American Memorabilia fake lionel messi barcelona jersey

Stay away from the lionel messi so called game worn jersey. Size l tagging? Messi at best might be 5 feet 5 inches tall! The robert van persie jersey is rubbish. You can order the same exact specifactions from the team shops or from prosoccer.com. So lionel messi wears a size l (large) jersey! I feel bad for the people who bid on this garbage. So the wizard (victor moreno) photomatched this jersey? This is such a pathetic joke!

American Memorabilia fake johan cruyff jersey

Plsease stay away from th e johan cruyff ajax so called game worn jersey. It did not come from mario kempes. Mario kempes and johan cruyff were never teammates! Look this fact up on wikpedia via google. The letters from mario kempes are fake. Look at the signatures from this letter and his so called i.D. The signatures are different. All his soccer memorabilia are bogus. Who is the source? Who is ami's authenticator? Ami has taken the concept of fraud to another tragic level!

American Memorabilia fake bobby charlton jersey

Stay away from the so called game worn bobby charlton jersey. it did not come from silvio marzolini because marzolini basically played for boca juniors. he never played for manchester united. the letter of authenticity is bogus. manchester united did not wear yellow in the early 1970's. why is the tagging inside the shirt missing. looks like someone cut the tagging out with a scissor!

American Memorabilia fake soccer memorabilia

Stay away from the eusebio jersey. the hugo gatti signature is very suspect. from the december 6, 2012 auction the johan cruyff dutch national team jersey is suspect because the mario kempes signature is bogus. the roger clemens and don mattingly jersey may be suspect. if the letter of authenticities are lost why can't they mail a new letter. it's hard to believe that anyone can keep on losing these letters for such significant ballplayers. I am a consignor that is owed $89, 000.00 from 5 years ago. what does his so called financial situation have to do with anybody's consignments. the only thing that the "creditors" could touch are the commision from the buyer and the seller! look at the nate colbert jersey, why are the 2 signatures so drastically different! the new england patriots stuff is o.k. but the problem is that this idiot is making his minimum bids way too high. the bob gibson trophy is probably o.k. but ami will overcharge for shipping or even break the item out of negligence and carelessness. ask ronald negro what happened to his roger maris bat. when he received the bat it arrived in shambles. ami are a sloppy corrupt mickey mouse organization! they have done over $10, 000, 000.00 in sales the last 4 years and they claim they have no money. the consumer review company called collectors choice is complete bogus! they are the bernie madoff of sports memorabilia. this idiot tried to sell a duplicate 1977 world series reggie jackson ring as the real reggie jackson ring. his family are victims too of victor moreno's scam, oh and by the way ami has no true authenticator. the david beckham la galaxy jersey? juan mata chelsea jersey? lukas podolski arsenal jersey? the soccer ball from the 2006 world cup final between italy and france is fake! you could order that ball or any serie a or la liga or epl soccer ball from prodirectsoccer.com! this is the worst fraud I have ever seen. these people are sleazy low class degenerates! please stay away from them

Threatening murder (execution) towards people? Bernie Madoff times 200 is several trillion dollars? Claiming drug dealing and money laundering? 6 million sales for a corporation that only retains 10-20% commission and the rest goes to the Consignors. That's 600k-1.2m gross profit over a couple years. Your stupidity is only laughable except for physical death threats made by you.

American Memorabilia tons of hidden costs to buyers!

When buying from an american memorabilia auction, they neglect to mention anywhere on their website or in the help/knowledge bank that you will be charged an additional 20% buyers fee on top of the auction price. All auctions now have this buyers fee, but most are 10-15% at most. The horrible thing is that they make sure not to let the buyer know until they get the invoice. On top of that, they have an inflated shipping cost (~$20), and a separate handling cost (~$10). So watch out if you buy anything from american memorabilia, as they will take you for more money that you expect.

Handling = taking the item from inventory, getting the Certificate of Authenticity, properly packing and boxing the product, printing the shipping label and affixing to the box and getting to the post office. Shipping is via Priority Mail not USPS for tracking and insurance purposes. Personally I always ask before i purchase items so I understand the full cost. I noticed multiple phone numbers and email address for any questions on their website.

American Memorabilia sinful and corrupt

Dear ladies and gentkemen:

American memorabilia has come up with a new board game. it's called "connive and cheat". the board game is a combination of "monopoly" and "hide and seek."the main idea of the game is to find out where american memorabilia are hiding there assets from all the consigners. when you get the game in the mail you will find out that there
Are no dice, no money (no surprise) and it may come damaged like ronald negro's roger maris bat! but seriously this really is tragic where the state of nevada and the f.b. i. are so indifferent... a las vegas wedding has more credibility than american memorabilia.!

