I have purchased Home Inverter in September 2007. Once the inverter was not working. With great difficulty I could get the inverter replaced. It is still under warranty. Again it is not working. I have lodged a complaint on 29/03/2009. My complaint No is C1-[protected]. On 30/03/2009 some technical person visited my place. After inspecting he said the battery is weak and needs replacement. Till date (11/04/2009 6.30 pm) it is not replaced. N number of emails have been sent - meet with same response - it is being considered. Every day I call the call centre number. They give standard reply - within a day or two the battery will be replaced. Though they have my phone numners they do not call me and tell about the status but make us begging them every day about the status of the complaint. As I live in India I have to curse my fate and wait till the company does something. Is there any way out for us to vent our grievenace in any news paper. If so please inform me the procedure. I am also exploring the possibility to approach the Consumer Protection Councel
