repo fee $385.00 was included within the $1, 651.60. Inorder to retrive my vehicle I must pay the balance in full down to the last penny. On Thursday May 2, 2019 I paid $940.00 and on Friday May 3, 2019 I paid $711.60 which was a total of $1, 651.60. On April 1, 2019 Santander Consumer USA reported my account to all three Credit bureaus charged off closed account. Witch is a false report my account is still active on top of being recharged for repo fee of $385.00 and I am still currently making my monthly payments of $252.00

appraiser that doesn't know how to appraise a house
TWIN STAR C.U. had Lorna L. Cerjance (Affinity Appraisal) from Ocean Shores Washington appraise my house for a RE-FI in JULY 2018... She did not ask me any questions about the house and just walked around took pictures. The house was county assessed at $62K . Appraised in 2017 before remodeling for $69K and $82K appraisal for a HELCO after some remodeling. TSCU's re-fi was to combine the HELCO and First Mortgage.
YOUR appraiser (Lorna L. Cerjance in July 2018) appraised the house at $59K which was lower than the Thurston County assessment and much lower than the other two appraisals from 2017. I suffered much mental and financial stress because of the appraiser who didn't know her job ( I am 69 yrs old and on a limited income). I had to go to another bank who hired an appraiser who knew his job and appraised the house for $96K which is consistent to the other appraisal from 2017. HOW CAN an appraiser do an appraisal for less than the county assessment when the house has clearly been remodeled. I would never hire this appraiser to do jobs, she clearly doesn't know how to appraise a house. I would like the FEES ($725)that I paid to be reimbursed to me. I have both BAD appraisal and correct appraisal but can't attach them to this complaint as there is now where to do that.
late payment
Appraisers beware, this company paid 90 days late on an appraisal. When they did pay I am sure it was just because they needed another appraisal. The second appraisal was paid past the 30 day payment period. When I assesed a late fee, they refused to pay, saying that a late fee is rediculous, even though they charge a commision which is twice what my late fee was, and they were already paid before the order was requested. I demanded that they pay the late fee, which they eventually did, and then said they would never use my services again and attempted to put my company on a blacklist with a major bank due to their negligence. They also pressured my office to say that oubuilding were situated in such a way that the lot could not be partioned. This was not true, so I refused to put it in writing.