Your incompetency and ignorance can only be construed as negligence. Last I checked they receive 10% commission for the Clemente Glove - it's called consignment...look up the term. You falsely file a Belated complaint with the Bankruptcy court system on a client who has no assets and sold all interest in the company years ago.

American Memorabilia scam, fraud, dishonest, corrupt

On october 19, 2011 I give victor moreno of american memorabila a call and proposed to him and stephanie who is on their "board of directors" staff and told him just sned me a $9, 000.00 bank tellers check out the $90, 000.00 they owed me from almost 4 years ago. moreno not only resented my complaints on the complaints baord.com website he said to
Me "go f_ck yourself! what is so ironic is that I am the person who has been victimized.. I should be extremely angry. yet he is the thief that's upset. a few days ago he sent me a $75.00 western union money order! why can he pay me from the company's own personal account. since august 6, 2011 american memorabilia has done over $360.000.00 in sales! how come he has no money? moreno and his little wife susan keita are going to suffer the same fate as mommar quadaffi! this conniving and cheating always will catch up to them in the end!

American Memorabilia fraud, larceny-many victims

An attorney named robert king of pinellas park, florida called me 10 days ago and told me that he had a client who won a $200, 000.00 judgement against american memorabilia and they have not paid his client. he stated that his client consigned items in the years 2006 and 2007! why is this company still in business. the state attorney general of nevada is a disgrace to the usa. what is amazing is that moreno's wife susan kieta has the audacity to file for bankruptcy! they have no authenticator for their auctions. stay away from these people!

American Memorabilia owed $90,000.00 from over 3 years ago

Over 3 years ago in american memorabilia's super bowl auction I consiggned over 100 game worn st. ouis rams, vintage losangeles rams and jerseys from other teams and other sports. out of $130, 000.00
They did pay me $23, 000.00 in may of 2017. I have hardly received any money in 3 years. I did receive 2 checks for $200.00 eachvery recently. today I just registered on the complaint boards.com website and I am reading other complaints about ami. the amazing thing in their recent auctions is that they have a realized bid for sonny liston"s boxing trunks for $21, 000.00 and they also received a realized bid for $17, 000.00 for the 1968 willie mays gold glove award alone!. so these people say they have no money? they make bizarre excuses like saying they are under"tight"monetary controls from their"lawyers". I recently proposed to them where they should pay me a few grand every month for people who are owed money from 2, 3 and 4 years ago. I told keita the"new"consigners should be payed over a 5 month period. under my plan every consigner has some money to work with. yes I think this is theft deception and I am not surprised I am the only person. but the tragedy is I am owed the most money out of all the consigners! victor says they had to pay off their real estate partners. keita says they can"t pay off their "real estate" partners. well in conclusion someone is lying. a few years ago the descriptions of the items are the finest when they had their publicized catalogues. regardless of ethics or lack of ethics they are undersatffed and extremely sloppy! I certainly will never ever give up! I will be their everlasting nightmare!

yours truly,
robert perrella

Highly Recommended. 15 Years of Sports Auctions_American_Memorabilia, American Memorabilia Sports Auction is Heaven. I have consigned to all the major auction co.s and American Memorabilia treated me the best, got me my money very quickly, and they were hands on. American Memorabilia is Heaven compared to the other snooty places. They are the real deal. Easy to work with and quick to pay you. They are international and have a great clientel.

I was going to bid on items in their recent auction (ending 9/3/2017), but after reading the problems the sellers have been having, I'm afraid I would send payment and not receive the items. As a buyer, I have been more than happy with their service so far - they have been timely in their mailings, and have been accurate with their billing. Even the shipping and handling is relatively reasonable. But after reading the complaints from the consignors dealing with AMI, I just have a bad feeling. My business will stay with Huggins & Scott, Lelands, Grey Flannel and Robert Edwards. They are ones I have purchased from regularly over the years and have never had any problems. Thanks again.

American Memorabilia still not paid $5,000 after 3 years

In 2007 my late husband, ronald negro entered an autographed bat, signed by mickey mantle and roger maris, into an auction with american memorabilia. when an item is not sold it is their policy to return the merchandise to the seller (unless the seller wants it entered into another auction). at my husband’s request, american memorabilia sent the bat back on or about 1/31/2008 (I have a ups receipt for an autographed bat sent by american memorabilia), but it was damaged in transit. as the bat was heavily insured (the bat was listed on the american memorabilia contract which I have in my possesion - as worth $11, 0000), american memorabilia said they would have it fixed and then send it back to my husband. at no time did they say they would fix it and sell it as my husband wanted the bat back.

