Good day,

I would like to complain booking reference ADR-[protected]-3-058, travel from Alabang starmall to Al-Fayed property. We paid Php441 in cash yet grab credit still charged me, I have no complaints of such on paying the tollfee. I would like to request to return the paid cash in any way that grab can. Hopefully my request will be granted immediately.

Apc American Power Conversion — Bursting of battery

I have purchased a battery dated 26/03/2015 from rajesh battery mo malipura tainti gaon road khair aligarh(mb [protected])

on 4/06/2015 at around 2am, their is a sound of blast and my fan and nightlamp connected to inverter line suddenly stops, i went near the battery and saw all the lids have blown and their are acid fumes everywhere, clothes were burnt, washing machine destructed and many more, i disconnected main line. and next morning i made a complaint with service no. [protected], engineer visited after 2 days and said, it was not a blast, u have made hole at the bottom, with iron pin. so, there was a hole already which was repaired with m seal by the dealer from which u bought battery. you should talk to dealer, we will not replace, then i again made a complaint [protected], but still same problem, but servicer center person mr aditya rana mb [protected] asked me to send battery after seeing snaps and told me i will replce within 3 days, but next day he refused to replace and then i talked to area manager apc mr sachin saxena mb [protected], he also refused and told me that battery can never be burst from bottom, so i m fed up of the excuses they are giving, kindly look into this immediately as these mnc are exploiting us. from such incidence we have just saved from grieveous acid injury which would occur if we were present their, other than this their was many more physical damage that was happened after this blast burnt clothe, burnt washing machine and the scorching heat.

even the battery was under warranty they refused me to replace battery
i want my money back for( battery and the physical damage that have occured due to this blast), their is no space of leaving this issue as mnc thought indians to be foolish', if they dont give compensation and replacement i will go to consumer forum against the m

I have had the worst experience for Service levels with APC in Bangalore. I urge everybody not to buy APC products, just because of the Service apathy. It takes them 3-6 weeks to attend to any complaint, that too after numerous reminders & requests. Imagine a person who has bought a UPS which fails & then it takes 6 weeks to get it right again...if that’s what UPS stands for...Uninterrupted Power Supply then APC should stand for "American Powers Chors"...