Apparently they repaired and sold the bat as my husband saw it on ebay for sale by another person. he contacted the person through ebay and was told that person purchased it in may 2008 from american memorabilia. I have a copy of the email received from this person through ebay - it is anonymous but lists the item number in question with psa/dna authentications. my husband who had a heart condition grew increasingly irate with american memorabilia as they were not paying him the money they owed him once he confronted them on the sale of the bat. I have emails that span several months back and forth between a woman who goes by the name “keita” and president, victor moreno. at one point they paid him half of the money ($5, 000) but ron continued to call and email with requests for the rest-which they continued to say they would pay. they promised payment right up until the day he died.

My son ronald negro and I have both emailed and called with no success. I called and wrote to the bettter business bureau who referred us to the state of nevada’a attorney general’s office. the bbb has given american memorabilia an f rating but that is not enough. these crooks should be put out business as they have perpetrated this scam on literally hundreds (perhaps thousands) of people.

American Memorabilia got scammed with fraudulent item!!!

I got scammed by American Memoribilia for over $500! The praise comments are obviously written by American Memorabilia! I made 2 purchases from their May 2010 auction and both items arrived not even close to the description. The first item was an autographed magazine advertised as EX/MINT condition...it arrived in poor to very poor condition. The second item was even more of a dis-appointment...was an autographed book advertised as a JSA Authenticated item. It arrived with the autograph half rubbed off...and it was not even authenticated at all! Its worth sh-t ! Both items are completely worth sh-t! I called to complain and ended up dealing with a lady named Keita, who just gave me excuse and BS and more BS. She says she'll shoot me an email to elborate more in detail but Ive given up...theres really nothing she can elaborate on! Of course they wont even consider giving me my $ back so there isnt much I can do except for warn others DONT DEAL WITH AMERICAN MEMORABILIA unless your prepared to get scammed! They are not to be trusted and deserve to go to jail for fraud! Why arent there any type of agency to investigate and shut down scam companies like these? Instead they just keep going and going month after month, year after year! WTF

American Memorabilia bad business practice

Victor and kieta do not pay on time! they have owed me money for items that sold in acutions 2 years ago! they claim that they don't have the money - but they have money to purchase new condos and invest in nightclubs.
This is how their business should work:
You consign item to them
They list your item and sell it
They collect the money
They give you your money

This is how they run their business:
You cosign item to them
They list your item and sell it
They collect the money
They spend the money
You call for your money
They don't answer

I don't care what they say about their "new payment method" they are flat out liars. please read what everyone has to say about them. the common complaint is that they do not pay.

It's as simple as that.

Just stubbling on this complaints board and have been working with AmericanMemorabilia.com and I have not had any problems at all. As a matter of fact, I was paid within 3 days of my auction closing. In addition, I have only gotten incredible service from the company. I would highly recommend them and don't wouldn't put alot of credence into these postings. That's my 2 cents.

American Memorabilia doesn't pay

Do not consign to these guys (Victor and Kieta) (American Memorabilia)...! They do not pay you and they will say they are going to pay you, but never do. I have been waiting over a year and still no money! My only recourse is to take them to court. When you tell them your going to take them to court they do not care. They will keep giving you excuse after excuse and never pay. I have contacted the Las Vegas PD. and an attorney. I assure you that if they owe you money you will never get it and this will be your only recourse. I have read time after time complaints about them. Its just not fair! They make money off their consignors and never pay them..Again... DO NOT CONSIGN TO AMERICAN MEMORABILIA!

American Memorabilia non payment for consignments

I also have been victimized by this company. American Memorabilia(Victor Moreno & Susan Kieta) have
owed me $10, 950 for well over 1 year. After many months of listening to her B.S. and stall tactics I hired a
lawyer. The court process as been slow but this week the judge awarded me the entire amount plus attorney
fees. My attorney will begin the collection process this week. I welcome and would appreciate any feedback
from anyone trying to collect what is owed them. gail [protected]@roadrunner.com

American Memorabilia fraud, fraud, fraud

Do not, I repeat do not consign with this company as they will not pay you. they have not paid me in over a years time. they will not return your calls and have ripped off many many people. do not read into the positive complaints at all. these comments are posted by there employees to help turn around a business run by complete degenerates. they mention the new system. how can an auction house need a new system, I have been bidding in auctions for over 25 years, and the system is always seems to continue to work fine for all of the legitimate ones. the people have mismanaged other people money and continue to do so. mark my words they will not pay you, go somewhere else. the owner kieta has failed in everything she has done in her well documented career and continues to do so today adding fraud to her pathetic resume, she is one maladjusted idiot. they should have just applied for a small business loan to pay off their debtors instead of trying to reinvent the wheel and making people have to earn the money they are owed. I beg everyone to go to a different auction house (eac gallery, lelands, grey flannel, mastro, premier, scp auctions) hell, ebay would even be a better choice. remember the saying what happens in las vegas stays in las vegas and this includes your hard earned collectables. you can believe that because I live here with the cretin. with all the new policies should come a new business name "un american memorabilia.
